Wonderful service. Their sitters are amazing. My pets are taken care of, I feel supported, and I feel like this service is above and beyond in terms of personalization, care, and thoughtfulness.

Fetch! was very communicative and easily helped me find appropriate pet care for a vacation, with roughly a weeks notice. Seth, our sitter, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and so kind to our kitties. He tailored his care to both of their individual personalities – he gave our wild child play time and our shy guy encouraging pets to help him stay out and about. He provided detailed notes and cute pictures to give us updates and help put my mind at ease while on we were away. Really appreciate the quality service Seth and Fetch! provided and will definitely be booking again for our next trip!

This company is the best! Mark has been taking care of my cat when I'm out of town and always does an amazing job. The online portal is super easy to use and they always keep you updated - sending pics of your pet on each visit. I'm going to be using these guys forever!

My husband and I were going out of town and my son who usually takes care of our cat, was unable to. After doing some research, I sent an email to Fetch! Pet Care. I received a quick response. The process to sign up was easy. I met Sara who was going to my cat's caretaker. Receiving daily pictures and a pet journal put our minds at ease that our cat was being well taken care of.

Great pet sitters! Very thorough and helpful. Your pet gets assigned a sitter and they try to keep them as consistent as possible.

My dog is a bit "special needs". Fetch worked with me to find a walker that can handle my dog well and has been very responsive during the process. Gives me a great state of mind knowing my dog is being well taken care of.

My sitter was beyond awesome; however, my issues were with management. I had to contact them repeatedly to get my keys back. On my last booking, I was not notified that I was cancelling outside of their policy range and was charged regardless. Despite efforts to clarify with the manager, she suggested I collect my keys and go elsewhere instead of reviewing the screenshot I submitted and quotes from their app's cancellation instructions indicating I followed the apps instructions. The booking platform does not notify you that you are cancelling outside of the policy. The manager "approves" the cancellation but you are still charged. Client beware!

Carolyn and team are extremely professional & responsive. The platform is very detailed and easy to use. I would 100% recommend using Fetch! for any and all pet care needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Fetch! Pet Care was very responsive and organized in regards to my request. I really like the app they offer that shows exactly what time the pet sitter arrives and leaves your house. The summary each day along with several pictures of our cat were also great! Allison was extremely friendly and I know Puff was thankful to have her take care of him while we were away. This service was convenient, trusting, and affordable. I will definitely be using Fetch! again in the future.

All sitters have been great, but Lynn on the southwest side really goes the extra mile to make sure my cats are happy and house is clean while I’m away. Highly recommended!

We use fetch every time we go out of town. The portal allows for the sitter to upload a daily journal with details of their visit as well as pictures which helps us stay informed while we are away from our pet.

The sitters really care about my cat and do a great job of keeping me informed of how she’s doing while I’m away. My cat takes medication and I really appreciate that there isn’t an extra fee for it to be administered.

I used Fetch to take care of my cat over the holidays. Everyone was wonderful - from the new client intake, allowing me to ask a ton of questions, billing and especially Amy who took care of my cat. She was AMAZING!!! Each day she would send me an update, pictures if my cat allowed (haha), super responsive via text with any question, prompt during time I requested. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future!!!

Maizy loves her afternoon walks with Mark. And I love his charming notes recounting whether she made new friends or was all about the treats. He is conscientious and great with dogs. And has a good eye for photography too!

My experience with Fetch! from start to finish was incredible. I reached out last-minute when my other care plans fell through. Carolyn was extremely responsive and helped get the process underway quickly. Once I was matched with Bob and Sandy they took great care to understand my dog's particular needs (she is undergoing treatment for heartworm so there were a few things to note). They made pick-up and drop-off extremely easy and provided daily updates on how my dog was doing. She came home relaxed and happy.

Never a problem schedulung visits. We love the daily text messages and photos from our cat sitter, they're very reassuring that our loved ones are in good hands.

My husband and I were customers for a long time (nearly 5 years) and only ceased our service due to us moving. Fetch's staff are kind a courteous and the service allowed my husband and I the flexibility we were looking for for the care of our two dogs. When we adopted our dogs they were very timid around people. I was very important to us that we have consistency with our dog walker and that our dogs have the ability to build up trust with that individual. Fetch delivered 100%; they were even able to accommodate us where our walker was also the individual to assist in overnight stays. I would recommend Fetch to everyone!
