Dr. Carpenter saved My Dog's Ace Life. He had pavo and Definitely was about To Die early 2021. He's Healthy and Well Now, Being his (menacing bad self at Times). Love him He's FAMILY For Sure.

My review is solely on the interaction with the staff over the phone. I just called to try and make an appointment and the staff was immediately rude. Her attitude can be heard through the phone. It's unfortunate that I would like to receive services in my community but off the bat it seemed I was being an inconvenience to her morning.

This place is wonderful. Excellent service. Very helpful with the animals problems. ????????????????????????

I'm writing this review as much for myself as for you, as a reminder of why I did not go there. 1. their prices were higher than other local vets 2. when i contacted them, they were not at all welcoming or friendly

I called to ask how.much rabies vaccine and nail clipping only. The receptionist quoted me $38 bucks. It was $130 bucks . Misleading information. I didn't ask for your exam fee.. She was already examined from the shelter where I brought her from.. i only requested! A shot and nail clipping. So i rated 2 stars for that.. And brought her shot records to prove she only needed that service I requested. Thank God I had the little money. I couldn't be no more specific as that! Just misleading. Js. Enjoy yo day. Meow.

My Sissy 17 year old granddog had to be put to sleep today. ???????????? We as a family love our pets like we love one another, they are family! It was a very hard decision for us to make, Auburn Animal Hospital was very sympathetic to my sister and family needs through this trying time. Hats off to Rachel, she really helped my sister through this diffcult process and made her feel comfortable to allow them to put our Chico to sleep. Thank you soooooooo much Rachel. We love you Chico, and we are going to miss you soooooooo much!????????????????????????????????????

You got to wait for appointment for emergency for a or a dog or send them way out somewhere it's ridiculous no one answer the phone or called you back

Love this place. They take great pride and care for your pets

I took my cat of 10 plus years to them to get groomed. After taking him there they refused to groom him due to medical issues. After a $300 charge for just some blood work they released my cat home with little to no answers on his medical condition. A day later my cat passed from congestive heart failure. After taking him to REAL professionals they also stated the vet should have kept my cat over night and should have been more affective toward his condition. Not only did they reach back late they also refused to refund me after their lack of professionalism. They will never get my business again nor my families .

Recently brought my nephew(dog) here because his parents were out of town, front desk was nice and tried to answer my questions because I just needed to know and I was confused. Some old lady with a bald fade came and immediately started being rude, this is my first time at this place just trying to make sure my nephew is still taken care of while his parents were away and honey I won’t be back. The prices are outrageous and the attitude I received will not convince me of anything otherwise than bad service and people who don’t wanna be at work. She got mad at the dog for peeing and pooping as if I can help when his anxiety rises around other dogs and as if this is not what is supposed to happen in a dog environment, this is normal ma’am. I just know this will be my first and last time coming here, first impressions are everything for me.

Took my dogs here to get shots and ears cropped. Excellent job and outstanding service.

Opens at 9am Vet does not get there till after 10 mean while the lobby fills up with huge dogs barking at each other

Great staff. I believe provided superior care for my animal. Answered questions and have me a better understanding of what was happening with my animal.

I have been bringing my keys here for years and the staff and veterinarians continue to provide consistent and wonderful care of my pets. They are thorough and always educate me on their care for their best health!

I don't go here that much so i can't rate it.

I took my chihuahua puppy romeo here yesterday to get his vaccines, and they experience was good. Everyone's energy was good I didn't have any problems with the care of my dog.

2nd dog. Same vet. Even though I moved from the neighborhood, I drive across the city to have vet care for my pet. The service and staff are knowledgeable and kind.

I am very please with the services. All my dogs have been taken care by Doctor Carpenter and her wonderful staff.
