They are kind and very knowledgeable

They have treated all our animals with such great care! I had a dog who had a rare disorder and Madison Road vet was the only place who figured it out. And since then we have brought our other dogs and even my rabbit there and everyone there has always been wonderful with them. This is a great place to go for knowledgeable vets and people who really care!

We love Dr. Anne, she is so awesome and sweet with our pups. Dr. Lee on the other hand is my least favorite vet, that we have ever encountered, at any clinic and that’s saying a lot . She’s cold and doesn’t seem to care about animals or her job. Every time we’ve had to see her for an appointment, it feels like we’re inconveniencing her by being there. All the girls behind the desk are always amazing and so nice! We will continue to bring our girls to Madison Road, we will just avoid the one bad apple.

The level of compassion here was outstanding. I had taken my dog here a handful of times for shots and things like that but nothing major. The day came where he was very old and his health was deteriorating to the point where we had to end his life. Dr. Betty and Sean were so helpful with this decision, explaining some options we could try with him. We first tried pain medication to see if that would help but to no avail. When we brought him in, they were so nice to us and Kasper. They gave us our final time with him and were very respectful. Roughly a week later, we received a sympathy card from them. This was truly nice, but inside the card was Kasper's paw print. I broke down again when I saw it, but I will forever cherish that paw print. I have it framed. I can't ever thank these people enough for the compassion they showed and the memory they gave me that I will always hold on to. Thank you so much!

I want to thank all the staff but most of all I want to thank Dr. Lee. It was Her Professionalism,. Calmness, but most all Her compassion in our Time of great sorrow. That Helps! Thank You

In the past 6 months I have spent close to $2000 with this vet between 2 dogs and 2 cats. My cat recently (April 23rd) had surgery ($600) to have a mass/cancer removed from here stomach.....she is having some issues post surgery and I called to check in with the vet and was directed to keep an eye on her and if things get worse to call the emergency vet in Janesville?? I asked even if its during regular office hours and was told yes!!!! That they are short staffed? This is appalling to me, so you take the $600 for surgery but then its not your responsibility to see her after that??

First time using this vet and they did a really good job I'm really happy I went there.

The Veterans are very good with your pet , mind are scared of veterans but they both seem to like these veterans. And what helps I like them to Very much.

I would not recommend this place all they do is look for any and all opportunities to run the bill up. Your animals health is secondary to their bottom line. I will gladly give any details to support my comments.

I recently brought in my parakeet/bird who had been acting sick lately. Dr. Lauer was very caring and attentive through the entire appointment and handling my bird, plus the cost of care and medication was fair and affordable. A lot of veterinary clinics won't even see a little bird like mine. I am glad there is a good avian vet in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my birds here again.

Madison road veterinary clinic is high priced and is very rude place

Visit went very well. The guy that brought us in was wonderful. He was very nice to our dogs. The vet was very pleasant and nice. When we left no one looked up and said hood bye or have a nice day. They were pretty cold. There were 4 of them sitting there.
