We are so thankful for those that worked the holiday. The team helped to put us at ease and provided us with our options. Greatly appreciate everything explained and expectations set. Thank you again for helping our little guy.

Staff and Vet were very responsive and quick to act. I'm very pleased with their services.

It was a sad day but the staff was excellent.

I will never return here again! I brought my pup in at 1:29 am with the intention that she would be seen as an emergency situation with diarrhea and dehydration!!!!! We called when we arrived one lady came out and did a parvo test! Of course negative because she’s vaccinated!!!!!!!! Now they call us inside and she weighs us and put us in our room, 2:30 rolls around and she’s still having diarrhea and she’s agitated and clearly done being at this place! The whole place was quite....I walked out I said hello” hello” and no one came and or responded. so me and my pup waited a couple more minutes in hopes someone heard us!!!!!! We then left!!!!! We didn’t get a call back until almost 4 am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And she sounded like I inconvenienced her and then says well if your not gonna come back then pay us????? Pay you for what????? Your service ha um no!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR RETURN TO THIS!!!!! My Luna is my child!!!!!!!! And I wouldn’t let my human babies go through this and I will not allow her to!!!!!!!!!!! UNREAL UNPROFESSIONAL and down right WRONG!!!!!!!! She tells me we are super busy I said there was one other patient there!!!!! but either way!!!!!!! someone could of been considerate and compassionate! NO ONE WAS!!!!!!!!!!

At no time was I told that my Dega had a life threatening issue. I was told they wanted to keep him overnight. I was to come get him the next morning and take him to his vet. When I arrived I was told it would be about 5 minutes and they would have him ready . Shortly after that I was asked to come in. He passed while they were getting him ready I was told.

We had to take my little buddy sysco there cause he was having alot of issues they tried there best but we had to make a hard decision and stop him from suffering so it was hard but he is in a better place

DO NOT EVER GO HERE IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY!!! I took my very sick best friend and most loyal companion here 4 weeks ago tonight for help and lost him. I drove 40 minutes to get there because it said they were open. When I got there I couldn't get anyone to answer at any of the phone numbers listed on the net or the one on the front door that said to call when you arrive. I waited and called and called and couldn't get help. I then drove my dog to the vet clinic in Springfield and they did all they could for him but he died. Had Bloomington been open as they said they were he might have made it. I AM SO ANGRY AND DEVASTATED HE'S GONE!!! I WAITED 4 WEEKS BEFORE DOING THIS REVIEW in hope some of my anger was gone but I'll never forgive them for not being there when I needed this place. If you love your animal DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The doc took care of my girl pug at 3 a.m. when she became sick as we were moving cross country. Thank you all for taking care of Lily!

They did a great job and I would recommend them

We had found 2 puppies that someone dumped in the middle of the road, 1 had passed away, but we brought the other one here in hopes they could do something to save it, which they did do what they could but unfortunately it passed away throughout the night. They accepted the pup even being from a different county. There was a male nurse/assistant that seemed concerned and caring, and did what he needed too to help. There was a female that came in and talked to us but wasn't sure what to think of her. Then the vet who seemed to care a little bit, and talked with us and answered our questions. It does seem like payment is a high priority there, but that could be because in the past they sent out bills, but never ended up getting paid, which several places require payment upfront but didn't use too.

Was greeted by a young gentlemen who wasn't put off by my very aggressive seeming dog (i have a German Shepherd/Lab mix) and is very loud, listened to what happened and even though there were people ahead of me the timeframe was still very prompt. The doctor listened to what I had to say, advised because of how worked up he is they couldn't do a physical exam first, told me the risks of anesthesia without it, got his approximate weight. They brought a muzzle per my request and even left the room when i suggested! Once he was asleep they carefully brought him out of the room, performed the surgery and brought him back with his problem visibly fixed. Told me the pricing, which i honestly was expecting 3x the amount...ran through his meds and kept checking on me waiting for my pupper to wake up! I don't have a vet yet in Bloomington but after my experience here i can't argue with attempting to make highland my vet. Can't recommend enough!

