Definitely not happy with my experience. They cut my dog during the "pre-shaving" that they do before the actual bath and groom. I told them to call me if there were any issues. They proceeded to bathe him. Then they called to tell me my dog had been cut but was not life threatening. I asked what was done and what had happened and the groomer said he had only given him a bath. So then how with just a bath does the dog get cut? Then he said he also preshaved him. So I asked if there was blood he said yes. Then the manager called me and said there was no blood. The groomer, Luis, was clearly inexperienced. Did not know what he was doing and my 10 year old dog did not deserve this. Had my dog for 3 hours for nothing. Note: my dog was heavily matted in the back area and the cut happened on the inside of his leg where there were NO mats. Very unprofessional.

ONLY GO HERE IF YOU NEED TO !! -Over priced - blah service not bad but not all there - they groom your pet however THEY WANT

Awesome experience. I take all 3 of my fur babies here. Amazing customer service and the groomers are magnificent.

This self wash is awesome. Clean, easy and reasonably priced. The soap and conditioner are automatically in the spray which is so convenient. The tubs are always cleaned and ready for the next dog. No messy hair everywhere. Water temperature is just right.

They do a great job at a reasonable price. They r really good to my dogs

They told the stylist whom we go regularly is booked and not available. Someone else did a bath and grooming for my dog. My dog is so scary to go inside and also has been sad. His ears are all red so probably they pulled them very hard. Tears in my dogs eyes are also there. Not taking him back again to this place.

Alyssa, always does a good job to my puppies hair cut, nice and clean.I love it.

Our almost 2 year old Maltipoo received such a GREAT haircut!! His groomer, Alyssa was so good with him, and gave him the best cut - EVER!. We’ll be coming back for sure!!!

We normally go to another groomer but the wait was too long. Got in with PurrFurred within a week. Friendly people and my dog had a great cut. Highly recommend

Alyssa was such a great groomer!! On this day it took alittle longer but that’s okay! My pup was comfortable and she looked like a little model. Loved my first experience.

Excellent job on my lovie! I had a hard time finding someone I could trust with my senior dog, but I no longer have that worry. They did an awesome job!!!! This is our new home. Thanks to all the staff! I know she can be a handful.

The staff was great and was very patient and accommodating when they had to wait for me to come back with my cat’s rabies vaccination records. The groomer did a great job of taking as little hair out as possible to get rid of his mats and it took very little time to get it all done. The price was very reasonable as well! Would definitely recommend!

Everyone I encountered, from scheduling to pick up, was very pleasant and helpful. I brought in a scraggly pooch and picked up a handsome old man. As a bonus, he wasn't exhausted afterwards, which to me means they were patient and gave him breaks(he's 14, standing in 1 position for a long time is a struggle). Thank you & see you again in a couple months!

This is the best pet groomers in this area. Take your pets there you will be very happy you did. Sarah and Allyssa have been our groomers. Allyssa is constant now. They are excellent and very professional. I love them!!

5/27/2020 Update: I still love purrfurred pet styling! They keep Henry looking perfect every time! Highly recommend this groomers! I love purrfurred pet styling! Everyone there are amazing! Henry isn't the most friendly pup with strangers however staff there are extremely gentle with him and are very patient with him. He's slowing getting used to the new location in Aurora. (We always went to Naperville until the recent opening in Aurora. Yay!) Highly recommend anyone with a fur baby to give this place a try. You'll love it! Huge thank you to Purrfurred pet styling for always keeping Henry looking so cute!

This place is great. I used the self cleaning station. The area was really Clean, the water was warm for my dog. They have great water pressure, the dryer was warm. Full sized towels. Ear cleaning station. The staff is really friendly. We paid and their wasn’t a bunch of personal questions. It was amazing

Friendly and helpful groomers. My 14 year old maltipoo was comfortable with them.
