10 stars if i could, especially for Jimmy. Didnt stop until he made sure we were satisfied, stayed over an hour past close time just to make sure everything went perfect for us! Even calmed the kids down with suckers while we were taking care of our business. If you need anything from here, i promise you, see Jimmy. You wont regret it

Super cute store with wide selection. Bought a beautiful flyerfly ball python in wonderful shape. Got everything I needed and the staff is sweet and helpful. Highly recommend getting pets here.

I’ve been in here a few times looking for pet supplies since I live in the area, and this place has been dirty and the animals look in poor condition. This pet store is in violation of the law as the Chicago ordinance states they cannot sell dogs from puppy mills/breeders only those from shelters. Clearly they don’t believe they have to abide by the law. I’m not about to waste my money here and support cruelty. Shut this place down.

The place was clean nice and the people there where very helpful but it’s was so expensive a dog was 4K dollars they let you pay by month but they still added about 200 dollars of its shots and microship

I recently adopted a dog from this facility and it was the best thing I could’ve ever done. My dog is so loving and so calm and so friendly!! I am grateful for the way they took care of the dog by giving preventative meds because of that my dog is very healthy! If you’re looking for a pet I definitely recommend this place they take very good care of their pets and they treat them as if they were their own!

Such a lovely little pet shop, called a few times in the morning about cockatiels for my husbands birthday and they were very knowledgeable. Then went in after work and picked up our new baby Lucky! Hes a very sweet boy and I can tell he was well taken care of. Will be returning for all my pets future needs, the workers there are so nice. I believe I checked out with the owner and her and her other employee who was tending to one of the rabbits were super helpful. Just lovely to work with. Cannot gush about this place more,I'm so happy I found them! ????????

This place has very cute pets but when I visited, I can tell that the animals were very distressed. They were filthy and very agitated to get out of the very small cage they were left in. They barely seem to have any freedom because I was told that every morning the puppies are allowed to walk around in a very small space until put back in their filthy cages. They smelled of urine and feces. Upon arriving to the the door, you can smell urine and feces before walking in. The employee that took me to the back to meet a couple of the animals was very knowledgeable of the animals coat type because I needed a hypoallergenic puppy and ball parking the breed. I was told that the puppies that were for sale came with updated shots and have been already chipped, so that was great, but the issue here was the gouged prices for each puppy. Most of the puppies you can tell were not full breed but one of employees insisted that they were. I wanted to looked for small coated toy sized dogs and found two possibilites but couldnt buy neither that day because the Morkie they had was going for almost 4k, and a similar breed for almost the same prices. These are not full breed dogs, they do not come from great breeders, they're filthy, and they seem to not be socialized. These breeds of dogs should not cost no where near 3-4k. Although there are are worse places to go when searching for pets, this place just needs a bit of help.
