They did a wonderful job grooming my old boy cat. I wish I got the wonderful person's name who worked with my boy Clyde. She did a great job. He was very very matted up but she got them out and my cranky old boy Clyde seemed to leave happier, and definitely looking a whole lot better.

This review is for the grooming service manager. She refused to give my dog grooming service because she has a defective leg. It should signal that this person just wants the easy way out. She is supposed to be running a professional grooming service and should be aware that not all animals are perfectly healthy, yet her refusal indicates she’s no better than a local 15 year old volunteering to clean your dog. The work they do under her management will reflect her lazy and carelessness personality.

I like them because they have a big selection of pet food!

Completely unprofessional!! We drove about 35 minutes (with a new puppy and 6 year old) to come for a grooming appointment. I had called and spoke with them before the appointment (like an hour before) and everything was fine then. It's was our first appointment (and our last) ever with them and when we get there they told us that someone had called us to cancel (they didn't). The women seemed annoyed with us and went to the back with no explanation. She came back in front and explain someone didn't show (which I can understand) and that someone called and left a voicemail.. THEY DIDNT!! She gave a half a** fake apology and tried to reschedule. We left. As we were walking out (mind you we haven't even left the store yet) my husband just then received an email of the cancellation. Im not one to leave reviews or complain but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We will not be back, such a waste of our time. Not a good first impression at all.

Store Always stocked. Kristen is awesome for training. Employees always so nice & helpful.

Been around a long time. The people working here really care for their/your pets. Ask for help if you are confused because the staff is ????

Took my dog there today to get groomed. After a half hour we got a call saying he had bitten one of the groomers. Uncharacteristic of him but we went back to pick him up. When we got there they asked if I could come into the back room as he wouldn't come out. When I walked into the back it can only be described as horrific. First it smelled of fecies and urine. In the background there were people I assume were employees yelling and a dog in the cage next to mine was aggressively barking at my dog. He was visibly shaking and distressed. Apparently he had been goingthrough this for an hour? I will never set foot in another's Petsmart again and if you truly love your pet, I would suggest you do not either.

Always have what I need and more. It's hard to not leave without additional pets. Great staff, very helpful and kind.

Clean store and descent fish selection

Great staff. I usually order my products online then pick them up at the store. They are always ready for pickup when stated and all the correct items are in the order. When I arrive for the pickup the staff is prompt and courteous and willing to help carry my order to the car. I highly recommend the PetSmart on Weber in Bolingbrook.

Phillip knows a lot about bearded dragons n anoles. Very knowledgeable.

Pet grooming is very poor

Great place to get started if you are looking to become a good fish keeper. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do a good job at keeping the tanks clean, and there is a good selection of fish and accessories you need to get going. If you are a bit more advanced and know what you are looking for, it's also a good place to get equipment and shaping supplies.

Good Petsmart with good employees who are willing to answer any questions you might have. If they don't know they get someone who does! ???? They don't just guess like others. Come here for my pets supplies ????????

Drove an hr to get a turtle they supposedly had. They did not.

I appreciate the gentle and reassuring kindness of the associate who groomed my Spartan. I forgot her name but I would wish to have her take care of my Spartan on his next visit. Thank you very much for all you do to our fur babies.

I was shocked at how terrible the customer service was today. I walked in around 10am to buy dog food and fish. Went to get help since fish department had no one around. First member I asked ran out of the store, 2nd was super rude, 3rd was a new guy and got helped from the rude team member. I almost walked out. Will not be coming back.

Poor animal care in the reptile section

Very well run store. Management and associates very friendly and knowledgeable about pet related items. Shelves well stocked with large variety of options. Been going there for years.
