Awesome place! My dachshund flew in a few days ahead of me after a long trip. Sean and crew took great care of her while she waited for me to arrive. Dogs don't normally do well after long flights, but she was back to herself pretty quickly after her stay there. Thanks! Wish I lived in Chicago so she could stay there more!

We have boarded our border collie multiple times with Sean. Its always an easy experience and our dog comes home happy and tried. They even refrigerate her homemade food.

Sean and his team are literally the best! They take good care of my Ozzy and he loves everyone there.

I cannot say enough about Sean and Pack Life. In light of so much bad occurring in the dog daycare community, I am so grateful I do not have to even consider worrying that my dogs are safe, hydrated, and treated well. My three dogs go to Pack Life 5x a week for 7 years now. They love it. It is part of their routine and every day for seven years, they get so excited when we pull down Oakley to the facility. Sean rocks. He and his amazing staff are well trained and well versed in reading dogs. IT comes down to never having to give my dogs' safety a second thought. They are safe, loved, well-taken care of, kept out of extreme heat / extreme cold. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Sean and staff for taking care of my kiddos. So glad we found you!

I rarely write reviews, but this place is awesome. My dog doesn't do the greatest with other dogs, yet she always seems to have so much fun there - and I've seen the videos to prove it. Sean always sends me pictures of her when I ask, and responds immediately when I check in to see how she's doing. I am so grateful to have found a safe and fun place to send my dog when I'm out of town! Plus, she always comes home freshly bathed. Highly recommend!

Sean and his team are the best

Whoever drives the van likes to drive dangerously fast through school zones while children are present. Blows right through stop signs, tailgates cars, honking at them when stopped to let kids cross the intersection. This person has no regard for people I can only imagine what your dogs go through while in the van.

I bring my dog there all the time. He loves it, comes home exhausted, and I know Sean and his team treat him great!

I have 2 pit mixes and a chow mix. My two pitties are not the greatest with people, my chow is very anxious. Sean and his staff are great with them. I work full time and I don't know what I would do without them. They do pick up, drop off, boarding, daycare. They come home happy and tired from daycare. I have boarded them numerous times and they have taken such good care of them. Their services are the best money you could possibly spend on your dog. I just can’t say enough about them.

He cares about your money, not your dog. He killed my friends dog and didn’t acknowledge it.
