We have been going to Bartlett Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We absolutely love Dr Baker. He and his staff are personable, professional, very loving and caring people to our pets. I highly recommend their services.

We love Dr Baker at Bartlett Animal Hospital. He is always caring and straightforward in his approach. His assistants are professional as well. We've been going there for about 5 years and are happy with the care for our two cats.

Dr. Baker is an amazing vet. He and his staff go above and beyond each visit. You and your pet are treated like family.

This place is amazing. Very nice and polite. Dr. baker and his team is professional. They don’t try to give your animals all the unnecessary shots and meds. He ask you what you want and what he recommended. They are up front with all the answers. He tells you what can wait and what can’t. Prices are good and they treat you like a person not a number. The staff and vets are all beyond wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating. They definitely show you and your pet that they care and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Dr. Baker is the absolute best. He takes his time (with you and your dog) and doesn't get annoyed when you ask too many questions (I'm guilty of this). If you want the best care for your pet, take them to BAH, they're the best!

I love it here and love each of the doctors here. I have been coming here over 15 years and with 5 dogs. I originally came with a dog who was blind and deaf and prone to seizures and how they treated him was amazing, they would go above and beyond with him. One time Dr. Nelson took him outside to see him, to keep him calm so he would not have a seizure. We were in Arlington Hts and now in McHenry and we still travel 45 minutes or so to come here. At first my husband didn't think it mattered what vet you go to....until his baby hurt his leg and needed xrays. When he walked in and saw the doctor holding his baby (and not leaving him on the table) while she talked to us about his leg, my husband left there and told me only they can see his baby. Dr. Baker understood my stress when my husky had cancer and call me and talked me through it and explained things with patience and compassion. Thank you.

Dr. Baker and crew are great people and they take the time needed to do a through exame and explain everything clearly to the pets parents too. ????

Dr Baker saw my 9 yr old dog for a "wellness" check as my vet had retired. He spent time listening to my concerns and also checking out my pup.

Dr. Baker is amazing. Only place I will take my pets.

Took my dog, Grizzly to see Dr Baker at Bartlett Animal Hospital. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Loved that Dr Baker thoroughly explained any issues the dog was having. He was also great with Grizzly!

Very nice place to take your animals too. The staff is very friendly and nice. And Dr. Baker is a great Veterinarian. He is the only doctor I trust to take care of my 2 Chihuahuas.

Dr.Baker is wonderful! He is professional, Smart, Personable and he took care of my Dog. My dog had a serious issue. We were not sure what it was, however Dr. Baker discovered the issue and gave me honest, good advise. His excellent strategy worked! We have a happy healthy dog now.

My dog is not very vet friendly, yet they dealt with her beautifully. Once they had her knocked out, they performed a complete and thorough exam. They cut her nails and got her caught up on her shots. It’s difficult having a hyper dog, but it’s a relief to know they’re here to help. Couldn’t ask for a better place with great and caring people!

Love Dr Baker, went with Dr Seibert today, ot a fan, Asked for no fecal and she went right ahead and did it anyways. Needed 1 shot and heartworm test, bill was $270.00. went last year for 3 year rabies and bordatella and heart worm and wasnt even close. It will be Dr Baker or no one there. The assistant staff is great!!

One of my friends has been with Dr. Backer for many years and strongly recommended him and his hospital. As a new puppy owner, I canceled my appointment with a nearby hospital and waited for there more weeks to follow my friend’s recommendation. After seeing Dr. Backer I found my friend is so right and my waiting and driving are all worthwhile.

1st time going as new patient. Very nice and professional.

Dr. Baker & Dr.Nelson were very attentive & always considerate when trying to diagnose my cat Bella on her unusual circumstances. She ended up passing away unfortunately. We did our best!! Thanks for caring for her!
