We are so impressed with Dr. Goldish. She is treating our cat for a skin condition, and after only 3 days, he is so much better. A couple of days after the appointment, Dr. Goldish personally called to see how our cat was doing. No other vet has ever done that. The VCA staff is great also - very friendly. We highly recommend this clinic.

I have been a patron of the VCA in Naperville for my whole life but it’s just too far from my new house. I was hesitant to call and switch over to VCA Bolingbrook because of my history at my old vet and the new COVID 19 procedures, but even calling to make an appointment put me at ease. I haven’t even brought my animals in yet but the person booking my appointment was kind, personable, caring, and efficient. VCA just knows how to care for animals. 2021 update: if I could give 10/10 stars I would. This was the first time I was allowed in with my cat since coming here. They had a cat only room that they let me in right away to be away from the dogs in the waiting room, and blankets for my boy to hide under. They also helped me get my cats prescriptions on sync. They really are so great here.

We unfortunately recently needed to let our precious beloved Lucky go to Heaven. VCA Bolingbrook provided our family with an over the top warm and compassionate goodbye to our very much loved cat of 18 years. Dr. Medina and Skyler were so very loving and compassionate. We highly, highly recommend VCA Bolingbrook.

We just had to put our beloved dog down and the staff at VCA Bolingbrook was amazing. Dr. Rowlett was so compassionate with the care of her at the hardest time.

They always take great care of us! We started taking our first dog there when she was 7 and she received impeccable care over the following 10 years. When we finally had to put her to sleep, Dr. Nelson and the VCA staff were so compassionate! 5 years later and we now have a new dog, also under Dr. Nelson's care. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I know it's more expensive than most vets but I like the doctor there and the receptionist is just so so charismatic and great to talk to about the dog she would probably spend hours if she could talking to you about the dog which the reason I keep going back is the atmosphere and the doctors are good too They treated ace perfectly each and every time no complaints

They are the best! My dog's actually love going there.

I love the docs and staff but every time I go in there I feel like I'm getting up sold and hundreds of dollars later....just ridiculous! So expensive!

VCA Animal Hospital are very courteous professional people and they also try to keep you and others safe from the corona. This year has been a rough year financially for my family and I but VCA made it very simple and easy for me to get the healthcare for my dog (Tyson the Terrible)???? also Dr Seibert explain to me all details in layman's terms so I can understand what needs to be done. Thank you very much VCA!!

Awesome place staff is very nice!!

They remember my cats every time I call and always give the best service! As a whole, they're a little pricier than average but it's worth it to have a reliable healthcare team for my pets.

My little family has had more then its fair amount of chaos over the last few weeks. The wonderful vets, techs, and receptionists have demonstrated an enormous amount of care for my animals and myself. They have been extraordinarily flexible and incredibly communicative. Their goal truly seems to be empowerment and education, which ultimately helps me provide better care to my fur family. Keep it up guys. You are appreciated.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My Dog was having problems breathing! I live in bolingbrook!!! I called on my way to this location! Told them my dog was dying and couldn't breathe, I was in their parking lot, The person on the phone said " that there about to close and I would have to take my dog to their Downers grove location..that is 30mins away!!! My Best buddy Died !!! On the way!!! They could have helped, I don't know if they could have saved him.....but neither did they!!! Stay away!!

What wonderful staff! They took my 8lb Angry Chihuahua and made a friend. Great place to trust you animal with! Can't wait to come back. We are in these crazy times, and our animals are very precious pieces of family. The ladies up front are so friendly and answer all your questions. When Vet is done they call and speak to you. I hope to one day meet her face to face. Made sure I asked everything and gave me great tips. The Dr even texted me this picture. And gave me a flea chew sample. Think we found our forever vet!

I think my pup has been cared by all the vets at the clinic. I can't say enough how caring, funny and how they feel as if they are caring for their own pets. All of the staff are very pleasant to talk with and attentive to the needs of your pet.

They take EXCELLENT care of my dog. Love them!

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this vet. We brought our dog in for a uti, a common problem with pretty simple treatment. We were over charged for unnecessary services and testing. Then we were left waiting for 4 days for test results with no treatment or medications. I ended up having to take my dog to another vet for treatment on the 4th day. Upon complaining to the office manager and the medical director I was told they do not offer refunds and that this is how they practice their ‘best medicine’.

I adopted a cat in November and she was having health issues since the night we brought her home. She had breathing and sneezing problems that were not resolving. When I transferred her files over to VCA Bolingbrook and called, they were able to get her in for an appointment the next day which I was very happy about. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful on the phone. Since then, she's had x-rays, a nasal flush, put on steroids, antibiotics, etc. - I can't speak for price because I have nothing to compare it to, but I've spent around $1500 on different medications and procedures. It's a hard pill to swallow (no pun intended) and I don't know how these things cost so much, but it's worth it for my baby. Dr. Siebert is an absolute ANGEL. She has been so patient, kind, and understanding throughout the whole process. We have had MANY conversations on the phone and she never makes me feel like she doesn't want to help or answer my questions. She takes cost into consideration when making suggestions and I always appreciated that. Even though we were not able to diagnose my poor girl and find out what was wrong, (we have to see a specialist now), I will always bring my cats to her for anything else from now on!
