They are very good with my dog. I wish I could go inside with her but I understand why I can’t at this time

took my dog Toro in for a minor issue. have always found staff to be friendly, polite, and extremely caring. i feel Toro gets "rock star treatment", as all the girls take pictures and love on him. also the hospital is 4 blocks from my house, and i like doing business locally. thank you again for taking care of my best friends! Lovely place for your pet

Lovely staff. They truly cared for my pet in my recent visit.

They are very thorough and caring. My puppy (Senior pup) was very calm with them and I'd never seen her calm with any vet before. They explained everything in details for me. I am very happy with the overall visit from the vet to the assistants. I would highly recommend friends and family to bring their fur babies to them.

We’re new to the area, and are so happy we chose this place as our new vet. The facility is very nice, and the care they took with our pup was awesome. Natalie at reception was so accommodating and was quick to help with the transfer paperwork from our old vet.

It shows that Dr. Golden loves her job and it reflects in the care and concern she has for my dog.

I have been going to Forest Glen for the past 16 years. This, my most current visit yesterday was everything that I could have wanted and more. The staff and Dr. were responsive to an immediate care situation. Dr. Behnke is caring compassionate and thorough in explaining exactly the what and why each step of the exam, Diagnosis and treatment. I'm fortunate that my fur babies have such a Great place to go for their health and well being.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The Covid protocols were in place. They could be slightly more accommodating In regards to those people taking public transport or walking to the clinic. They’re wise the visit was five star

The way the staff treats the animals show that they really care! I brought my new kitten Frances for her first visit, and she was treated like a little princess.

I have taken many pets to Forest Glen Animal Hospital, but when the previous owner sold the business to a big chain, their service became cold and mercenary. It’s no longer a caring place, they are not interested in your pet anymore - only about money. Now with their COVID protocols which are still in place in Oct 2021, I have had enough!. They keep you waiting in your car or standing outside. I was on time for my appt but they still expected me to wait 1/2 hour for a space to open in the clinic and you can’t even come in to wait, this is ridiculous! Even doctor’s office don’t have such ridiculous policies! I have had it - getting my records and going somewhere else.

Such a great staff and exceptionally responsive for the needs of your pet!

They're a bit pricey, but thorough. My hyper dog usually is all over the place, and they still manage to handle him with care. Would recommend, will go back when needed.

I love Forest Glen Animal Hospital! I brought my kitty Gracie in to have her spayed, and Dr. Behnke did an amazing job with my Gracie. Shannon, her technician that day, is awesome too. The hospital is very clean and everyone there really enjoys working with animals. This is the place to bring your pet if you're looking for quality care for your fur baby's. ❤????????????????????

Worst place to take your pet if you care about them they treat them terribly and don’t care about any emergency conditions. Took my dog in today for emergency. Workers took a long time and made it complicated for my dog to enter the emergency room and had me watch my dog suffer to stay alive in front of me after they told me several times that he is safe to be taken home but obviously he wasn’t in a good condition.

Honestly thought that vets were there to help when in need, yet that wasn't the case here. My two year old puppy was taken away from us today. One would assume that if these people that specialized in being a pet doctor they understood what they were doing, but they clearly didn't considering they said multiple times our dog would be ok after eating a harmful substance that was life threatening the previous day. After we got him back, he was in horrible condition and within minutes he passed away in my arms. If I was able to give 0 stars I WOULD!

Staff was very welcoming to myself and my pup. Leia especially liked the whip cream cone.

This vet hurt my dog permanently and took him away from us today. I am writing this wishing I didn’t have to considering we’ve come here for years. Long story short, my dog got ahold of a small amount of rat poisoning from the yard. We immediately took him to the emergency room and they induced vomiting. He slept great through the night and was playful in the morning before we took him to Forest Glen. I picked him up at 6 hoping he’d be the same way I left him. I was very wrong. He was severely shaking to the point where my sister and I had to stop driving. Three nurses told us he would be 100% okay when I asked them multiple times. My dad met us and we tried to take him back to Forest Glen, but they refused. He then stopped responding and we didn’t feel a heartbeat. By the time we had gotten to the emergency room, it was too late. I will forever miss this little guy.

My Dog was having a seizure and had to take him to the nearest hospital the staff and doctor are wonderful i called and them and told them what was going on they came out right away and got him in super quick! I don't know much i could thank them so i want you give you a good review! Thank you for everything!

they guaranteed he would be ok, but gave him back to us seizing, in worst condition than we gave him in resulting in him passing away 10 minutes after receiving him from the hospital. Then lied to us throughout the phone call when trying to understand what was going on with him.

I called them pick cuz my dog is sick all I got in response was they are not accepting new patients. They referred me to emergency care which cost a fortune. My previous vets would have opened his doors to take care of my dog but he passed away.

I definitely think this place has turned into a danger zone to animals. Their negligence and carelessness has killed my dog. They claimed he was doing great all day, only to pick him up in worse condition than when he was dropped off. Three different staff reassured us that he was fine to be discharged and his shaking was just nervousness. Well, one block down he started seizing, and they refused to take him back. He was treated for the substance earlier that day and allegedly was doing great. Even the vet herself is confused because she said poison wouldn’t have acted that fast! They couldn’t even get the story straight when speaking to us. New excuses and lies every time we spoke. Refusing to believe anything we told her. Disgusting place with even worse doctors and staff. Highly recommend going somewhere else if you care for your pet. Also, if you do decide to go to this disgusting place, be very clear with what you want and don’t want done to your dog. Otherwise they’ll assume.

Forest Glen Animal Hospital is fantastic. My 12 year old dog is doing great because of their expertise.

This is the greatest vet ever! I only wish that my dogs health wasn’t the only reason that I had to go there. My dog Ollie loves it there as much as I do. My hope is that people are reading these reviews so they can see that they have just found the best vet, who will do anything for their pet. I am so grateful for everything that Forest Glen has done for me me and my my best friend Ollie.

This vet permanently damaged our dog's eye during a routine exam, and openly admitted to doing so. He will forever need eye care now. Do not bring your pet here if you care about them at all.

We had to cross our beloved twelve year old golden retriever to the other side this evening. Her issues went on for six days. Everyone involved could not have been more helpful or sympathetic. We had many questions over the course of Bella’s issues and never once did we feel like we were bothering anyone. During our final appointment this evening we were given all the time we needed. They gave Bella such respect through this trying time. I hope to never have to do this again but this is where I would want it to happen if need be. Thank you everyone at forest glen especially Amber. I know my Bella is no longer suffering and at peace
