This pharmacy was quick to get me what I needed and take care of future problems I had with the shipping company later one. Very helpful, informative and clear.

It is REFRESHING working with a pharmacy that is actually helpful, prompt with responding and has a staff that actually cares about helping patients. I have had such nightmare experiences elsewhere but today Michael at Braun seriously made my day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help with a last minute urgent order that I needed delivered to the suburbs. He was able to contact a courier service to have the meds delivered on time. I really appreciate his help and will definitely use Braun moving forward!

I had a great experience ordering medication from Braun. The pharmacy called me quickly after my doctor’s office sent the prescription. I was able to set up over night shipping for my order. I received tracking information for delivery and it arrived right on time. Overall a super customer friendly experience!

Friendly fast delivery. They answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. My medication came tightly wrapped and cold. I was anxious I wouldn’t get it in time or at the right temperature but everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

I have had a great experience thus far with Braun PharmaCare! Staff is friendly, care is personalized, and prescriptions are filled and shipped quickly (always on time). Mike, the pharmacist, has been exceptionally helpful. After suffering from side effects from a medication, he helped in finding a tolerable alternative which he personally compounded and shipped out to me the same day.

My fertility clinic told me about Braun PharmaCare, and I worked directly with the same person (Michael) to get costs from other pharmacies matched. He made sure that I had everything I needed, and it was easy to place my order when I was ready.

The customer service rep was very unprofessional when it came down to locating my package. I pod over $200 for my medication and the rep was arguing with me that the package was delivered when I was home all day and no one ever came by. He wouldn’t even give me other options he just kept saying sorry the package was delivered. Disgusting

We did not receive the medication we ordered and had to order the time sensitive and expensive medication again. We missed one of the days we were supposed to take it because of this error. I called and was told that it was sent in the same white packaging as is in the picture and that sometimes people throw it out. They said they used the same packaging for both shipments. The nice thing about the packing that was received the second time is it is very obvious. The only thing that was received with the first shipment was injectors. I saw other similar mistakes mentioned in other reviews.

Once you become their customer. They increase price every refill. I am getting fertlity medications from there. And every other month when i order they increases price by $40 each medicines and says price has increased since you order last time. it’s not even possible that price increases every month. Just BS

My wife and I have been getting our fertility medications from Braun and the staff has been beyond helpful! One of the techs, Michael, always goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied and that we get our order promptly and he just simply makes us feel confident about getting our meds through Braun Pharmacare. On top of the excellent service, this pharmacy has the most reasonable pricing around (after a bit of shopping) so we are EXTREMELY grateful for Braun Pharmacare! Keep up the amazing work!

First time ever filled my IVF prescriptions with this Pharmacy, somehow they had my Old insurance in their database and when they called to ask of my prescriptions they never told me they had my old insurance and had been forwarding the claims to the old insurance. Until i had one i had to refill, they said that they have 2 of my insurance on file and had been sending the claims to the old one and its now rejecting the claim. I was confused to how they had had my old one when i had never before filled any medications there. Not once did they asked my insurance info or notify me that they had 2 on file. Now i have significant amount due to the old insurance ive been trying contact and deal with my issue with the Manager Alissa for weeks now seems like im not getting anywhere. My emails are being ignored and phone calls are being ignored! Horrible service!!

I was sent to Braun for same day specialty medications which came with tons of insurance aggravation (4+hours of phone calls) and confusion. Staff at Braun helped me navigate this mess, and, in the end, my meds were approved and dispensed to me without any issues. I'm so grateful to Dan, the super nice lady I spoke with 1000 times today and was so sweet every time (whose name I didn't get), and all of the staff at Braun PharmaCare. They really care and are excellent advocates for their patients. Despite being a Southsider, I'm considering switching to this pharmacy permanently ♡ thank you so much, Braun!

Communication was prompt and direct. Delivery of meds was seamless and prompt. Customer service was great!

CCRM sent a prescription for microdose Lupron to Braun, and a million other drugs to several other “mail-order” pharmacies. I received phone calls from EVERY other pharmacy to let me know when my prescription was ready and to ask when I needed it by. IVF requires many meds that I didn’t see that I was missing one until two days prior. I called the pharmacy at 7am yesterday to ask if they could overnight it to arrive early today. FedEx tracking said that it was shipped out in the afternoon and arrived around 6pm causing me to miss my first dose. The medication is supposed to be administered in tiny insulin needles, none were included. After anxiously waiting to rush and give this “as soon as it gets there” all day- I had to use an old dog medication syringe to measure this drug and then awkwardly transfer it into a 3ml. I have never been so frustrated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism in a pharmacy. With IVF every dose of each medication is so important that missing the dose this morning and thinking of the impact it will have is very upsetting.

I made an order for IVF Injection medicines and they never sent it I just called and asked where are my medications then they said they never sent it!!!! They apologized but their apologies doesn’t mean anything to me. They are the worst pharmacy never go with Braun pharmacy they are horrible pharmacy!

I have been going to this Pharmacy for 13 years for myself and my cat. I still have my compounding prescriptions filled through them and shipped to FL.

I can my cat's prescription from Braun. They have been great every time I need to refill. I can order online, and pick up is always quick.

My doctor sent the prescription for my IVF trigger shot to Braun. They first declined our payment because they kept entering the credit card number incorrectly, and then they forgot to include a subcutaneous needle. Luckily I had one at home from my last cycle, so I was able to take it. But if I were someone who hadn’t been through IVF before, I would have been screwed. This medication has to be taken at a precise time and not having the needle to administer it would have been a nightmare, especially since my prescribed time was 9pm when all pharmacies would have been closed. Get it together!

They need improvement! Service and Communication is lacking.

Not the biggest fan. I have to use this pharmacy for speciality meds. It’s often hard to get hold of someone. But, my biggest concern is the pharmacist walking around and meeting us outside to deliver meds and she’s not wearing a mask. It feels very unsafe. She came out to give me my meds and came up really close to me without a mask. Made for an uncomfortable visit. You would think someone in this field of work would be taking more precautions.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever been too, regardless of a pandemic or not. Poor customer service and no one ever answers the phone. Ohhh and...... They literally gave me someone else's pet's medicine and not my pets medicine. Shame on me for not checking the medicine label but I placed enough trust into this pharmacy for my Cats well being and they failed miserably in every sense of the experience. So what have I been giving my cat? Who knows!? I can prove this as I have the evidence to their incompetence. A recent vet visit showed that since this medication that I was given for my cat has produced thyroid levels inconsistent with medication. I'm now basing my pets future treatment on the medicine they gave me for some one else's pet. This pharmacy has literally endangered my cat and should be shut down. Oh and they also fill 3 months prescriptions without asking if I wanted it, charge you and then make you wait on a refund. Classy.. 0 stars.

Awful experience. I called in a custom Rx on Tuesday 5/5. I was told it would take 2 days and that I would be called when it was ready. I tried calling multiple times and left multiple voice messages asking about my Rx, zero response. Then finally after being in pain for over a week and having no luck reaching them I just went to the store on 5/13. They told me they didnt make make my Rx because my card number was wrong. Nobody reached out to inform me of this. Then she went to charge my card and i had to stand outside the door for 15 minutes and nobody would tell me what was going on. I had no idea if she was making my Rx or what. Then somebody else came over and was rude about me standing at the door, i was only standing there bc i didnt know what was going on. Unless its absolutely necessary due to custom Rx DO NOT GO TO BRAUN PHARMACARE

These amazing people see me way too much! Going through IVF and self pay means I’m here every other day bc i don’t want to pay for something i don’t need. They are so fast and kind. And i have thought more than once how it’s like an old …
