Excellent care and customer service. The staff is always kind and helpful, Vets are really great.

My precious little cat Gizmo's life was saved here about a month and half ago thanks to all vets and staffs who took care of him for days. They took him in urgently and gave him intensive care and procedure he needed. He now is enjoying a joyful little cat life although he's still on medication. My husband and I can't thank them enough.

Edit - The owner personally reached out to my family member and apologized and gave his cell number to let us know if we need anything. Having the owner take initiative means a lot to me and restores my trust in East Side and I will be taking my puppy here for future visits

Dr. Sanchez was very receptive to our concerns with our kitty, and was very respectful and thorough with her exam. He diagnosed our cat's respiratory infection quickly, and prescribed medicine that got her feeling better withing a couple days! He even called a few days later to check in to see how she was doing. The office was very clean and all staff members were very friendly.

I was blown away by the amount of care and compassion the staffed show. They are professional and thorough. I highly recommend this facility.
