Petco Bloomingdale, Illinois

Employees are not aways helpful, most times they are gossiping at the front so interrupting them is uncomfortable. They do have everything in stock. Mostly clean store, the fish section is not always the cleanest floor. Stock employee was more helpful than the employees on the floor.

I was in this store twice - very short staffed and was happy to use the online pick up. I also think Petco is more expensive than other pet stores so I only come here if I have to.

Disgusting. Tons of dead fish in their tanks being eaten by the live ones and sucked into the filtration to circulate whatever bacterias probably coming from their decaying bodies.

Standard pet store. Ok for toys but unable to find Purina One there.

The store was very clean, the check out process was very easy, and the associates we encountered were very friendly to us and our puppy.

Having never been here before we were a little disappointed when looking for dog food. It was more expensive than expected, and they only had a small selection of economical food that was also overpriced when compared to other places.

Love the grooming center. The staff is wonderful and kind. My fur baby gets excited when we pull up and goes crazy when she see the the staff.

I took my dog to this place for a haircut and I got him back with bloody cut on his ears. I complained and got such attitude. Months later I went to give them another shot with just a wash. No trim. They told me they don’t want my business. So I am letting everyone know they abused my dog and don’t trust them.

I was overcharged at this petco and when I brought the items back the manager Jim was extremely rude and told me he could charge me whatever was printed on the item when it was shipped… Even though it was posted in store and online for far less! I’ve never even met this man and he was unbelievably argumentative and disrespectful. I just left and let customer service help. Never again.

The store is well arranged and clean. This review is mainly for the dog training we do there. I cannot say enough nice things about Kale, and the class. Learning alot and seeing real results with our pup.

Asked for help in dog dept and gentleman helped us alot and was very nice.

Used to go to petsmart but the food they sold for hermit crabs had broken seals. Led to a mite infestation in 3 of my tanks. I now go to petco for all my supplies, food is sealed, store is clean.

I called to see if your facility did dog Boarding. The girl was clueless she went to ask someone else if they did. You need to have someone that knows what’s going on and have them answer you phones Good customer service brings in more customers.

Easy to find anything you're looking for, and the staff is always friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to return a canvas dog kennel because it was one of those that slipped through quality control. They promptly refunded my credit card and apologized. I felt as if my business meant something to this store. I will definitely do business with Petco again in the future.

I was disappointed with the selection at the Bloomingdale store. I wanted Milkbone mini biscuits. There were none. The Pro Plan for sensitive stomachs was not stocked. I left.

I like petco because it's close to my house, affordable, and treat animals better than petsmart
