They were extremely helpful and most importantly truly care about your pet's health more. Dawn has helped me immensely with our cat and truly cares about his health and well being. They go above and beyond your average vet. I did significant research before booking them, and they had both the best reviews and prices. It's also extremely convenient having someone come to your house rather than having to go into a vets office. I am overall extremely thankful for Dawn and the amazing experience we have had! 5/5

I have tried reaching out to setup an appointment via email, phone call, etc. for multiple weeks and have not received a response.

We called MULTIPLE times in the past month as we have a cat who gets extremely stressed when going to the vet so thought having a vet come to our house would be incredibly useful. Unfortunately, we never received a call back or any acknowledgment that they are even in business. Don't waste your time.

Wonderful experience with Dawn and Natalie. I was having trouble finding a vet who wouldn't separate me and my dog for an exam during the pandemic. My dog is a rescue, and gets anxiety around vet visits in general. I didn't want to put her or myself through the anxiety of being separated for an exam. Dawn and her vet tech Natalie provided the service in my home. They provided high quality professional care, for a price that fit my budget. Very good experience. I would very highly recommend their services, and will be reaching out to them for all future veterinary needs while I am living in Chicago.

They came to try to give our pup his shots. He was too reactive to be able to give him anything but they didn't charge for the visit and seemed completely unfazed by our 'enthusiastic' dog. Very professional, I got the feeling they have seen it all. Will update maybe once we successfully get the needle in but all in all very happy w experience.

I have called 6 times and left 4 messages over the past 2 weeks. No response. Will have to find a different provider to establish care for my cat. Update: I eventually got a call back and voice message from your nurse or assistant. Was not leaving this review for the wrong business.
