Friendly overall good experience

My pup has some serious issues due to my trust in another vets treatment .the vet here has got my trust that there will be acceptable treatment of her . I was afraid I was going to have to put her down .

Very friendly staff, and great vet would refer him.

I love this place! Love the vet. I take all my puppies there and my dogs.

We brought our 3 month old Boxer in for a check up. They are all so awesome there. Back in September we switched from another vet, with our 8 month old Boxer at the time. We will also be bringing our cats there as they need their check ups.

He listened completely to all of my concerns with my cat. Issues that she had been having for years the next day she was symptom free.

Had what I considered an emergency following a grooming the night before a holiday. I was squeezed in for an exam the day after the holiday. (Next business day) Dr was great with my anxious dog.

Anytime my animals have an emergency issue he squeezes me in. Like today My reg vet for my doodles was not answering the phone. I was mad so I took a chance and called Prarie Animal hospital which is my reg vet for my Boston's. They told me to immediately come in. That is a vet that cares and I will be changing my doodles to his care. I appreciate all the time and care he took with my dog.

Very expensive but the Dr. is one of the most knowledgeable I've ever met, he can call it for what it is on experience alone, but runs extremely thorough tests of course, to be sure. He's also very honest & won't lie or speculate just to make a buck. Him & all the staff are very loving and sweet with little Papillon Scooby. And when I came back 1 had him on her lap behind the desk & I've never seen him look that happy with a stranger in his life. For a minute I almost felt betrayed cus I could he was smiling lol. He wont forgive me for an entire day for putting a pill down his throat but apparently they can stick him with needles & he's all chummy with em right away lol.

If I could give negative stars I would. Heidi their surgical coordinator was very rude and certainly did not listen to my requests. Also told me that I needed to wear a mask when I was told last week I didn't need to and she was NOT wearing one. The main reason I will never return there is due to her not listening to my requests. I specifically told her that I did not want the one procedure done but they did it anyway. I also told her that one extraction was ok but not more. They did FIVE teeth extractions without calling me. Totally unacceptable. She certainly did not communicate what I said to vet. Will never go back

Awful, I really don't have anything nice to say about this place. They came recommended but I really don't understand why. The staff is rude, they didn't give any information of what to have ready for the morning drop off, then they did not even do the procedure until later in the afternoon. They are ridiculous with what they charged us for the procedure. Honestly we just happy we got our dog back alive. Never coming back again.

Great care for our pets!!

They got our dog in for an same day visit as he was having problems. The vet was great and took time to do a thorough exam and prescribed medication and sent out samples to be tested and called today personally and asked how my boy was doing. I am very grateful and I am impressed by the personal experience and caring shown us

Best vet in area great with your pets

Can't recommend this place enough. We are new to this hospital and we no longer trust anyone else with our furry family members. The doctor and staff are friendly, caring and genuine. No BS, straight forward and considerate. We won't ever go anywhere else.

The doctor was fantastic. Perfect mix of medical and personal about the dog. Plan to move all pet services here.

They were amazing. I had to put my 2 17 year old dogs to sleep. They were my best friends and it was the hardest thing I have ever done. They were very kind and they arranged for the cremation for me.

Easy to use system with the pandemic. Happy with the price and services.

Please don't take you pets here. The vet treated my cat poorly and I regret taking him there.
