Our experience at Healing Tails has been wonderful!! From the very first phone call, Dr. Arielle was very attentive and thorough in her assessment. I appreciated the time she spent explaining the process and discussing a treatment plan for our senior pup. She answered my many questions. I especially appreciated that she took notes during our conversation and listened to everything. Scheduling is always a smooth process and the team is very responsive - super personable! My Lexi turns 14 next week and she's stronger than ever!!

Queen was involved in an accident and several months later brought in and relinquished to our rescue. She started her journey with us dragging her entire back end with no deep pain sensation or the ability to move her legs at all. Since being in rehab at Healing Tails, she has received the very best physical therapy program we were able to find. Dr. Arielle and Denise communicate wonderfully with us about Queen’s specific needs, and they tailor everything to best help her. We give Healing Tails 18/10 stars, could not recommend more highly.

We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Arielle and her team at Healing Tails. Our three legged Pittie was having trouble jumping, walking, and was crying in pain when carried up and down the stairs. After consulting with Dr. Arielle & following a treatment plan including supplements, Larry has improved dramatically! He is happy again and pouncing around like a puppy. Dr. Arielle & the team @ Healing Tails totally rock!!! They have been treating my little guy (220lb English Mastiff) for the last six months, mainly focusing in acupuncture therapy to help stimulate muscle memory in my dogs journey to getting back up and walking after spinal cord surgery. Sonny has come along way and he’s getting stronger day by day, doing his weekly acupuncture I feel is definitely a very key part of his rehab, he is getting the feeling back in his muscles that will eventually lead him to walking again! The team at Healing Tails - Sonny Chicago Tread Therapy‘s, they could not be more friendly and helpful, it has been very comforting knowing that they are there for anything that I need whether it be questions about his rehab process or just general brainstorming on ways to help him since he’s soo big!
