Woof Wash Batavia, Illinois

This was our first visit to Woof Wash with our 7 month old puppy. As we entered, the facility was fresh, clean, and decorated with cute knick knacks. JoAnne greeted us immediately and we were warmly welcomed in. She guided us through the self-serve dog wash process and was there to help every step of the way. Our puppy adjusted to this new experience and our puppy now has a clean, shiny coat. We had an excellent first experience and are planning to visit again soon. Thank you, JoAnne!

Woof wash has been amazing to my mom & her dogs for years! They were so accommodating, kind, and helpful with her previous old dog who had anxiety and now they are just as great with her newly adopted senior shelter dog who came with skin problems. Their prices are beyond reasonable & really do work with peoples' individual needs. On top of that, they do a great job with the actual grooming, too!

I went there for the first time for the self serve dog wash and it was a great experience. Staff was super friendly and showed me everything and even helped me get my dog into the tub since he was scared. I will definitely be coming back! Glad I came here!

Self served tubs are not always clean.

Love this place! I have brought both my senior dogs there. The first was for the self wash. The owner was so helpful and even allowed me in the back to comfort him while he had his nails clipped. She recently squeezed my beagle Penny in for a grooming last minute. She smelled and looked beautiful! They are extremely caring

Haven't been back since before the pandemic started, but drove out there to find they only take appointments for self wash. This wouldn't have been a problem except that their website doesn't say anything about that. I know a lot of places have changed their policy, but updating your website is easy and saves people time driving there to find you need an appointment. I was told this change was made at the start of covid. It's been a year and they couldn't take the time to update their page?

Dog loves it here. They do a decent enough job for the very good price! Not sure why a dremel costs an extra $10. My first experience was awful (during COVID restrictions). "No walk-ins. Appointment & mask required." I show up for my time & another lady pulls up with FIVE small dogs. She enters in front of me! No mask. No appointment as I could hear the conversation with front desk. And they accepted the dogs!!!! Nearly walked away but wife would've had me do it.

They do not take credit cards

Sad to see a once great local business go downhill fast. Owner cutting costs to stay afloat: a/c down over 90 days; skeleton staff; dirty grooming area....list goes on.

I love Woof Wash. My doggie has allergies and he is bathed weekly. The staff is very courteous. The store quite clean. Highly recommended.

Dawn cares so much for all of the dogs who visit her at Woof Wash! They are more than reasonable in the price area. Their shop is very clean. It's a privilege to have our Bella groomed there.

Dawn does a great job with dogs. Pups really seem to like her and she always takes requests and make recommendations.

We take both our dogs here & they love it! The staff are wonderful and they clearly follow the example set by the owner, who couldn't be more kind and loving to all the dogs we see come in.

We've been going to Woof Wash for years. Excellent service and they are so gentle with our dog.

I took my puppy and here for his very first grooming a couple months ago I was satisfied with how they groom my dog and they cut his face very nice however my fur pattern on my dog grow out into a certain way where they couldn't make the fur colors even but the fur itself was cut even but the colors were uneven and so my mom was displeased with that but she did like his face so I give it 4 stars

I can't say enough about Dawn!! Her love of all animals and how she treats my fur baby, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everything is 5 star. My animals love seeing her!!

I have taken all of my dogs to Woof Wash since 1993. They have always done a fantastic job no matter what breed of dog we presented them with. They have proven to be patient and compassionate as my dogs have aged. I would definitely recommend them for grooming.

Dawn does a great job with with my Std. Poodle, she has a great manner with the dog and provides good advice for me (being a first time poodle owner). She trimmed nails on our previous dog who was very sensitive with her feet being handled.

$5 to trim nails but they barely trim them. Usually I trim nails at the dog groomer because they have the stuff to stop bleeding and the experience to cut as short as you can go. These guys just take a tiny clip across the top, no better than you could do at home. Their self-washing tubs are also too small for a great dane. Anything over 100 lbs or so is going to have a hard time turning around without leaving the bathtub. On the plus side, they have a ramp for older dogs.

Loved this quaint little dog wash! I only gave 4 stars since they didn't have a low self wash for a large dog. Loved their shampoos and sprays! Granite smelled to good after!

They are incredibly friendly and really take their time with my puppy to make sure he gets acclimated to the grooming process.

Took my stubborn anxious bull mastiff here today. She came back smelling fantastic (if you knew my dog you'd know how much of an accomplishment this is) and happy as can be! Thanks guys! We'll be back!
