Salt water Fish are overpriced and almost no customer service unless you go chasing someone down to help you.

Knowledgeable staff that are passionate about the hobbies as much as customers are.

There is definitely a variety of fish and the store is very clean. The reason for the low stars is this location has axolotls that clearly are not being taken care of properly. Most had multiple limbs that have been chewed off, a few with 3 or 4 of their limbs. When brought to the attention of the worker his response was, they do that but they grow back. I have a couple myself so I know this but when you are missing 3 to 4 limbs you are not able to get to food and are a target for the fish in the tank thay are picking on them to begin with. They need to rethink what they have in the tank with the axolotls, make sure they are fed and cared for properly when limbs are missing.

Don't do it! Bought a puppy for a small fortune and at our new puppy checkup found she has an upper respiratory and GI infections as well as worms. Too much for one little puppy, this should not be and should have been caught before sending her home.

GREAT selection of fish, but something really needs to done about parasites/disease infected fish. I have seen some badly infected fish with ich there. I have also personally nursed three corydoras back to health that were infected with flukes i purchased there. I bought 1 cory a couple months before the other two, and all had flukes. I bought 2 cichlids there about 2 months ago as well, they are now showing signs of camallanus red worms. Don't get me wrong, i LOVE this place. Just wish something was done to prevent passing over diseased/infected fish to hobbyists. Look very closely at the fish your buying from here!

My husband went in today and was helped by Jodi, she truly went above and beyond. She helped my husband within a budget to get the perfect set up for two rats ❤️ thank you for helping us and we look forward to returning to spoil them and more !

I was trying to purchase a turtle and they refused to give me one until i got a bigger tank. I told them i was willing to take my turtle out the new tank i bought and put it back into its old tank until i get a new one (by the end of the week). The tank is pretty big too they was like unless you get a 40 gal tank for that small of a turtle, they wouldn't give me one...there is nothing in the tank but the heater filter and.it has a baskin space with a uvb bulb and a heat bulb but they wouldnt let me have it. Not going back ima get a turtle some where else. Saying a 30 gal tank is to small for the turtle but has 3 turtle ina 40 gal tank with stuff all in it what space do those turtle have for ceying out i have more space then they do

I went to see a puppy at 6:00 pm last Friday and wanted to buy one! Many young staff in the shop are very friendly! ! But the hygiene of the puppy is really disgusting! So many staff no one to clean up! I saw a dog playing with its poop and eating it! I told the people at work but no one cleaned it up. Oh my god these puppies will get sick! I dare not buy a puppy here!

if you are not going to wear a mask DO NOT come into the store. there are signs all over the store stating they are required if you’re going to disrespect that, you can shop elsewhere.

Was a little busy when I got there but the customer service was pretty good. My only downside of my visit were the prices were a "bit" higher than other pet stores I've visited

This petstore is not the best! We purchased a baby axoltl that was suppose to live for 10 years but only lived 3 months, we gave it proper care to, we gave him a 20 gallon tank and made sure the water temp was cool enough and gave him hideouts but he still passed away. They also keep all their animals like dogs, hamsters, bunny’s, guinie pigs and more small animals and they are all in tiny cages like super tiny. The hamsters are all syrain witch is a solitary speacies of hamster and they keep over 10 in 1 small cage! They also advertise small cages like critter trails witch are way to small! A hamsters minimum cage size should be 450 square inches! Those cages are not that big! I am not a big fan of pet stores.

Love this place. Best pet store of all major chains. Clean, friendly staff, lots of selection. Sometimes I'll take the kids just to see the animals, and not buy anything.

This place is a scam. I purchased my very 1st puppy and I signed a contract that stated if anything was wrong congenital or hereditary they would reimburse me depending on time frame 1 year 100 2 nd 50 & 3rd year a different percentage well the vet they sent me too informed me that my puppy does in fact have one testicle (congenital) and its only the .1st yr I've complain at store, corporate and to sales. I'm still waiting on a call. I plan seeking for breach of contract and exposing this locations until I receive my money back and a full apology.

Me and my girlfriend got a cocker spaniel for 4,000 and the dog was sick from the start she was diagnosed with giardia and we talked to them numerous times about some of the problems she was having and they assured us she should be fine. Now we’re spending money and petland is refusing to help out since the dog went past their 48 hour return policy on dogs. Also they tell you that the first visit to the vet is free however that’s just the entry fee. Terrible customer service do not recommend.

They have a large selection of all types of animals to purchase as a new companion. Quite expensive.

I love going to Petland. They have the most adorable puppies and small animals that you want to see. They have everything you can possibly need for your pet.

Make sure you take your newly purchased pet to the vet as soon as you can. Expect that it will likely have parasites. My new puppy tested positive for both coccidia and giardea, as well as a severe upper respiratory infection. She was very skinny and it took weeks, multiple meds for the parasites and two rounds of antibiotics to get her healthy.

This place is remarkable, and had a wide variety of ecologically sourced saltwater fish, as well as well cared for critters of all kinds. Really remarkable. Ask the staff to introduce you to some of the permanent fish. They have names and interesting stories.

Been buying all of my pet supplies from her over the last seven years but after I was ignored for over 20 minutes after asking for assistance I will never return. This place needs new management immediately because employees clearly do not listen to Steven
