I had a great experience with this vet and would love to go there again. Although I don't live in the area, they went out of their way to help me prepare my cat to fly to Hawaii. Such a nice staff!

We have yet to have a bad experience here. Always friendly, informative, time conscious & considerate. They call to check in on our pets after procedures and have even helped us how they've been able when finances were tight. We appreciate the staff and will continue to bring our animals here.

My spouse and I have taken all our cats here to see Dr Tackett and he is a great vet. He's very compassionate and gentle with them. We've also seen Dr Riggins a few times and like her as well. The building is clean and all the nurses and staff are very sweet. I would recommend Eastland Companion to any pet owner.

We brought our cat Turbo to Eastland Companion after taking him to the emergency vet the night before. At the emergency vet we found out he had a urinary tract infection. Turbo didn’t get better through the night so that next morning we had trouble finding a vet that could take him in. After calling Eastland, they were able to get him in immediately. Within a couple minutes of us being there they were able to determine he was obstructed. They took him in for a couple days to unblock his urinary tract. We received daily updates from them and were informed about the entire process. Even after picking him up we received calls to check up on how he was doing. We highly recommend Eastland Companion and their wonderful staff.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about my pets' needs. Thier availability to see my pets has been great, I have always been able to get them in within the week. Also, as a college student, I have found them affordable and not pushy.

We just lost our Havanese Geno last Sat. Back in Oct 2020 Dr Tackett called us with bad news Geno has kidney failure and has days to live. We were upset as we just lost another Havanese 2 months earlier, it was just to soon. I ask Dr Tackett if there was anything that could be done. Dr Tackett said we could bring Geno in for 4 days and they would run fluids through him and we might go from having days to maybe 2 weeks if we were lucky. We took Geno in and picked him up in 4 days, brought him home. I spoke to Dr Tackett and he said we could try to give him fluids everyday, well Geno is different and he likes to bite so we took him in to Eastland Companion everyday but Sunday for these treatments. To Dr Tacketts amazement and many others Geno made it 8 months, it was truly a miracle. We had the best 8 months we ever had with Geno. Geno got bad a couple weeks ago and really slipped he pulled through many lows the last 8 months but he couldn't go on. We would like to thank Dr Tackett and staff that spent everyday treating Geno it was an amazing 8 months. Geno was about 30 days away from his 16th birthday he almost made it. RIP little buddy

I love my vet here , and my baby Ozzy came from there as a adopted baby boy !! I trust them. And board Ozzy with them about 2x a year ! He always comes back, healthy, Happy and well !! Thx you !!

I called in tears because my dog was at the end of her life, and I was looking for a doctor to make a house call for her final appointment. I understand not doing house calls because of covid. What I have a big problem with is that the receptionist was rude, impatient and cold with me over the phone while I'm crying and holding my dying dog.

They have a pet clinic once a year. I have an ornery/aggressive cat and they were able to get his shots done quickly. Impressed!

Dr Max and his staff provided excellent care to my son's dog. Their professionalism, compassion and kindness were a tremendous support during a difficult experience. Outstanding Covid policy in place to protect 4-legged patients family. I trust and respect the Veterinarians and staff. Dr. Huschen is our vet. He as stood by us and guided the Healthcare and needs of our dog for many years. His empathy, veterinary knowledge, and surgery skills impressed me from day one. We can't thank him enough for saving our dogs life and now helping Miaya in her senior years.

The office staff, techs and doctors have never steered us in the wrong direction. They've taken care of several fur babies in early life and as seniors at end of life. Thank you!
