Dr. Andres is a wonderful veterinarian! I always take my dogs to him. He has been our vet for over a decade. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares for the animals. Most importantly, he doesn’t gauge or overcharge. I recommend him to everyone with a pet!

Everyone is always nice and you can tell they are pet lovers. They explaining everything and answering all the questions.

Horrible service for booking an appointment. They cancelled on us in the last minute while we had strict deadline to check up our cat. It was very inconvenient specially no other vets had any available times and we missed our deadline. Not recommending this place to anyone who wants to check their pets for the first time! Totally unreliable!

Receptionists and technicans are great but they charged me for an annual exam when I brought my dog in for his vaccine even though they did not do one. They didn't even check temperature beforehand which is mandatory. I would not recommend.

I've been going there for a while. Starting to seem to me like they don't do much of a physical, and yet the prices keep going up. Might be time for me to shop around.

Been going here since we adopted Mokiki back in 2013. Excellent care and service. 5/5 stars!

No longer fit to practice. I took my cat there for four years and after receiving a second opinion realized it was a HUGE MISTAKE and a waste. Two other vets said Dr. Andres “uses out dated and unproductive treatment methods and test. Also, there were better options available that would have produced far better results.” After two years of his ineffective treatment and spending thousands I was forced to take my cat to Dr. Andres to be put down. When we got there, my brother and I noticed Dr. Andres was acting very strange and appeared in a compromised state. We asked Dr. Andres and staff many times if he was alright and were repeatedly reassured he was fine and able to proceed. Ultimately, I refused to allow him to proceed given his compromised state and were forced to go to another vet. Finally, as were leaving other staff members acknowledged he was probably having ANOTHER issue with severely low blood sugar being that he’s a diabetic. The issue isn’t that he had an episode of low blood sugar, but that he was practicing and prepared to make a huge decisions when he does. Also, other staff members knew there was an issue and that he was unfit to proceed but did nothing to stop him. He is a nice man that means well, however I urge anyone that has any serious issues with an animal or needing procedures to find a different vet. You should only go to him for routine basic checkups. Now that I have started going somewhere else, I am so happy I did.

DONT MAKE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR PET. For 2 years the vet dr here dismissed a spot on my cat's chin as "cat acne". When I got a second opinion, we found that it was actually a cancerous tumor. Don't go here if you want the best for your pet.

Got me in last minute on a Sunday. Miss the old vet who was a younger bald guy but still a great experience

$628 for an annual checkup!!! This is not a veterinary service this is highway robbery. The vet kept suggesting all sorts of tests and I kept saying yes because I am not a medical professional. What am I supposed to do, say no to them? Then, they charged me $150 for a bloodwork test on my cat felix because she had a temperature of 103 which is 1 degree higher than normal. Then, only after calling them several times after they said they would get back to me sooner, they told me they have no idea what is wrong with Felix. The prices are wayyy too high and they do a lot of unnecessary testing. If you pay a vet $628 for an annual checkup, expect someone to at least be able to tell you what's wrong with your cat. You're paying for convenience if you live in River North. You can find better medical expertise elsewhere.

This place is wayyy over priced for vet services. My mom take her animals here and her payments are ridiculous for a annual check up.

If you are pet owner like dog or cat this is the place to go and they will well take care of them.service is really nice.
