It's okay. I just needed pills for my dog.

I actually went to this place years ago with my dog when her time had come and they were more than friendly. I showed up yesterday in tears with my cat thinking it was the day to put him down and they looked at him and assured us that he was completely ok physically, and sent him back home with me. Any other vet could have let me assume the worst and not give me the option for a couple more months with my cat. Not to mention we don't visit here frequently and the vet instantly seemed to remember my cat. They've also been the most inexpensive place we've found.

DR Lee and his staff took care Bear my 15 1/2 terrier with care I'm so grateful to them he seems so much better less pain .yes I would recommend this place in a heart beat.so thankful for his honesty.

First time there... Very safe and they follow all covid-19 procedures. parking in the back. One patient at a time. Dr Lee was kind and has a great understanding of dogs and dog owners. Michelle was sooooo sweet and knows dogs. she's a calming force to dogs and dog owners in what could be a stressful situation...I'll continue to seek medical help, care, and knowledge for my puppie from Cragin Animal Hospital.

Not fancy and a one person operation. Calm atmosphere, the vet clearly loves animals and the price is good. It feels a little bit like a clinic vs. a fancy vet, but the dog and cat do not seem to mind because of the kindness and limited time you have to wait.

Great doc. Polite receptionist. Clean place. I will definitely go back!

Can’t say enough good things. My 13 year old dog was sick and my normal vet couldn’t see her for 3 weeks. They were able to squeeze me in and get her the medication she needed. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and not trying to upsell anything, and he is honest. I appreciate them more than they could ever know!! Prices are beyond reasonable for the city.

Dr. Lee treated my cat very well, he also helped him with his respiratory infection/cold. I recommend bringing your pets here. Prices are affordable. The assistant was really nice and lovely. 10/10

I called for some help verifying record and had to try two separate times and she was very rude both times! I’m worried that this place is either a scam, or helps scammers. Not impressed the least they could have been to me was polite.

At first, my dog and I were very unsure about how the appointment would go but as time went on we felt very comfortable. Dr. Lee and the nurse were very friendly and thorough with their explanations. He didn't push for absurd test like most vets do. I am very happy came here

Brought my dogs in a couple of times in the span of about three years and everytime I've gone it's a great experience. Dr.Lee is a great vet and I don't plan on switching anytime soon.

They picked up right away and booked me for the same day. They took their time examining my kitten and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had, to which they answered happily with diagrams. You can tell they really care and are passionate about their jobs.

Dr. Lee is an excellent veterinarian. He tells you the truth about your pet and let you know what options are available. Very affordable price. They are very compassionate and they are my favorite place for my pets.

Definitely not state of the art. Don't expect bells and whistles. But Dr Lee and his nurse are phenomenal!!! He's very cut to the chase and shes the type to talk to the animal like it's a person. My kind of people. Won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Lee has taken care of every dog we’ve had for the past 20+ years. I love Craign Animal Hospital and have complete faith in their ability to provide the best care for my dogs. I am also very impressed with their new Covid set up for appointments. They put lots of thought into keeping everyone safe and getting you in and out! Thank you all.
