We have been taking my Mom's PomPoo to Cindy & Lynette at the Dog Barber 2 for many many years and have never been disappointed. They know Mom doesn't want to be away from her dog any longer than necessary and call just as soon as possible so we can pick her up! They are always quick to respond to requests & follow-ups for appts. And, Coco always looks wonderful when we pick her up!

Very friendly staff, and gave my pup a very cute cut. They take COVID precautions seriously, which is very reassuring. Will definitely return for future grooming.

Caring staff took care of our dog for a nail trim. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. We plan to go back!

They were great! Ive got a 110lb pitbull who does NOT like her nails done and gets super anxious when getting her nails clipped and they are able to make her feel comfortable and get the job done great everytime. Highly reccomend this place!

I brought my Yorkie Poodle Mix here this morning! Lynette was able to get me in next day. With COVID-19, I dropped her off outside and picked her up outside a few hours later. Lynette asked me what I wanted and did exactly that. Very happy to have found a place to take Olive for good! Thank you!

I've been getting my dog groomed here for about a year and they consistently do a great job! Cindy and team treats our dog incredibly well and he's never afraid to get groomed! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

They actually listen to you. My laberdoodle came home looking just how I wanted. Great job ladies.

I love talking my dog here for grooming, the ower you can tell is a true animal lover my dog normally hates going place bc of being very nervous but he loves going to her for grooming he practically runs in.

I’ve been going to them for a couple of years now. I delayed this review until I was sure that the services I was getting were consistent. I didn’t want to rush into judgment. The timing of services is usually quick and good (1.5 hrs or so).

They almost always have a free slot available, even when I call on short notice. The staff is very friendly. It's ways busy; guess that means they've got a good reputation. They're attentive to what cut you want. Always satisfied.

I made an appointment for my cat to have areas of his matted fur shaved out. The appointment was made for Friday 1/10/20 at 2:00 pm. I showed up for my appointment at 1:50 pm and was told by the receptionist that Cindy got done early and left for the day. No phone call, no nothing! Then I found out that Cindy is the owner of this grooming business. When I called back on Saturday, I was told Cindy wasn’t in. What kind of an owner conducts her business like that? Poor business ethics....NOT ON MY WATCH!

The best dog groomer I have every been to! I have been going here now for about a year and every time I am beyond pleased. Shelly is wonderful and very talented. She always does an amazing job with Gryzli. Thank you!

I have been taking my dog here for over a decade. Well worth the price! I truly believe these people are partly the reason my dog has been blessed with good health for over 16 years.

This is the only place I will take my animals to get a bath and nails cut. I been coming here for 20+ years and I have try other places. But they are not even good as this place.

Worst place you can go to have your animal touched or taken care off, they dont know how to handle dogs correctly and completely suck at there job, and last but not least they ask (tell) you to put a tip on your card should have tipped them 5 cents or a penny my mistake. Never take your pet here my dog is now in and out the hospital for an eye infection after this place.

I'm new to the area. I have a 6 year old Yorkie who weighs 10 pounds MAYBE 11 pounds. I went in saying I need him bathed, trimmed, and nails cut. I was charged $52 for an 11 POUND DOG. My old groomer in Gurnee charges $25 for him and $45 for my 50 pounds German Shepherd mix. This is ridiculous. I will never be going back. What. a. rip. OFF. ALSO, the lady quoted me for my 50 pounds German Shepherd mix at $60-65... there's a 40 pounds difference and you're gonna charge almost the same? MAKES NO SENSE. She said he would be a reasonable price because I was getting all basic things done... nothing crazy it's a dog not a human! I wish I could give 0 stars, but I can't.

They always do a really good job on my dog Trixie! She always tells me how nice they treat her there. The other night she made told a joe Jessica made during her cut ???????? #TooFunny

The owner is very knowledgeable in all breeds of dogs. She is very helpful in giving advice that can set your mind at ease when dealing with your pets' issues and her advice produces results. My dog Luke loved when it is was time to go to the dog barber They all handle my best friend with the utmost care and concern. Luke's Physical and mental well being is in great hands! (He sometimes whines with anxiety) However, they know just how to handle Luke. I just can't say enough about the professionalism here at the Dog Barber 2! Great Job Girls!

I called for the same day to groom my elderly dog. I spoke with Cindy and she couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was nice, patient, kind and extremely caring about my dog and his health issues. I brought my dog in an hour and half later and Cindy and Vicky assured me all would be ok! My dog isn’t easy but they were up to the task. When I came back to pick up my dog; he looked amazing and both Cindy and Vicky said he did pretty good considering his issues. I am so thrilled that I have found a dog grooming center that is up front, honest and very kind and caring about the dogs they groom. My dog seemed relaxed, in good spirits and happy to be clean. Thanks to Cindy and Vicky..... You Are THE Best!!!

Great groomer. My girls went here the 1st time for their hair and owner was awesome. She caters to our weekend appointments. She's very patient with my Naya....my squirmer and crier. Daizee' let's her do whatever, she's my chill girl.
