I used to take my dog who has since passed on here and knew the owners by reading all the reviews I see is under new ownership which explains my experience. I called to make an appointment for our new puppy and the lady who answers the phone is very hard to understand and also doesn’t understand when you talk as well. She kept bringing up our old dog in the system and I had to tell her three times that dog has passed on and I’m trying to make an appointment for our new dog. She had no appointments available and called me back a few days later. Again left a message saying she was contacting us to make an appointment for the dog who has passed on!!! Needless to say very unprofessional and sad and we did not call back to make the appointment Well as i see in your response it proves my point even more! Maybe you should know your business a little better because when we called for an appointment NEVER once did you ask for vaccinations because you obviously kept saying you were making an appt for a dog that had passed! Secondly HAD YOU ASKED if my puppy-who is over 1yrs old has ALL OF HER vaccinations we would have said YES because she does and has all of them!!! So next time before you shoot your mouth off in a response make sure you have all the CORRET FACTS and the right client who called!!!! Hence everyone be cautious when bringing you animal to a clueless business owner. What a shame the previous owner isnt still there ....she was amazing!

Not every pet groomer can do cats, but Svetlana, the new salon owner, is the master cat groomer. She does an excellent job on my cat! He is relaxed during the service, and comes out all fresh and beautiful!

Pampered Paws is under new ownership. I have brought my 2 dogs there for years. Jamie was wonderful and our dogs loved her. Unaware it was under new ownership, I found the owner very rude and demanding. Since with Covid, our dogs were overdue for a haircut. I did understand that there would be a price increase. I did not expect it to be over double of what I normally pay. I will be looking for another groomer in the future. It is a shame because it it right in our neighborhood.

I had an appointment this morning at 830 and received a confirmation text last night about my appointment. I arrived at 820 and waiting 30 minutes and the store was still closed, I tried calling several times with no answer. Extremely unprofessional and clearly unreliable. What a huge disappointment

It is hard to review my latest experience. I wish there was a way to grade on two levels. On one hand the grooming services were exceptional. My dogs have never looked better. The groomers did a very thorough job. Having said that, their prices are astronomical and just plain insanity at almost $100 per dog. While I was informed that the shop was under new ownership and that there was an increase in prices I never expected more than double. I'm not sure where the new owners came up with this price structure, but I think they need to re-access. I'm all about supporting a local establishment and desire them turning a profit, but within reason. As good as my little ones looked, I don't think I will be returning at those prices, which is too bad because I had been going there for over three years under previous ownership.

My dog has never been here more than 1 hour, which is a huge plus because I don’t have to worry she’s locked in a crate all day waiting to be attended to and smells leaving with that magic newborn baby smell. I love this place the most!

I have taken my dog there several times before without incident and with a good grooming job, but the most recent time ended up with a trip to the vet. Last week when I got my dog everything seemed fine and the grooming job seemed fine, but earlier this week I noticed that my dog was biting and licking her tail much more than usual, and found an open sore. After taking her to the vet, it was revealed that she has many more sores on her tail. Although I do not know if the sores came from an injury from Pampered Paws or not, the staff grooming her should have informed me that there was something going on with her tail because there is no way that whoever was grooming her would not have noticed them. Needless to say, I will never bring my dog back to this place again.

Great staff. All really seem to love animals and their jobs. They did a fantastic job grooming my "feisty", elderly pup. He's extremely shy and fearful but they kept him relatively relaxed (as much as he can be). Highly recommend and trust with our beloveds

Been bringing our pooch here since Jan. 2017..making appts..before leaving to insure an appt every 4 to 6, weeks...today..,June 16..we bring our pooch in for his appt. Only to hear..he doesn't have one..and they were to busy to take him.... REALLY? Is that how you treat your customers...no apologies...no business ethics...NO future appt. ..we will NEVER return!!! This business...is a FAIL!!!!!

Great place, owner on hand and is great with my senior dog. Highly recommended.

They did such a great job on our dogs who were sprayed by skunks. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend them to all pet lovers.
