Front desk should have more compassion when talking with people about an injured animal they can’t help or treat. Very cold and just hung up after I said alright. I wasn’t looking for medical advice just a recommendation on where I can get help.

We brought our dog Moose to IPC after his TPLO surgery on his hind right knee. While I had spent most of my time bawling about our dog having surgery at all, IPC was the absolute best for rehab and recovery. They answered every email, took every call I had and Dr. Ridley was fantastic. Brooklyn worked with Moose every week and would always chat with me after every appointment with a full recap on how Moose did. The demos were perfect, easy to understand and easy to do at home. In fact, we will probably do the exercises we learned here with Moose for the rest of his life, just because they are so good for him! Moose finished his rehab a few weeks ago and I still email them with questions and get the fastest response ♥️! Not that I hope anyone’s dog ever needs rehab, but if they did, this is the only place to go. Seriously - thanks so much to the IPC team!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the doctors, techs, and supporting staff here at IPC! My senior (6 years old) giant breed (110lbs) girl had a shoulder injury September 2020, pain medication and regenerative therapy were not enough for her to completely heal from it. It broke my heart because she loved running and couldn't do it for months and months. We had weekly therapies at IPC for half a year, Dr. Ridley came up with different rehab plans according to her progress, and the technicians were so amazing at keeping both us and the doctor in the loop on her performance each session. The client care representatives were always so responsive and efficient to coordinate our scheduling or billing questions. My dog loved going there, and we would most definitely keep up with the rehab if we didn't have to move to another state. But just for our sessions here, we see great improvement on her mobility, she's now able to run again and hike with us!! This makes us so happy!! Big shoutout to Katie for her excellent hydro therapy sessions and Renee for her telemedicine at-home exercise demos!!

This place has changed dramatically over the past three years as a result of a corporate takeover. The tech Doris is superb and as a result I had been going there for three years. What is not great is the front desk staff. The receptionists are often rude. But I went for the sake of my dog. When I could not make it, I was charged and always paid a $50 cancellation fee -and apologized in advance if I knew I wouldn't make it. However, the practice manager is an extremely angry person who has no interest in customer service, the dogs, or anything other than the bottom line. She called in a huff and told me that the $25 difference between the cancelation fee and the full fee for the water treadmill affected their bottom line and if I were to cancel for an emergency or work again, she would have to "reevaluate my going there." To put this in perspective, I spent thousands of dollars there with three dogs over the years and once in a while did have to cancel for work. I questioned her attitude and posture given the cancellation fees they charge. In response, I have never been treated so rudely by any business involved with the care of animals. She was so angry that I dared question her. Even prior to this I had had a series of extremely rude interactions with the receptionist staff and the front desk make it absolutely clear, it is about the bottom line and they could not care less about you or your pet. There are many alternatives to IPC, which used to be a decent place-it is now just an extremely overpriced cash register that offers the same services many other places do but other places have much more concern for your pet. Ps-The explanation of the practice manager below is a complete lie and whitewash of abusive conduct. I never used any bad language or even tone. I told the practice manager very calmly that they ought not to be so rude and that I didn't realize I had run afoul of any cancellation policy (paying $50 each time I cancelled) When I expressed this opinion, which I did politely, the practice manager became irate and summarily told me I should take my dog and go elsewhere. Completely unprofessional and frankly hurtful. Just mean and again...rude.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I'm very glad my regular vet recommended them. However scheduling appointments is a pain point for those who work a 9-5. Their hours are not friendly to working pet-owners, and it often takes weeks to get an appointment.
