Staff is very friendly and welcoming. My first 2 visits have been great! What I most appreciate is the kindness of everyone towards my dog.

I love Good vets! Everyone is so professional yet friendly. I really feel like Dr Beauchamp, America and the entire team cares for my dog. I trust them whole heartedly. I definitely recommend this place 100%! That they take time to explain things to you. Options, services. I feel they want what's best for my dog.

I understand providing veterinary services isn’t easy and straightforward and there’s a lot that can go wrong. I just can’t believe that after we had taken our dog here to be checked out and was said he was okay that he would have died in 24 hours. In hindsight, there’s a lot that went wrong on both of ends of this situation. But I expect a lot more from a professional to help a pet owner than I would from a dog owner in regards to our situation.

I've really appreciated the time and care the vets and staff have give to my kitties! Everyone has been so very nice and patient with an anxious cat owner.

If you just need shots for your puppy then going here is ok. Anything more, don’t. There’s no humane side and the doctor is like a robot ordering tests and reading the results. The end. Leaving a message on my VM with results is inappropriate so I couldn’t ask any questions which was needed by her text book result reading as if she just graduated and that was the extent of how she could help. Going elsewhere for sure. Not impressed by the assistance they look miserable. Front desk is swamped wasn’t available for my question because of the line. It’s def about #s and quotas here.

DR. BEAUCHAMP & HER TEAM WERE SO AMAZING TO MY SHIBA KINSEN. HE WAS LOVING THE ATTENTION AND HAD A GREAT FIRST VISIT. MY VISIT WAS GREAT AS WELL, AS I AM A FIRST-TIME PET/DOG OWNER. DR. BEAUCHAMP ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS & ANTICIPATED A FEW! LOL I HAVE A GOOD FEELING THIS IS THE START OF A GREAT TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP FOR KINSEN & ME. I appreciate the effort to make Kinsen feel safe and happy at the vet. He is a typical aloof Shiba but he was comfortable enough to give out a few kisses to the staff and that made me so so happy.

I haven’t been impressed with the level of customer service and follow-up. My previous Vet would send appointment reminders and call a day after shots to make sure my pup was doing ok. There was a little more above and beyond type of care. This place feels more transactional in their approach to pet care.

Very pleased with the kindness, competence and patience of the staff at this practice. Dr. Taylor, the vet tech and receptionist were all lovely.

Had to take our cat in for her annual check-up and heard positive things about Goodvets. :) Our visit today was relatively quick and everyone was very attentive! They even pointed out that it was time for her shots and made sure she wasn’t stressed out during the process. The staff overall were friendly and answered any questions we had. We’re definitely making Goodvets our primary veterinarian for our cat and future puppy.

I’ve visited this vet twice for my puppy’s physical check up and vaccinations. The staff is very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend. I signed up for my first appointment online. I originally considered going to a different vet (friend recommendation) but they wouldn’t accept new patients. I’m not sure if GoodVets have a patient limit, but they seem to be very open and accepting.

Staff was friendly and timely! Great location. Great office! Staff was attentive and professional and did not pressure me or make me feel guilty for not pursuing optional treatments. Highly recommend!

We love Good Vets so much! We always feel our pets are in great hands. We've also felt supported as pet parents through the challenges of raising a rambunctious kitten with a penchant for getting into trouble.

Our first visit to Goodvets was great. The practice itself was very sanitary and clean and front desk Claudia was so nice and helpful. It was clear the tech didn’t review my dogs records prior to our visit but I looked past this. Dr. B was nice and took her time. Unfortunately we will be choosing a new practice as my senior dog has multiple things going on with him at this stage in his life and the communication and experience we have received in the last two months of being clients is not satisfactory. This practice is okay for my 1.5 year old pup who just needs vaccines and a general check up but I’m not confident with their ability to see all the details my senior dog needs for his care. They are often very behind and appear to be under staffed. This happens but it makes it not a good fit for my senior dog or dogs with my complexities.

I'm beyond happy with the service me and my baby received and will continue coming for our new vet's expertise. I appreciate being educated about prescriptions for my cat and his follow up steps.

We brought our pup to GoodVets for two physicals thus far and to treat kennel cough. They have been great. When we were fearful after our dog was showing signs of coughing and heavy breathing (we didn't know it was kennel cough at the time, we just knew something was wrong) and we needed a appt on short notice, they were able to get us a appt within a day and a half. Staff is very attentive and caring. They also take the time to fully explain any treatments/recommendations to you. Will definitely be going back here.

My 9 month old kitten had not been eating properly for a month so I decided to give GoodVets a try after reading some reviews. As a first time client the appointment booking was very easy and seamless with lots of available options. The front desk and veterinarian are super nice and welcoming. They gave great advice and did not push for any unnecessary procedures that did not need to be done unlike other places. After giving my kitten the prescribed diet for about a week she is now back to her old self screaming for food and scarfing everything down so I am extremely happy about this place and will definitely be my number vet in Chicago.

I was very appreciative that GoodVets West Loop could take my dog Louie in on a last-minute notice for an alarming skin issue, even as we are a new patient. The vet and technician/nurse were very kind and clearly great with animals.

As a first time pet owner (of two kittens!) everyone made me feel at ease and were great with Maeve and Milo. They didn't rush me and answered all my questions. The bedside manner for the kittens and sending me home with what I needed to treat my cats was great!

After months of trial and error of finding a primary vet for my 7 month old pup, we definitely found it here. Dr.B was the absolute sweetest to my dog! She literally greeted him as if she would greet her own dogs. Unlike other vets I’ve been to, you know, where they usually try to get your dog on a examine table or come in wanting to take your dog alone for examination - this place is the exact opposite! Dr.B noticed my pup was very hyper and anxious so instead of making him feel even more nervous, she got down on the floor to him so he felt welcomed and comfortable. She didn’t try to force anything on him and even allowed me to take off the leash so he can be free in the room. This definitely helped my pup as he did calm down and made him feel like he was just meeting a new person rather than at a doctors office. As a first time pet parent, this place is everything you’re looking for. Every question I had was answered. Any concerns I voiced was addressed and redirected in a positive way. From start to finish, taking my pup to GoodVets was a wonderful experience! Dr.B was absolutely great and thank you so much for getting my pup back on a normal routine and diet. I’m looking forward to seeing the results in his health! I am glad to say Kobe definitely found his new primary vet! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

We love coming here for our cat! The last vet we went to was very traumatic for our poor cat, so he’s super fearful now. Everyone at GoodVets takes time to make sure our cat is the most comfortable possible; they take time to talk with you and address all of your questions/concerns. I would recommend this vet to any of my friends!

I am so grateful for everyone at GoodVets West Loop!! Claudia is so friendly and always makes everything so seamless leading up to, and after, the appointments. Dr. B and Deanna are seriously the BEST team. I cannot thank them enough and I am so appreciative of them. My dog is a rescue and is just absolutely terrified of the vet. We have had a few appointments now and they are just so kind, patient, and caring. They never make me feel bad or rushed, even though they have to spend extra time with us. Deanna is truly a saint and Dr. B could not be more patient. They are both so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I truly trust their judgment and know we are in great hands. Great vet experience! They gave us a room right away. Almost no wait time between arriving, seeing the nurse, and seeing the vet. The nurse distracted our puppy with some frozen peanut butter while the vet examined him. Very friendly nurse and vet as well. Best of all, they let you come in with the dog, which was an important factor for us. I would highly recommend.
