Horrible customer service with the ladies. I was transfer 3 times and hanged up and finally they schedule an appointment.

The doc took good care of my dog’s neutering and a cut on his eyelid.

Very nice and clean and affordable

If I could rate 0 I would. My cat has been a patient here for years and when I called with an emergency they refused to check her. Plus the vet hung up on me. Never will I go back there.

So far we shall see, new to their area and 1st time, but so far, they seem Old school so that may work if they do well with Pit Bulls.

I understand some folks have had negative experiences recently, but I hope you consider the fact that this is a small clinic that is trying to abide by changing regulations and restrictions by the city around pandemic procedures. My pup and I had a great first visit. Dr. H was very kind and responsive to my questions. He did a thorough examination and was gentle with my rescue dog. We did have to wait outside for a few minutes while another pup was in the waiting area with their owner. I think that's perfectly reasonable to request right now considering they do not have a huge waiting area and we are still living through a pandemic. I hope my dog and I have a long and good relationship with this vet clinic! They are reasonably priced, not pushy about selling stuff and kind to your dog, what more could you ask for?!

My daughter was on her lunch break from school to take our dog ON THE BUS to get her vaccines. I was never told it was curbside. Was only told to call when in front and they would take the dog in. My daughter was left outside with our dog in the cold for 20 minutes. The lady who answered stated they only see people in cars and showed no consideration for anyone who has no vehicle.

This vet is like taking your pet to a car mechanic they just want as much money as they can out of you I highly reccomend the vca mont Claire animal hospital, these people actually care about your pet rather than your pocket..

Great staff and they treat the dogs very well. The prices are very realistic, comparing to other clinics I went.

I see all the great reviews but I just didn't feel welcome during my (first and only) visit and have to agree with the others who've left poor reviews. I adopted a GSD puppy from an acquaintance and went to the vet to transfer over his records and get him micro-chipped. I ended up adding on some other services with the additional fees, but when I inquired about having an ointment prescription sent elsewhere, their attitude suddenly changed. I understand that small vet offices can't afford to charge the same discount rates as big-box stores that buy in bulk, but for a non-emergency prescription, I don't see how I'm irresponsible for wanting to go down the street to a pet pharmacy, especially after I'd agreed to all these additional services. As the vet tech finished up (she was the only one I saw interact with my pup and she was very nice), I asked the Dr. for his assessment (as he'd seen my boy twice before I got him) and some advice about diet, behavior, and what future treatment options I might expect, but he seemed very unenthusiastic, misheard me a few times, gave me generic info, said he wasn't a behaviorist and had no dietary recommendations, and at one point asked me "Oh, are you a doctor?" Maybe he was preoccupied that day and is more on-the-ball with emergencies, but for a routine case he just seemed really dismissive and perhaps not interested in my business...

Dr Hernandez at Fullerton Animal clinic is an absolute dog whisper. He's the only one who can win the trust of my high anxiety 65lb+ pit mix who typically loathes vet visits. Wonderful staff here too.

This is an amazing small place to take care of your loved pets. The staff is attentive, polite and they genuinely care about you pet as much as you do. I took my 5 year old cat for his annual vaccines and got his nails trimmed and they've been the best and most kind. I would highly recommend this little clinic to anyone.

I agree along with these bad reviews. I took my dog on multiple occasions. My dog had an infection along with a severe skin reaction. The vet did not provide care or prescribed anything for my dog. However, he was more concerned about the copay and future visits but not help at the given time. When I asked for help, he wanted to continue to schedule a future appointment but nothing was done. He insinuated I neglected my dog. A professional in this field should not speak in such way. I am now taking my pet to the vet hospital and hope to be taken care of there. Do not waste your time and money here.

Doesn’t do a good examination.My cousins dog was really sick throwing up and was told with some medicine he would be fine but he never got okay.Ended up going to a hospital getting diagnosed with cancer we were very devastated we ended up being told he wasn’t going to make it so we decided to have him put to sleep I just wish he was examined properly so we would have known earlier

Dr. Hernandez is by far the best vet I have ever gone to, and the vet techs are so friendly and wonderful as well.

Wonderful helpful vet, Dr. Hernandez was a big help and took very good care of my dogs teeth removal and her breath was minty fresh for a long time afterwards!
