Great place! They helped me out on short notice when I had to fly for an emergency! Dog was well taken care of and well fed.

No worries at all. Sid and Lorena are wonderful people who take great care of our fur babies. Best place to leave your pet while your our having fun without them.

Friendly staff and great prices! Lorena does a great job and she treats my girl good! My girl is a hard one to win over, but by the end of bath day she's all kisses for Lorena which says a lot about how she was treated. :)

Great space for the dogs to get outdoor time and heated kennels. They have been amazing and my dog loves it when staying here!

Incredible staff, great service. I love this place and the fact that I can watch my little Dude on my iPhone while I'm away. That shows me they really care about both the pets and the owners! Sid and Lorena are sweet people.

Recently took my little girl her for daycare while I was moving and she loved it! She is an anxious dog so I was hesitant to take her anywhere, but she seemed to really enjoy herself! Genuinely nice people who work here and they clearly care about the dogs. My dog is shy around strangers but she was licking their hands and wagging her tail when we left. We will definitely return!

Our doggy always seems excited when we drop him off for boarding, especially when Lorena pets and kissess on him! It puts me at ease to be able to see our doggy while we're away. The kennels appear clean. An added perk is being able to have Lorena groom Tierney on the day of pick up. Lorena takes her time grooming to minimie stressing the doggy! If someone is wanting a safe place to leave their furry friend I highly recommend Whitehall Animal Country Club!

Having a great day, the sun is shining, temperature a little cool but our boarding guests are happy and that is what matters most.

I have taken my dogs here several times. They have very clean kennels and Sid and Lorena are wonderful people. One of my dogs has cancer and they take care of giving him meds and I always get them groomed and nails trimmed before picking them up . They are so soft and smell so good. I like that they have some grass time each day. This is about a 20 minute drive for us but I prefer it to the kennel down the street from us. Kenneling is expensive all over the city, they are comparable in prices.

My wife told the man our puppy Black Lab gets fed twice a day and we put one pouch of soft food mixed with her dry food for each meal. He just stared at his computer and ignored her, said nothing and didn't write anything down. When we picked her up 6 days later, he returned half of the food so we know she was only fed once a day. We picked her up Sunday morning at 10 AM as agreed. They usually don't allow pick ups on weekends but the wife said "We will work something out". We tried to pick her up before 6 PM the night before but we couldn't get there till after 8. We had already agreed to pay the additional night if we got her Saturday night. We waited over 10 minutes for him to give us the invoice and he added $50.00 for picking her up on the weekend. My wife had a fit and I just flat out told him I would not pay it because his wife never said anything about this fee. After over a half hour he brought us our dog and said his final "RUDE" remark. "See, she's not afraid of me". Then he told my wife she was rude. My puppy was scared of him and cowered in the corner when we dropped her off. The wife came out and was very sweet to our dog so we felt a little bit better about leaving her there. But we will never take our dog to this kennel again nor would I recommend this kennel to anybody. There are too many better ones out there that are run by people who love dogs and are not just in it for the money. It is obvious he is not a dog lover but I think she might be. We only say her as we were driving away. He has no business being the customer point of contact. No personality and just a crab. I'll bet he has ran away a lot of repeat business.

Moving to Bloomington was tough on my little pup. He is a frightened little dog. Abandoned in the desert back home in Texas, we found and adopted him. He is a scared little pup, very jumpy and does not take kind to strangers. He isn't mean, he just isn't quick to lick and love you! When I decided to find a place for my Maurer to spend his days while he got used to the town I hoped and prayed for a place like Whitehall. Sid and Lorena are the absolute best. Dropping him off is always the best because before I can even say my good byes he is already running to the gate, jumping in Lorena or Sids arms. For Maurer to like this place...it is a really big deal. They are perfect with him and I HIGHLY recommend Whitehall. It truly is the best place in Bloomington for your pup's day care or night boarding. The BEST!
