Avoid this place at all costs. Vet records show our puppy was taken away from the breeder prior to 8 weeks old, which is against the law. They said she would be 7 pounds as an adult. She is 15 pounds. They know nothing about their dogs and sell them so quickly that there's no way they could. The 1 year "healthy warranty" is filled with such bogus terms, that there's no chance of them honoring it (can't take dog outside and other insane terms). One of their terms is that you can't leave them a bad review! What a joke!

Went to the store great puppies but the service not so good hailey was aloof seemed to young and was confused luckily one of the other girls seems more informed good store just needs better workers

Beautiful dogs, variety of breeds. Employees provided great customer service, answered all questions, friendly staff!! I highly recommend purchasing a dog from this place!

Don’t come here, they will sell you sick dogs, def from puppy mills, and they false advertise, then they have a no return policy, and we living in a pandemic and they don’t care about others, even had fleas in the back room when she was finalizing our order, should’ve known better, going to report them to authorities, stay away, stay away, Patricia the Manager didn’t even care they sold us a sick dog, and I’m not an animal rights extremist by the way, I seen the owner keeps trying to void these comments, but they seem all legit to me, esp from my experience with them, this is not a fake review

Please don’t come here, your better off buying directly from pet owners or breeders, had a very bad experience with them selling a sick dog and manager Patricia didn’t even care at all, said no return policy, they mislead customers and hide if their dogs are sick, the comments are all true, I did see flies in the store and they said they have a guarantee to cover meds if puppies are sick but they don’t tell you upfront if the dog is sick or not They are only looking to get rid of their dogs at any expense, no morals whatsoever

I enjoyed the experience of purchasing a dog! The associates where very nice and welcoming and they made the purchase go smooth!!!!

We bought a 4 month old toy poodle we all love her I like the pocket puppies .the young girl was good and she was very poffe.we got are puppy on November 28.2021.veey happy

Only go if you want to see misery in a small dogs eyes, flys in cages, I hope they get saved from this place, or an investigation is done

I had an amazing experience here! We bought a tea cup Maltese from here and we love her she’s great! We want to thank pocket puppies and the staff for making us feel comfortable and answering all the questions we had when we were looking for a new addition to our family! Our kids love her! We will definitely come back for another puppy!!!!

I called to make an appointment and was glad to know that they accept walk-ins. The puppies where at a very reasonable price compared to other pet shops in the area. They gave me a lot of great information about toy breed dogs and had a lot of puppies to choose from. Love that you can play with the puppies before you make a big decision!!!!!!!!!

Bought my puppy from them. She’s been sick since. The vet associated with them had no clue who Pocket Puppies were. False information given. Extra $100 for the chip and when you go to register being told a one time fee of $25 is really a yearly fee of $20. I just pray that my vet can help my baby. High price for a puppy to have her sick and over $400 in vet fees at 16 weeks old. Calling there gets you nowhere because they can’t answer any questions and have a ton of excuses.

I live near the store and I came in. The store is really nice and the dogs are really cool. The staff is helpful and allows you to play with the dogs in the store.

Do not buy a puppy from a pet store ever. Educate yourself beforehand on this. Many are sick. After purchasing at a high price you will sadly be left taking the puppy in to the vet with very expensive bills. It is very sad, emotionally to have a new pet that is sick. Go on Yelp to see more reviews. The puppy mill breeders in our midwest and beyond make money selling them to the pet stores and they need to be shut down. That is why the Governor of Illinois signed the bill to fight against this.

Cutest puppies in Arlington Heights! They carry a variety of toy and teacup breeds that are all adorable and the store is extremely clean with a great staff!

Drove over an hour to buy 6000$ dog to be told it can't leave for another week.... why post it for sale then staff was unfriendly and rude.

DO NOT GO!! This is a dangerous and unethical puppy mill. They will be dishonest with you about the dogs and they way the get these puppies and take care of them is inhumane.

Went in and it's totally a puppy mill. My family fosters for rescues and have saved dogs from places like this. It's horribly unethical and the gaslighting in the shops replies acting like calling a puppy mill a puppy mill and saying "go to a rescue" is somehow "extremists jargon" is such a red flag.

I got my pocket puppy here! I think it's sad if you get one puppy they have no returning customer perks (aside from the toys), also my dog has a trachea issue and is coughing/choking everyday.

What a horrible experience I had at the Arlington heights location. The Staff was very rude and unprofessional. The business should also really update their website as it has so much misinformation on their site. Employees didn't know much about the puppies told us different information the when we call in by phone just seemed sketchy. We read the bad reviews and still decide to go in as everyone's experience is different but ours was no different. We found another business that offers same puppies and way better service. Don't waste your time or money do your research.

I wanted to use my intellect over emotion ... hopefully this review will come across that way. I am writing this to save you from the heartache, financial burden and disappointment which I have had to deal with because of Dishonest Pocket Puppies! My experience with Dishonest Pocket Puppies has been a nightmare and I do not want you to go through what I have to cope with on a daily basis. I purchased what I thought was a three month old, HEALTHY puppy from the Arlington Heights Store only to find out within five minutes of bringing her home, she has a gagging/coughing issue after drinking water. At first I thought it was kennel cough but after several trips to several vets, and tests, my little puppy has a congenital issue that Pocket Puppies refuses to acknowledge along with their Barrington Vet Dr. Krol. She is a puppet for Dishonest Pocket Puppies!! Thank goodness for the Vet Specialty Center in Buffalo Grove.......They got to the bottom of my puppy's health issue and unfortunately we are on a wait and see what happens life style. Kevin, Andrea, Patricia and others that work at the Arlington Heights store are all dishonest people. Not to mention the owner Lane Boron who refuses to talk to you under any circumstances. I begged the staff to help me and they did nothing... My first clue should have been when they throw this binder at you to sign off on all these documents when you go to pick up your puppy a week after you have fallen in love, named , prepared your home and paid for your puppy. I may get sued for writing this article because they make you sign something regarding social media which I did not catch at the time. I don't care....sue me!! I have been advised to sue them... that's not what this review is about and trust me when I say I do not want to give them any more rent free space in my head after posting this. I want to focus on caring for my puppy!! As I end this...I am writing this for you not me. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from DISHONEST POCKET PUPPIES!
