Took my Maltipoo for the first time because he needed a little cute around his eyes and paws, she squeezed me in the same day! Also, my little guy was not being a good boy and he barked, peed, and took a potty all over (he is a nervous wreck). She was so kind with him, left him looking so clean and cute! Recommend taking your furry best friend here :)

Annie is the absolute best! Our dog has never had a better haircut in 3 years we've had him. I couldn't believe what a difference a good cut can make. You can also tell how much Annie loves dogs. I can't say enough good things about this place.

We love Annie. She is a wonderful person and business owner. We used her for years for our Shih Tzu. Unfortunately we can’t Use her any longer since our move out of state. We highly recommend anyone looking for a caring and excellent groomer.

Love this spot! Annie is great with dogs and knows what she is doing. She always makes my Bischon Shizhu look beautiful and sparkly. I am always happy with the way she makes my dog look! Highly recommend!

Annie, who owns Monroe Grooming Studio, is a truly kind, responsible, dog-loving, and good person. Let alone an amazing dog groomer. My dog had a few peeing accidents one day, which left his underbody all yellow, and luckily for us Annie had a last-minute opening that day. She gave him the best haircut he's ever had--and we've been to at least 8 grooming spots. Only 2 days later we got the really bad news that my dog has cancer... and he again soiled himself right after that. Annie squeezed him right in for another bath---and while she again treated my dog with so much kindness and got him looking beautiful, she was also so kind and open-hearted with my sad and fragile self. She's got a knack for the broken ones... the sick dogs, the old dogs, the dogs that most people don't have time for. If you love dogs, you'll love Annie. We've found our new spot for life.

This review is long overdue. Annie, the owner, is an amazing groomer and animal lover. She is always posting about saving some animal. She is tirelessly advocating for our furry friends. She only adopts senior dogs, no matter what there issues are. That is an animal lover. I have taken my dog Sheldon to her for 11 years. He loves going to her shop and he always looks and smells amazing when I pick him up. I enjoy going there as well as Annie and I have become friends. Her shop does not even smell like wet dog!! She is so clean. If you love you pet and want the best for your pet, take them to Monroe Grooming Studio. You absolutely get what You pay for. She has an amazing following.

Annie does an amazing job. Well worth the money, it’s daycare and a haircut all wrapped up in one! She nails my goldendoodle puppy’s hair every single time, and he always gets compliments from other owners! Would recommend to anyone

I have been taking my two dogs to Annie for several years now and I can tell you that I have never had a problem. The dogs even seem reasonably happy to be there and I can't say that baths are their favorite things. They look so good when I pick them up! I do wish there was an email address though.

I found this groomer on google and decided to give them a try. I brought my dog in on a mid Saturday morning around 10. This past Saturday to be exact. The groomer seemed nice and a fellow customer in the business raved about her work. I showed her my dogs shot records and this was the first incident that I did not like. Instead of just checking records she looked through the owners name and dogs name on the papers. I bought my dog from someone in my building because they bought her from an elderly woman but had no time to care for her. She was 5 months at the time. They said they hadn't named her yet so My fiancé and I named her. This name was different than the papers, but I explained this. It seemed as though she tried to infer the dog wasn't mine. I let it go though. Next, she takes my dog and I ask how long will the service take. She said a few hours, maybe mid afternoon but don't come until I call you. That sounded weird to me but I said my goodbyes to my dog and left. I called 7times between 2 and 2:30. Nobody answered the phone. At this point it had been four hours, not out of the ordinary for a busy Saturday but I wanted to check on my dog. So I drove back up there and the lady's attitude toward me was so rude. She wanted to know why I was there and that she hadn't called me. I explained that I tried calling and no one answered the phone. Then she proceeds to say well I told you mid afternoon. At this point it was 2:30...mid-afternoon.... So after her horrible attitude and tone with me I asked for my dog. She hadn't had her cut yet but had been shampooed. Fast forward to the following Tuesday I look at my dogs ear and there is a huge scab from have her ears cut. The lady NEVER mentioned this incident with my dog and she charged me $50 and she never finished the service. MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO CHECK YOUR DOG BEFORE YOU LEAVE. This type of service was completely uncalled for. I don't use the race card in situations because I know everyone isn't a racist. But pure prejudice toward me, as if I'm ignorant and can't oxford services, I do not approve of. So this place gets one star from me for back customer service, poor time management, and harming my dog and withholding the incident of harming my dog.

Our dog has been coming here for a while now. Annie does a fantastic job. Our dog comes back soft and squeaky clean! Annie will always be our dog groomer, no matter how far we are from her shop. Our dog approves of the service done, woof-woof.
