Customer Service is horrible. Spent a lot of money there and I will never go back and would never recommend going there. No one knows what's going on, horrible about updates, prices always change with be advised. Just bad bad bad

My 4yr old Beagle was in obvious pain on a Saturday morning, but didnt know why. I was unable get her seen anywhere i called. I was FINALLY referred to Luv-N-Care clinic in Aurora. They saw her within 30 min. They did an x-ray and found she had swallowed a needle and needed emergency surgery. THANKFULLY they saw her in time b4 the outcome would hv been much worse!!! Dr. Singh and the other dr who did the surgery saved my sweet furbaby's life❣ I can't put in words how grateful i am and for the sincere caring, thoughtfulness and professionalism from the entire staff i was shown, even when as upset and frightened i was for my furbaby's life, thru this unfortunate horrible experience. Thankyou Thank you Luv-N-Care❤❤

Recently my Boston was choking and they took care of her right away! They called and gave us all the updates and progress she was doing. Highly recommend!

I have a lovely French bulldog that suffers with chronic ear infections and allergies. When I called to set up an emergency last minute appointment I was pleasantly greeted with delight (first impressions means alot to me). When we got to our appointment my dog immediately was treated like part of the luv n care family. Everyone is super nice and patient. Dr Singh is super professional, informative and has a great sense of humor. Another impressive thing about him is he is honest with the things my dog needs with education easy for me to understand. I recommend this clinic to any animal lover.

My vet retired so I was was looking for a new vet. My dog's groomer reported that she suspected my dog (an unspayed rescue) had pyometra. I had to scramble to find a vet. Luv-n-Care is near my house so I called there. They were able to perform emergency surgery on my dog the next day! My dog is fine now. I brought my cat there for a skin condition diagnosed by a different vet as ring worm. I had been struggling for several years with giving this cat medicated baths. Dr Singh knew at a glance that it was not ring worm & what it actually was. Cat was treated with antibiotics & skin is completely clear. I brought my second cat in for goop in eyes & scratching ears. Dr Bali treated her & she is better than she has ever been. These vets are wonderful, caring, professional, knowledgeble, and affordable.

I brought my dog Lucy to luv-n-care animal clinic because she was vomiting and having diarrhea. The staff was helpful and caring. Doctor Baljinder Singh Chouhan was very detailed and explained everything clearly while he was trying to make my dog feel comfortable around him. I am thankful to him for finding out that Lucy had pancreatites. She got to be treated right on time. This clinic, in special doctor Chouhan have Lucy as their patient for life now. Thanks a lot

Dr. Chouhan and staff were awesome with my bulldog. They performed a spay and all annual care with no incidents. Any question I had was answered and then I got to shop at the guitar center next door. 5/5 Romos ????????????????

Having recently relocated from NYC to Aurora, IL, I found that this clinic was very conveniently located. Communications were prompt and professional, and check-in for our appointment to establish care for our 2 dogs was fast. The staff and the veterinarian were all very friendly, and took the time to make sure our dogs felt comfortable with them as people before they dove into the procedures. Towards the end, they also recommended some cost savings as we schedule future appointments - highly recommended for simple and straightforward quality care!

I was on a delivery to this clinic when I had asked them for advice about my 3 year old puppy who injured himself when he was chewing on an electric cord. They did not give me any advice.. instead they said to bring my puppy in to be scene that same day! I have been looking for a clinic to take my little guy with no avail. Everyone there was so wonderful with my puppy and with me!! They worked with me in every way! The are COMPASSIONATE and have the our pets best interest at heart! A special shot out to Amy, The Vet and the rest of the crew! A big thank you guys!!! You will be my clinic for my BEANIE!

I just love this clinic! They truly care for your animals and the vets even answer the phones themselves sometimes! They will take the time to explain things and the receptionists are also super helpful and nice. They support animal rescue as well which is an added bonus and testament to their character????

I took my cat in here to get spayed and when I dropped her off they were extremely professional and were very loving with her, which I appreciated greatly. Great service!

We came here to get vaccines for our dog and the service was great and we were able to get going quickly and sure to get the best for our dog. The staff was very friendly and nice. Good service overall

Forever grateful for this team! I was always very pleased with our visits here as the team is so compassionate and dedicated. Recently, my worst dreams seemed to be coming to life as my sweet little chihuahua wasn't doing well. Things were getting worse as surgery had to be done as soon as possible and she may not make it. This team was there for us 10x over! The level of care, understanding and dedication was amazing and continues to be outstanding! They have even reached out to us to follow up and check on her, that meant a lot! I'm so thankful for them and for them being by our side. I feel that sometimes, it's hard for people to truly understand what my little baby means to me and this team got it and understood 100%. They really helped put me at ease during this hard time as I knew she was getting the best care. THANK YOU all so much for what you did for my baby and all of the other animals you take care of!
