Everyone especially the doctors are kind and have a kind and gentle aura about them.

First time here, my dog’s current vet is always busy but Merrick saw us right away. I appreciated the way the treated me and my pup. Easy parking. Good prices. Lots of love from the entire staff.

I am Very pleased with Merrick Animal Hospital except for the confusing texts I received before the visit. I was told that I could come in, however the text said that I could not. Doctor, etc were very polite, helpful and professional. Thank you! I appreciate Merrick Animal Hospital. I trust them because my daughter Elizabeth Hettinger gave me the name. She takes her dog to you people. FYI---I trust Maurico was treated very well as he received his vaccine, however it took him 24 hours to get back to any signs of normal after the visit. When we came home he went under the bed. I tried to get him out however could not. Like I said above after 24 hours he came out, got a drink of water and went potty. Four hours after that he ate a bite. He seems fine this morning.

We love Merrick Animal Hospital! All of the vets take such good care of our dogs and the vet techs are phenomenal. The office staff runs a tight ship even with how busy veterinarians are these days. We never feel like just another patient, as they are great about remembering us and making us feel welcome. Thank you Merrick and all of those who work there, we feel such peace of mind knowing you are so close by.

They were beyond belief wonderful! I took a stray cat in to see if he was microchipped the Dr that checked him was so sweet and so caring. I go here for my pets they are loving, caring and ressonable!!

We have been seeing the folks at Merrick since our pup came home to us 9 years ago, and cannot say enough positive things about them. Our current vet is Dr. Sullivan, and we couldn't love her more if we tried -- seriously, she is the best. The love and affection she shows our pup, her detailed and logical explanations to us about our pup's health, suggestions for any issues, etc., is beyond anything we've experienced with previous providers. Our pup is a bit skittish to go to the vet, and at every turn -- from the front desk folks to the vet techs to Dr. Sullivan herself - our pup is loved on, and handled with care and attention. We also have a grumpy old man of a cat who doesn't hold back his frequent complaints about anything, but he does love the treats and pets he gets when he goes to see the doc once a year! If you're looking for a vet in the area, Merrick should be where your search starts and ends.

The staff at Merrick is absolutely the best. Their new app and response to emails makes getting treatment even easier. All my pets have been treated like they are the most important patient. I highly recommend this clinic. We have been with Merrick for over 25 years. Thank you!

Really liked the quality of the first visit for my new kitten. Felt like he was really cared for and gave me peace of mind to know he was in good hands and good health.

I thought my dogs teeth surgery went very well. considering I had not gone there before. 4 teeth pulled & cleaned. 'Arthur' my baby boy recuperated in 2-3 days. i did continue feeding him soft food for a week or so. I will continue going for my baby shots and anything else. We did have to wait a couple of weeks for my boys appt,

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They do not treat your animal or tell you what’s going on! You have to fight to speak with someone and when you do get to speak with someone it’s NEVER the vet, even during an appointment! We ended up going to a different place and had to fight to get the results of all our dogs tests! When we got to the new place we were shocked to find out our dog had 3 different diseases that were NEVER discussed with us! We are still fighting to get his X-rays! This place is unbelievable!

Dr. Sullivan and staff are just wonderful! They're very caring and capable to care for our pets. They are the absolute best!!

Staff always friendly, compassionate & understanding. Appts aren't horribly hard to get & visits aren't super lengthy. Been going here for years.

I had to bring my 14 1/2-year-old dog to a new vet because she had a rash and a growth and her current vet would not see her for three weeks, which was unacceptable. I chose Merrick animal hospital, and had to trust them a lot because I was handing them an elderly dog during a pandemic to be treated by a staff I have never met and would not see with my eyes. The tech was over the moon kind. The doctor was prompt and giving me a diagnosis and answering my questions. I was also reassured that probably this was the last time they would have to do visits without the owner being present in the room. I also found out that they would be a source for me too purchase her pimobendine tiny tablet medication for a heart murmur and that I wouldn’t have to order it by mail anymore. They were full service and were there when I needed them.

Doc SULLIVAN is the BEST Vet I've met in my life. She has cared for ALL of our animals...lulu our dog for 10 years...and now eddie and jack our new puppies ...the staff are caring and phenomenal.

Dr,actually used the f word at us for a simple question,very unprofessional ,told us to find another vet,made appt, when arrived they had no idea what I wanted even though we discussed everything on phone day before

My dog, Bailey's yearly medical check-up went well. Everyone was efficient. Dr. Sullivan's call was wonderful, especially since you can't see anyone because of these pandemic times. The receptionist was also great in handling payment over the phone. I can't forget the girl that took Bailey inside and returned her to me after her visit. She was very nice and reliable. Hats off to all of you!
