Cara is simply the best pet professional around! She takes her work very seriously and truly treats each pet in her care like it’s a valued member of the family! She is professional, kind, compassionate, and accommodating. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants the best for their pets!

After filling out all the the requested information online. I have yet to here back from them regarding my request. Went with another service and currently trying to cancel my account.

We have used Cara Care several times now to transport puppies for us! Cara is very professional, goes above and beyond to keep us updated on the trip, and has sent pictures updates to see how the pups do on the travel! I used to transport most of my own puppies, but have become to busy to do it now. With Cara I feel as confident as if I was doing it myself, would recommend her 10/10 to anyone!

Cara is the best transport you will find! She did amazing transporting and caring for my netherland dwarf rabbit from MA to TX. Her communication is great, she always responded in a timely manner and continuously sent updates and pictures. She also gave time estimates of departure and arrival which helped so much. I felt very comfortable with her transporting my bunny and would trust her to do it again. BOOK WITH CARA! You won’t regret it.

I'm so glad I found Cara. She drove my one-year-old puppy pretty much across the country at a super affordable rate and sent several updates every day. I was anxious going into it -- he'd been on road trips, but never one as long as this, and he still gets a little nervous around new people. My anxieties dissolved when he immediately warmed up to Cara at pickup, and with each photoset she sent along the way I felt sillier and sillier for ever worrying he'd have anything but a blast on his big road trip. Five stars, would work with Cara again in a heartbeat, sincerely recommend to anyone considering.

Cara and Steve (our dog) are best friends. Steve is only home alone a few days a week, but we know he loves every moment of his visits from Cara and her team! We have used services such as Wag or Rover in the past and Cara blows them all away with her professionalism.

I cannot explain in enough words how fantastic Cara and her company is. We left several dog walking companies for numerous reasons and Cara has come to the rescue, opened her loving arms to our pup and treats him as if he was her own. She is such a kind, hardworking and dedicated individual. It's clear that she can connect with animals in a way that many cannot. My dog Merlin is so in love with their cuddles, their silly games and in general just loves time with her. She's saved us in so many ways - on short notice, flexible scheduling, medical needs etc. SHE IS THE BEST. I don't usually write reviews but I would shout from the rooftops for her. You and your pet are in the best of care with her.

Cara has been amazing to us and our Samoyed, Luna! We were nervous about finding a dog walker for our pup, especially when she was young. I happened to meet Cara in the neighborhood, as she was walking another dog. I instantly knew she was a genuine, caring, super pet-friendly person. My dog greeted and connected to her without me even prompting her! Cara has been extremely reliable for us and we've enjoyed every moment of working with her! I appreciate how she sends photos during the walk and is available via text. She has never missed a walk or check in on our dog, so we never have to think twice when she's taking care of our dog. In fact, she was a godsend to us, during one check in she noticed that our dog broke into a bottle of pills. With both of us at work, she rushed Luna to our vet in her own car where they were able to treat her. Without Cara, I don't know where we'd be right now. I highly recommend Cara for all of your walking / pet sitting needs!

Cara is absolutely amazing! I have 2 cats (who are my babies) and I am so happy that I found Cara to look after them whenever I go out of town. When Cara came over for the initial consultation, my cats went right up to her (which does not happen!). It is obvious that Cara loves animals, and they love her too. She sends updates and pictures of the cats to me - which I love to receive! Booking and paying is super simple with the website, which is also a big plus. I would highly recommend Cara - she is reliable, professional, trustworthy, friendly and I know I don't have to worry about my cats when I am out of town because they are in great hands, and when I return, I return to two very happy cats!!! Cara Care is a fantastic pet sitter. We have three cats and have had to frequently leave town (NYC) but we always feel good knowing Cara Care is available. The online site and booking facilities make it easy to setup instructions once and forever and to schedule in advance. It takes awhile to enter the details but you can also export the info which is cool so consider it a vault for your pet info. I appreciate that the Cara team also sends out a daily diary with pictures and updates as well. Seeing daily updates is reassuring. Finally, as we've had last minute changes I appreciate how friendly Cara has been to accommodate them. We've had several cat sitters and Cara NY tops them all. I recommend them highly.

I have used many pet care services over the years and Cara Care has been the absolute best one I have every used! Actually - it's not just a 'service'. Cara is my cats' friend who comes over to care for them every one in a while. It's as if my cats didn't even miss me at all! When I’m gone I know they are very well taken care of. The account setup and service requests are easily done on her website. Their food and litter areas are spotless and the cats are happy. What more can you ask for? The reason I started using her to begin with was that she was the only one who charged a reasonable price to give insulin shots to a diabetic cat. Others charge so much that I don’t know how they even have any clients. But Cara charges a fair price for that and I am TOTALLY satisfied with her and her service. Oh – and she’ll send you pictures and a journal every day!! I look forward to her pictures and how my babies are doing when I’m away.