Came in with an emergency oldest pup had a heart attack they tried their best to save her all the time very respectful of me and her thank you to all who were there that day

Left us in a room for 4hrs and neva came to check on us..... I tried to give it NO stars but wudnt let me.....

They made us wait in the parking lot. 90 degrees for 4 hours. Then they carried a dead dog out the front door for all of us to see (about 10 cars) and put it in a girl's trunk. God knows what's going on inside. Did not send papers to my vet. My dog is seriously ill. We had to have the correct tests run at my vet. I hope I didn't pay $850. For subcutaneous fluids. They were polite, I'll give them that.

Poor service. Money is more important than the animal.

I feel like this place robbed me blind. Took my puppy in for a cat scratch that became infected. This vet said they weren't sure if it's the cat scratch or a hernia. Sent me and my puppy on our way along with the almost 600 dollar bill. Their advice was to take him to our regular vet if he gets worse. HE ALMOST DIED.

They were amazing and caring when we needed them. I wish they could have saved my little girl, but I know they did everything they could. She was cared for best until her last breath. Thank you so much for being such an amazing place. I wish I knew the names of the great people who were there for me in my worst night. So I could thank them. You were wonderful, I'm sorry we didn't get there faster I know you would have saved her.

This past weekend I had to say goodbye to my 16 year old dog unexpectedly and he spent his final moments at this clinic. The staff and vet were very patient, caring and thorough. It was important to me that I was making the right decision. They were able to give me the answers I was looking for in order to make that decision. They also made sure to do so in a timely manner so that he was not suffering. I'll be forever grateful for their facility and the care they provide.

Quick and personal for a difficult time

Expensive ...but when you need care for your pet when they are suffering. The service is well worth the cost. Everyone was great!

Had an emergency with our 7 month old puppy. The staff helped calm us down and took care of Rex very well

First time I had ever been to this vet/hospital... They were excellent and I would definitely return if I needed to!!!

The staff are very friendly here. I called as I had questions about my cat and whether or not the situation was urgent.

Helped my little MinPin who had a 9" blade of grass stick in his nasal passages; I was happy to pay for the ability to receive top notch care in the wee hours of Memorial Day and I was so glad care was available for him. They were so kind and considerate and reassuring to me and were so gentle with my arthritic, cranky old little dude.

I have nothing but praise for this place and the people who keep it running! My cat was seen and treated the day I called, the staff did an unparalleled job of caring for her quickly and kindly while also keeping me fully informed and relaxed, even while maintaining very responsible safety measures like masks, plenty of distance, no contact, etc. I was warned there may be a bit of a wait, but someone was out to help me get kitty signed in, then to take her inside, within just minutes of our arrival! From my very first phone call, I found nothing but respect, kindness, and a very well-informed staff that instantly put me at ease in what could've otherwise been a really miserable experience. Thankfully, Olive is feeling all better already, and it's all thanks to this clinic and the unbelievable staff working there!! I could go on forever, but overall, this clinic is what I'd consider perfection for any business! For anyone with a pet in need of quick, compassionate care, there is no better place than this!!

We brought our corgi in due to a hot spot that had been worsening over the past few days. We had an appointment with our regular vet coming up, but it was going to take a few days and we couldn't wait due to how bad it had gotten. Our dog is pretty high maintenance and can be hard and sometimes dangerous to handle, which makes me nervous bringing him to new doctors. I want to first applaud this office for their COVID precautions. They did a great job using technology to ensure as little contact as possible. I was very impressed. In addition to their organization, I want to thank them for their handling of the situation. Everything was smooth from my end and at the end of it, my dog came back in much better shape than when we brought him in. I was overall extremely happy with my first visit. Thank you for all that you guys do!
