Everyone, doctors, staff, front desk and techs at myvet have been amazing everytime I have visited with my dogs. They are caring and very professional and could not ask for a better vet to take my girls to. Cannot recommend them enough and you won't be disappointed!

Dr Robin and staff truly care about your animal. They thoroughly explain every diagnosis and treatment option with empathy and compassion. Our animals are vet averse and the office setting is calm and comfortable for them. Highly recommend if you want quality service and competitive price.

I love this place! They’ve been caring for my Loki since he was released from the hospital. He had a rough start when we got him but Dr. Fry and the staff have been AMAZING. They truly love their patients and their families. I’d recommend this place to everyone who has pet babies.

I used My Vet for my cat, Kuuro, at the end of his life. Although the staff barely knew Kuuro, they went above and beyond for him, even after his death. They didn't have to, but they did. It shows a lot about a company that they're doing so much more than expected. Thank you for making a very sad time in my life just a little better.

We came across My Vet Animal Hospital when we dropped off our kitty for his grooming appointment and noticed a bright and cheerful Vet window. We called the following day and scheduled our kitties annual appointment. Everyone we spoke to on the phone were very pleasant, & friendly. They sent us online forms for an easy check-in. During drop off everyone was warm, welcoming. Dr. Fry called us and provided a in depth summary of their exam and addressed all of our concerns. Dr. Fry took time to explain things and inform us about conditions and treatments. Not once did I feel rushed through the conversation. Knowing our kitties are in good hands of such a wonderful teams, I couldn't ask for anything more. I highly recommend checking them out. ????

I haven't been there yet (next couple weeks) but I'm following my favorite vet here, so I know they hire intelligent, kind, curious docs. Shoutout to Dr. Lee! He always gives me the time I need and explains everything in detail. He is always looking for better medicine, and if he thinks there might be a better answer out there than the one he has, he'll find it.

I can't say enough great things about My Vet. They have been taking care of my dogs for the past 8 years and have always provided great care. Recently, I lost my dog to cancer. The staff and vets at My Vet were wonderful and went out of their way to make a difficult time less painful. I will never forget their kindness and the loving care they gave to my sweet little dog. Thank you so very much

No clear process for handling COVID appointments, does not care about concerns sent via email prior to appt, poor handling of follow-ups and lack of thoroughness to take the 5 min to look at the file (and remembering history of care) before seeing them. Very disappointed given the good reviews.

I’ll start by saying that my family and I have used My Vet for 7 years. I have had 3 animals come into this hospital for too many reasons to list. I have never, not once, had any sort of issue with the staff, techs or doctors. In fact, we knowingly paid the inflated prices just because we felt so confident in patient care & customer service, it was worth the extra money. For whatever reason this past March things seemed to have drastically changed. I noticed that aside from Dr. Robin, who has been there for years & Dr. Jen (she is absolutely wonderful) who has left the practice, come back & is now leaving again, My Vet DOES seem to have a pretty decent turnover rate for the front desk staff and other doctors. Sometimes there are several doctors practicing at once but according to Maggie, the very emotional & passionate office manager, they are currently short staffed right now. To make a long story short, I agree with the few other bad reviews on here & feel as though it is worth leaving a personal review about. Being that I’ve never left a google review before in my life, I’m feeling somewhat obligated since this is in regard to the health of animals and often times families are new to that type of care giving, or vehemently trust their vet for decision making. The messages and info passed between the doctors and staff here is poor. There was another review that said that it seemed like the staff does not take the time to look back at the animal’s chart before taking or receiving messages, in particular if you drop the dog off and expect that the doctor is going to examine the dog for the reasons you brought he or she there. This happened to our dog in March but did not prove to be catastrophic, just an annoyance. Fast forward to the last few weeks, despite having run a previous test, the vet aspirated a spot on my dog’s leg (he was there for his tail), this caused irritation & for the bulge to open and then become infected. Dr. Freedman suggested upon his last exam that she thinks he needs to have the spot surgically removed, because she “took the extra time” to speak to a pathologist in regard to the types of bacteria growing, and it turns out one of the bacteria could possibly cause serious damage, etc. The dog is on a steady stream of 2 antibiotics & the lump has drastically gone down. He is a basset hound, and if you know anything about bassets they get lumps all over, especially in old age. Speaking of which, Dr. Freedman kept pushing the idea of getting the dog under anesthesia for the lump removal, this dog is 14.5 years old with a grade 4 heart murmur. Unfortunately, at this point, after what can only be described as an altercation with Maggie the staff manager, we are moving vets, which I should have done as soon as surgery without any other option was brought up. Dr. Freedman realized my reluctancy to immediately get surgery so our dog is being treated with antibiotics. I was hoping she would lay eyes on the lump again (because she is the only one who has examined it) and be pleased with the improvement, but she has a staff manager that prefers to tell clients to move practices mid case when they express that they are unhappy with patient care received. Again, due to poor communication a lump was unnecessarily tested & is now extremely infected. I think all logic was out the window today when I had my last issue with the animal hospital I have loved for years. I did see another negative review response (from my vet) that says that the practice sent out a covid response email, and that is absolutely not true either. They did not send COVID response info until May, at least not to our family. This poor communication and being understaffed (I guess) has been an issue for months now. Also, as an aside, something we just dealt with, they will ALWAYS put on pressure for extra bloodwork during an exam and will without a shadow of a doubt tell you that they want to put your animal under for a teeth cleaning. In addition to being very expensive city prices be prepared to always be pushed to spend more money.

