My pitbull Milah has anxiety very bad when we try to trim her nails. The vet techs their are great .They are so good with my Milah. I would and do recommend this place to everyone..

Second time coming to this clinic for vet care since moving to this area and I am so happy with them! Dr. Pulins worked GREAT with my nervous pup and answered every question I had for him thoroughly. 100% recommend coming here for vet needs, the whole staff is amazing. :)

Love this vet. Had been taking my pets to their old location in romeoville for years before they merged with their sister location. Now they have more vets and offer grooming options which is awesome! Our dog loves the techs here as they always remember her and give her tons of love and extra pets.

The entire staff was very patient with us. Very caring, explained everything thoroughly to us! Totally recommend them!

We brought our newly acquired rescue for her first visit. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. After a thorough examine, they gave us samples and information on keeping our dog healthy and happy. The prices were fair and reasonable. We would highly recommend Boughton Square Animal Clinic!

My dog, Slash, is pretty intense while at the vet and it's totally feared based. They recognized that immediately and did the best they could given the circumstances. Also, they are the only vet I've been too that actually came up with some solutions for future visits. The staff is friendly and the vet took time to explain medication to me. We will be forever going to this clinic. They are always booked out at least a month ahead but everyone is short staffed right now...

Very happy with all services provided to my dog teddy. The vets and techs have a lot of compassion toward my dog teddy. They always follow-up in timely response with labs results. I have full confidence that my dog, teddy, is receiving the best care he could receive.

I didn't get to go inside with my dog due to the pandemic, which is understandable. My dog has pretty bad allergies and had 4 paw infections from it and the medicine they gave me didn't really work too well. I've been having trouble finding a food that doesn't make her sick and I asked the vet on the phone what to give her and he advised me to keep her on Pro Plan even though I just brought her in with paw infections. I don't know why I was advised to keep her on it when she had 4 infections and I think the medicine didn't work as well because of it. I was supposed to go back for steroid medication but I don't want to spend another $15 for a medicine not to work as well because she's still eating the same food. I thought he could have been more thorough.

Grooming only review: I made an appointment to bring my dogs in for grooming and was told the price would be approximately $50 per dog. I shared with Emily that my neighbor had advised she paid $45 for her dog grooming. My neighbor’s dog as well as my dogs are all 8-13lbs. I was then told they “quote the higher price so the customer is pleasantly surprised when the cost is possibly a little lower.” I brought the dogs in for a “basic + cut” and was quite surprised when I was charged $60 for one dog and $65 for the other dog with no explanation. I shared with the groomer, Toni the above information & she indicated my neighbor was grandfathered into the lower price & I was being charged the going rate for the area. Wow, my dogs have been with Boughton Square Animal Clinic for five years. We used the grooming service there until Jen, the prior groomer was no longer there. Given the above situation, I would definitely not refer anyone there for grooming! It appears there are not set prices and the groomer charges “who” she wants what she wants to!!! Definitely not good business practice...

(April, 2021) The people are so compassionate. It is like they love our pets as much as we do. I could not think of taking our pets anywhere else. (2020) We have been taking our pets to Boughton Square since 1986. Very satisfied with their level of care. You can tell they care about the animals that are brought into their clinic.

Curbside drop off. Doctor called me on the phone and let me know what they were doing. Super nice and informative. The gals who take your dog out of the car and in were so sweet and so nice to my dog. Price was good. To quote Arnold "I'll be back"
