The initial visit was pretty good, and I can admit I was sold on their training program but the rigor to have my dog initially go through their 3 week boarding AND training program at a cost of $3000 with availability before any boarding …

Our girl Miley is dog reactive so we have been apprehensive about finding a place to board her while going out of town. Luckily, we came across Found Training and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the daily videos to Caz Glancy talking to me on the phone about what would occur during Miley’s stay, everyone was great. Miley returned exhausted (in a good way) and smelled great from the bath they gave her. We have already booked Miley for their Rehabilitation training program and cannot wait to see Miley’s progress. If your dog is reactive I would highly recommend you give Fabian and his staff a chance to help you and your dog.

Justin did a fantastic job with our dog in a modified training setting, both with proper socialization and training for improving her severe reactivity.

I had my dog Scarlet groomed by Angelina. Angelina was extremely kind with my skittish girl and even facetimed me with Scarlet. I was happy to find a very sweet groomer with extreme patience to bathe my girl.

I have a 2 1/2 year old Lab who has developed issues with other dogs on and off leash. He pulls and barks and showed aggression with a ball where he was biting. I intervened and got bit .He needs training and so do I. I met with Justin who offered tips right away and is extremely knowledgeable with dogs. I liked him very much and look forward to an adventure training three week course. I will provide more updates when that is scheduled. I came to Found because my friend raves about them.

I struggled for a good while finding the perfect boarding place for my dogs and I couldn’t be any happier finding this place the staff was so nice and understanding to my dogs needs. I am so appreciative of all them! Both my dogs have reactivity issues and they knew exactly how to handle them they know what they’re doing! I will definitely continue to take them there!

Gus has been coming to Found for training and daycare services since he was 5 months old. He loves getting to play with other pups and has learned so much from his trainers! They’ve been instrumental in helping me learn how to work with him and build a solid relationship with him. Such an awesome facility!

My dog has made such a transformation during his first two weeks of daycare and train. He’s happier, more confident, less anxious and listens more. He loves going and I can relax knowing he’s taken care of in a clean, safe and fun facility.

My 90 lb pitbull Moose was reactive towards other dogs and occasionally humans when on leash, and towards other dogs off leash as well. We did the three week rehab and on pickup day I was able to walk him by probably 20 different dogs in close proximity which is something I haven't been able to do in a year and a half. I still have two at home visits to go with a trainer and I can tell already that our lives are going to change with the training we've had. Moose isn't completely fixed as there's always the possibility of him reacting to someone but the trainers have done their best to give me the tools I need to properly handle the situation as well as make sure I'm well aware of our reality and my responsibility as moose's owner to not put him in a position where he feels he needs to be reactive. After completing our next training sessions I fully intend on enrolling him in their selective day care and then obedience classes as maintenance for his training and to continue building my relationship with Moose. I'm a college student who spent months saving up to send him to the full 3 week rehab and it was completely worth it. I'd also never been away from Moose for longer than 5 days the entire time I've had him. If you're questioning if you should send your dog to Found, don't. They send report cards with pictures and/or videos every day along with more detailed videos of in depth training.

I'm glad I was Found. Like any other pawrent, I worry about my best bud and want to make sure that I don't send him somewhere that's not safe, friendly and that treats my 10 month old mix breed, Bucky, with love and respect. The folks over at Found are amazing. They really tailor the daycare experience to make sure your furry one is both safe and having fun. My kid got put in the "Friendly Dogs" group when we took him. He was super excited and I could tell that everyone had been great to him because he is quick to keep his distance if he doesn't trust you enough. Going back for more daycare and for their 2 week bootcamp. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion and love for animals!! Bucky appreciates it! UPDATE 090921: Bucky just got back from boot camp. Wow. Wow. WOW! I am just floored by what Nikki (our INCREDIBLE trainer) and the wonderful folks at Found were able to accomplish in just two weeks. Bucky is much more obedient and well mannered. Our trainer (and I say “our” because we hoomans need training too) explained everything and pulled no punches. We both admire and respect her for her teaching simplicity and her direct communication. Our first walk being home was so awesome. Don’t be fooled by the “no pull” leashes like we were. Knowing where we went wrong has helped us figure out what we want from Bucky and how to effectively train him to deliver every time. Along with the training, they also include videos of what they teach and how to replicate it once you’ve gotten your furry one home. Best money we’ve ever spent.