My Vet is outstanding. For years, they provided exceptional care and responsiveness when caring in sickness and health of our two dogs. A special note of Corey and Lauren at the front desk. During our one dogs failing health and again during our move out of state I called in a panic needing records and so forth and they were just so calm and I knew I could count on them. They just provide exceptional service. Thank you for taking care of our dogs and of us.

The best part about this place is the front desk techs! They are always kind and funny and helpful and really take the time to get to know your pets- even refer to them as 'kiddos' which i find so endearing....they take time to explain everything to you and the vets will talk you through step by step. Im thankful for this place to help me care for my babies!

While my dogs might not enjoy coming here, I know we're always in good hands. From the helpful desk staff to the knowledgeable techs to the all-star doctors, I know my little fur babies will be taken care of. Been going here for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended! Oh, did I mention they have cookies available for your little ones? Cookies!

We’ve been with Dr. Robin for years always appreciative of her vast knowledge and caring ways. Recently our 14 year old kitty Gus suffered a bad reaction to a vaccine he’s taken all his life. Robin not only nursed him back from the brink she worked with the manufacturer to cover his medical expenses. She went above and beyond in caring for our guy. I’m happy to say he’s back to his old self due to her efforts. Forever grateful!

Edit: My senior shepherd has been very sick. My vet animal hospital called tonight to check in , and after hearing my update, and looking over the blood test results told me to bring her in. They got her in as am emergency , they ran several more blood tests , did an ultrasound , gave her IV fluids, gave me meds to take home , over the phone negotiated an appointment with a specialist for me for the following morning (who had no openings for a week), and stayed open 40 minutes later than close. All for my shepherd. And they only charged me 120 bucks. This place is hands down the best vet clinic I've ever dealt with in my life ❤️ I've used a lot of vet clinics over the years with all my pets, and this clinic is exceptional. They are very accommodating and everyone there seems to genuinely care. I have 2 senior dogs and they've been wonderful with them. They always follow up with phone calls after visits, and they even follow up after my appointments with specialists at other clinics that they referred my dog to. They are very attentive in that way and always make sure that they are kept up to date with my pets well being. I really appreciate that!

The staff was unbelievably friendly and so accommodating to my sweet but dog-reactive girl. Dr. Bookstaff took his time and answered all of my questions. So happy to have this place so close by!

My Vet - thank you, thank you, thank you for being so great to our girl Ripley today! She had her first dental procedure with two extractions, so of course we were nervous. Staff was super supportive and walked us through everything step-by-step. I even called back once and spoke to someone different, and they immediately knew who I was and who Ripley was! Made me feel like I was in great hands. The bill wasn't too bad either. I was expecting much, much more so it was a very nice surprise! I highly recommend My Vet for not only the amazing care they provide, but also how respectful they are of pet owners and their needs. Wonderful all around.
