As with all vets in the ara they are extremely over welmed with pandemic pets. That being said Dr. Larissa has a personal touch that let's you know she's in it for the love of it. My Pippin was admitted to the hospital for obeservation. On our way home from discharge I received a call from Chicago Cat Clinic ready to schedule his follow-up visit. I am appreciative of all the guidence Dr. Larissa has offered to avoid surgery and get my Pippy back to optimal health.

Wonderful Doctors & staff. Knowledgeable & caring. Have been going here for years and even now that I live 45 min drive still choose this clinic for my pets. 5 stars!

I was having the hardest time finding a vet who genuinely cared for the well-being of my cats and not just favoring the dog patients. I'm so glad that I was recommended to this clinic, All of the vet techs and those who answer the phone have always been so kind and understanding.

I recently lost my best kitty friend to bone cancer. It was very sudden. My other baby has been limping and my brain jumps from arthritis to bone cancer but Dr. Larissa Olenych fit me in right away to see Chappie. She comforted me and was so understanding when my 17lb strong boy was not thrilled to come in. I feel heard here and that his care is well thought out and thorough. I highly recommend if you're seeking compassionate and thoughtful care.

Best place to take your kitty pals!! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to help with your questions. All of the doctors have been great to work with, highly recommend these folks :)

They answered all of my questions and they were very gentle with pet. First time visit and was very pleased.

Incredibly kind, from the receptionists to the doctors. Doctor Li is warm, nice, knowledgeable and has made every visit easy, both for routine checkups and more serious illnesses. Can't recommend enough.

They really care about our cats. I trust them to help us make the right decisions on treatment. A little more expensive, but worth it. Dr Larissa O, has worked with us for years. The other docs are also very good.

I have gone to a handful of clinics and this is by far the best! I discovered it when I had a cat who had been traumatized and would get so fearful of going to the vet because of all of the dogs barking. You won't find any of that here since it's cats only. I have seen all of the doctors and each one is wonderful. You can tell that they truly care and are very knowledgeable. Even though it's almost a 30 minute drive for me now I refuse to change clinics. The vet techs and front desk staff are also all awesome!

Kim at the front desk is one of the most kind and knowledgeable people I have ever met. With 5 pets, we have gone to many vets trying to find the right one and never have I ever received such wonderful customer service and excellent advice. We will be clients forever.

I brought my cat Misha, who was having episodes of stress and was very aggressive. She had started to attack me and my sister, it was very scary and I was afraid, desperate and sad. I came into the Chicago Cat Clinic crying and they took her in, they made me feel calm and gave me hope that the issue could be solved. The Vet (Dr. Nordwall) that saw Misha was very professional, he took the time to sit with me and explained me what the issue was and how we could solve it. They gave my cat meds to help her with her anxiety and they have worked wonders, I was not sure at the beginning but I trusted them and they were right. Misha's behavior has improved. During my ordeal they kept in touch with me via phone, they called me to check on us regularly, the staff at the clinic was very nice and helpful. Finding a good vet you can trust is hard, but my experience with Dr. Nordwall really made the difference! I could have lost my kitty, things are much better now, and I am forever grateful!

Love this place. The staff is always so caring towards the kitty babies and understanding in emotional situations when the kitty parents are overwhelmed. We drive from the Southside of Chicago just for the expertise and friendliness.

They are so professional and caring. Since its only cats, there's no loud noises to scare or further stress your fur babies!

This place is left in the dark ages. The staff is a bit clueless and off putting. The worst part is they amputate the nails. An outdated and soon to be illegal procedure. Its already illegal in other states. Paws need claws. The letter I received welcoming me to the practice wasn't even folded with care. Just a form letter. Nah. Not going back.

Great staff, they shower your cats with all the love, expensive but worth it!
