This is our first time using Petsmart’s grooming services and let me tell you it was the best experience we have had yet. We shave our long haired cat a couple times a year (she loves it by the way) and we have tried multiple different groomers and they don’t quite do the job right. Rachel, the Salon leader, was exceptional in all aspects of our visit. Her positive attitude, quality of work and willingness to help is the reason why we will be coming back! If you are in need of any grooming services ask for Rachel.

The most ignorant humans ever work in the grooming salon. Take your fur baby ANYWHERE else. Don't waste your time with the manager, Christie Jones, she feels her team walks and water and the customer is never right. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I always can if what I want when I go in. Everyone is very nice and helpful if I can't fine what I need. Thank you Pet Smart.

They have my babies food! That's all that matters.. customer service is not bad. They have always been pricey, but it depends on what you are looking for. They also at times have sales.

Grooming salon service has really gone downhill. They've had so much turnover so it's no wonder. Store staff also is zero help and they don't even greet you while shopping around.

This store is staffed with great folks, who care and it shows. Above and beyond for my family dogs.

We use their grooming services; Amanda rocks and our Shih Tzu absolutely loves her!!! We also use Banfield located inside for veterinary services. The Petsmart store overall is clean and has nice staff.

Well it's just everything you need for your pet. I've got 3 turtles and a dog so I come here often and usually I find what I need. 10/10

After having a horrible cut at another groomer, Chelsea gave our doodle the best cut she’s ever had!!! Love her friendly personality too!

Dont touch the floor. G Groomers is amazing, they have a training program so that's nice, don't touch the floor though...

Took my dog to get groomed and Kelle did an AMAZING job. She's professional, kind and my pup loves her. My boy came out look even more handsome and smelling good.

I was going to take a cat for grooming, but they ask for too many things, make it more complicated! I will cancel my appointment, I have give the cat ???? maine coons, a bath and shave!

So, I’m mainly here just to say how amazing one of the adoption counselors were when I came in to buy some cat food the other day. I was walking past the cat adoption center and (being a mega cat lover) I HAD to stop at look at the babies. As I was looking at one of them in the main window, I saw one of the workers (I didn’t know her name but she was younger and had two-toned hair with bangs) start bringing more cats up to the window for me to see one-by-one. Although I didn’t adopt any even though I wish I could, it made me so happy to be able to see all of them and I just knew the worker had such a big and warm heart and was just trying to get the sweet babies adopted! GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE CAUSE SHE’S AMAZING ????????????????