I rescued my 2 year old lab/pit mix, Mercury in 2020. Unfortunately, she was labeled as aggressive on her adoption paperwork and I was nervous I would have a hard time finding a trainer/daycare facility to take her in. Luckily, I came across Found Chicago and could not be happier about the experience I have had with them! After an online training evaluation, I sent Merky to the 2 week board and train program and later Obedience II class taught by Ryan. Found turned my squirrel chasing, leash pulling, wild, high-energy rescue into an obedient, receptive, loose-leash walker with constructive energy outlets. Since her board and train and class, Merky continues to attend daycare/boarding and absolutely loves going (she starts crying and wagging her tail in the car when we get close to Rockwell). If you are considering Found for any of their boarding and/or training services, I highly recommend choosing them!

I reached out to Found prior to moving to Chicago knowing it was going to be a big transition for my dog. He is an anxious dog and their selective program is a game changer for him. Having a dog that can't go to "normal" day care & boarding can be daunting, especially in a new city, and I am so grateful that I found Found! The videos and pictures of his day are also a wonderful addition. I have truly never felt like my dog is in better hands! We can't wait for his rehabilitation work come October & know we have a great partner in Found!

Angie is an awesome groomer! Her patience and compassion was truly noted. We have seen many groomers over the years and by far Angie is the best! Best of all - Knute looks wonderful! Thank you Angie!

I cannot say enough great things about Found! We had a very leash reactive dog and it was miserable to walk him, pass dogs, take him to patios, etc. We were recommended to Found by friends and I am so glad we were. Our dog was placed in the 3 week rehab program to work on his anxiety around people and sounds, and leash reactivity. He is a CHANGED DOG. We cannot believe how changed he is for the better. He LISTENS on his walks, walks past dogs with ease, walks right next to us. It has truly changed our lives with our dog. We love taking him for walks, we get so many compliments on his behavior. Justin has worked magic! He is so knowledgeable and listens to our concerns. He has made my partner and I feel confident again handling our dog and we will be forever thankful. We love Found and would recommend them a thousand times over!

Have loved taking our dog to Found. We've used them for their training bootcamp, as well as for longer boarding. Our dog is always super excited to get inside with his friends. Report card videos are quite reassuring when we are away and can see him playing with friends. Easy contact with front desk thru phone or email. I appreciate that very much.

Ellie doesn't know she is a Dog. She went through Boot Camp in 2018. Best thing for her and myself. Terrific training and socializing with other dogs. Just Ellie doesn't do the socializing, she goes with the flow to get exercise. I've used the boarding service twice so far. The daily video clips are great. Ellie's problem is that she still doesn't play with the other dogs. Maybe next time I vacation and she visits Found again.

We just met one of the senior trainers for an evaluation with my dog. He was amazing and the facility looks so nice. I'll update this review after we've worked with them more! UPDATE: I ended up placing my dog in their 3 week training program and it changed our lives. Her trainer, and everyone who works there, are fantastic. I rescued a German shepherd with some serious behavior issues. I now know how to deal with them. Our lives became so much easier thanks to Found. I still use them for doggy daycare occasionally and for boarding. They are the only people I'd trust with my shepherd. So thankful that my vet recommended Found to us! ❤️

We have taken our dog Sienna to Found for boarding and training for many years (7or 8?). I am consistently impressed with how willing the staff is to to meet her individual needs. They have been able to manage her sometimes challenging behavior so that she is able to socialize well with people and other dogs and have a great time. As Sienna has gotten older, she has developed some medical problems for which she needs some complicated treatments. They were able to take her to Heal Veterinary Clinic across the street so that she could receive her treatment and make arrangements to learn how to give the treatment themselves for when Heal was closed. On top of this, Sienna loves to go there. She can't wait to get in the door! I am so grateful that we know that we are leaving her in good hands when we have to board her!

We had our rescue dog, Aggie, for 8 months before we found Found, and it was a tough road. She is an independent pittie and it was hard to form a good bond with her. We just didn't know what we were doing. We sought out Found because I saw online that they had a selective dog program, which seemed right up Aggie's alley. We had a zoom training eval with William, and we got nothing but support. From our very first contact with trainers, there, we've had nothing but positive support. They have taken a little extra time with us, as needed, so that we can feel confident in our skills as handlers. Aggie really seems to love it, at Found, and we are able to better communicate with our pup. We are so grateful for Found and the work they do, there.
