Don’t bring your dog here very unprofessional and everyone stinks ???? they are the worst!!! Don’t waste your time or money! They harm they puppies in their care

I called in the morning to have a prescription for my dog refilled. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and told me that the prescription would be ready by the evening. My brother went to go pick up the refill and was told by a worker that there was nothing in the system and no "proof" that I had called earlier that day and asked for a refill. My brother tried to explain to the worker that our dog is in the late stages of congestive heart failure and needs his pills. The worker said it was not her problem that the prescription was not there and proceeded to kick my brother out and claimed that the Banfield was closed, despite it being 5:00 and this location closes at 6:00. I am deeply disappointed with this experience. We have been taking my dog here for years and we have never received such poor treatment until today. If and once I get my dog's prescription refilled, I do not plan on returning to this Banfield after such a horrible experience.

The staff is great, but this branch is either understaffed or overbooked. The last 3 times I've needed to bring my dog in I was told that there are no open appointments for the next 2 months. I have an optimum wellness plan that costs around $50 a month and I can't even get my dog in for an appointment. When you try to cancel the wellness plan they make you call some hotline that has had me on hold for about 30 minutes. At this point, I'm convinced that Banfield is simply too big to give personalized attention/care to my older dog. It was good while my pet was young because we didn't need to go to the vet as often, and because they didn't have as many customers, but these days when we need an appointment we need it soon. They are past the tipping point. Too many patients, no availability, and the insult to injury is making you jump through a bunch of hoops to cancel your wellness plan.

Such a friendly staff and all around good place for my pets! They were also very accommodating with a last minute appointment which was so appreciative. Highly recommended!

Made an appointment. Someone called me to change it so I show up on the rescheduled date and they don't even have me on the schedule.. waste of time. Find a place w more compitants please

So I called the other day to set up an appointment for my pet, and they had me on hold for almost 10 min. Really unprofessional people they have at the front desk But other than that the nurses were nice

I was visiting my parents and my dog got attack by a neighbor’s dog. It was a Saturday afternoon and the nearest emergency vet hospital had a 12 hour wait. Banfield’s, in Burbank, was kind enough to squeeze my dog in on a busy Saturday. Everyone there was so nice to not only my dog, but also me. They let me stay with my dog until the sedation kicked in so they could treated all her wounds. Compassionate people and wonderful care!

Our pup injured his dewclaw last night. I chatted with a vet through the app last night and she was very helpful. I called Banfield first thing this morning and was told we can drop him off asap. The staff was great getting him checked in. We received a call where they explained our options to treat the injury.. Upon pick up, it was very evident that our boy was extremely well taken care of! He's home resting comfortably.

I arrived on 6/7/21 in the am and walked in never greeted. The two young ladies the entire time I was waiting In line never made eye contact never addressed me. Once I was next in line the young lady walked away from the register and never even looked at me. It was 2 other dogs waiting owners seated to be called in. I was looking for a health plan for my dog. I walked at after standing 15 mins. I will never do business with them ever. I will however spread the word to others. In any business when a customer walks in it takes 5 seconds to greed a customer and explain when someone can assist them, eye contact is important as well. I am a small business owner I would terminate both young ladies bad for the business. Kindness is priceless!

Staff is very helpful and professional. They care about the pets that come through the door and are very kind. They want the best for your pets. I brought both my cats here and received amazing service and care.

Employees are great however the price they charge for some services and all medications are really bad. For example today I learned a lesson. When they want to give medicine to my dog. Just tell them to give you the name of the meds or a script. Do not buy it there. I got eye meds for $50 and when I got home. The same meds at chewy.com is $13 bucks. I felt robbed

Scheduled an appointment for both my pups. Booked an hour. Showed up a couple of mins late and was told they could only see one of my dogs because I was late. I asked why, since I had booked the entire hour. They said the Vet likes to spend 30 mins with each dog. EVERYONE knows that Vets barely spend 5-10 mins in the room with the dog and owner. When I asked the front desk person to get the Vet so I could confirm this, they said the Vet was busy. So how exactly would they have given my dogs a full 30 minute visit each if they were still with a previous appointment? The front desk woman was rude, uncaring, and uninterested in helping me speak to the Vet. I told them I was canceling my appointments. There was a 2nd front desk person who remained quiet the entire time, that looked a bit uncomfortable about the exchange between the other woman and I. You guys will never get business from my family and I again. I will also make sure to tell others about my experience.

I've taken my cat and dog to this location for a few years now and it's always a great experience. The staff is friendly and the doctors listen to the health concerns I have. My cat was neutered here and there was no complications or infection. I'd highly recommend this place for your pets' primary doctor.

I loved bringing my cat here they took good care of him ban field pet hospital put my cat down on Wednesday September 16-2020 he was paralyzed on one side he was 17 years old I started taking him here since he was a baby if I get another cat I will take him or her here the staff is very nice and friendly

Service was VERY RUDE i needed an emergency visit for my now deceased pup and they said its 9 am GO SOME WHERE ELSE because of them acting like this my dog died from lack of treatment

I don’t recommend this place. This place was given me the run around. They keep saying “they think my dog got..” They were never able to figure out what was wrong with her. How you gonna tell me you think.. what am I paying you for. They are so unprofessional. My dog died because of them so PLEASE don’t take your pets here.

Lovely place with staff. They're right next to the PetSmart, which although leads to shopping, is very convenient if you need something for your pet. Everytime I go there, I know my dog is in good hands.
