Our experience was great! You can tell every employee genuinely cares about finding the best home for the animals. We were helped by Alyssa, and she was incredible! We can’t wait to take our pup back to visit her. :)

It's nice that you can interact with the animals far more than other pet stores I have been in, I just don't understand why they are all so expensive! Some of the dogs cost more than my first car.

I will not give the details, but will not be doing any more business with Petland. The owner did try to make it right, but didn't like how everything went down.

Disappointed to see that these poor animals are being sold for 4000. Thats just too much and they know it because they dont post the price

Interesting business model. When you ask the price of what they're selling, they tell you about everything it comes with. Never got a price.

They need a bigger building

I always get my bearded dragon Loki his crickets from here, I also got my bearded dragon from here, I absolutely love this place and want to work here one day

Always something special for the kids. When you can't buy or have in your home, doesn't hurt to let the kids look.

Wish the animals didn't cost a small house payment.

First time visiting this business. Knew the pups would be expensive, but $4,300.00???Oh yes, they are willing to finance, at a very high interest rate. Broke my heart, because there were several that interested us. Just cannot understand how they can get by with that kind of price tag.

I enjoyed playing with the animals, however, it didn't smell amazing. I guess you don't expect a bunch of animals to smell good, though, if they are bunched up in one place.

Sad dogs, while I was there I witnessed a Great Dane puppy in a too small cage, up to 2 medium size pups in too small cages. The cockatiels looked frazzled to say the least, the chameleon was too cold, sitting at the top of the enclosure in a mesh terrarium that had no chance of keeping in the heat necessary for a tropical animal.

Morgan helped us find the perfect fish to add to our tank. She was very knowledgeable.

My husband and I recently adopted a rescue dog and I stopped by our local Petland store to buy a new leash, toys, etc. I’d never visited Petland and wasn’t sure which items would be best for our young, feisty new family member. I was approached by a young man (Tyler) who asked me if I needed help with anything. After giving him a description of Squirt, I gave him a rough idea of the items I needed. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store, he related his own experiences with his dog and what works best for him. He wasn’t the least bit pushy as he recommended certain items and he was really honest about the things that probably wouldn’t hold up well with my particular dog. Tyler was relaxed, personable, and so very helpful to me. I’m a senior citizen and not accustomed to such patient, helpful customer service especially in this day and age but he went above and beyond to make my experience productive and enjoyable. He’s truly an asset to his employer! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

They use puppy mills, adopt don't shop

This company has been thought to use puppy mills. I would suggest that you take your business elsewhere.

Kids working there need more education but the animals are in good shape

Love this place! The employee's are all super nice & encourage you to play with any puppies you're interested in purchasing. They also encourage & welcome you to just come in & play with the puppies to socialize them. Awesome place & employee's!

I will NEVER come to your store again! After working a 24 hour shift i got off and came to your store to get crickets. I waited over an hour til you opened up at 11 as I'm watching atleast 5 customers trying to go in but door was locked. Most businesses open at 9 NOT 11. Pet smart opens at 9. So after opening doors I go in and stand at counter for 15 minutes. A guy asked me if i was being helped. I told him i wasn't. Instead of asking me what he can do for me, he continued to do what he was doing and it wasn't helping a Customer. So finally i got fed up and i had to yell on other side of store and asked him if they had large crickets. He told me they were out and wouldn't have any til tomorrow. GREAT i waited all this time just for you to tell me your out of crickets??? He had the nastiest attitude and VERY poor customer service. I will start giving pet smart my business!

Sold a dog when we was about to pay for the same one
