Very good stuff, nice job and always happy pet!

Horrible place!! Came here twice and they messed up my dogs haircut! They cut it very short and saying that it was tangles and made the decision!! The employee was very rude and not professional at all and threatening with lawyers and police! It’s ok I will just charge back the charge from my credit card! It’s a shame not a business owner doesn’t act or take actions to help resolve with a customer! Oh well lost a customer not a big deal For me but chame on this place !

I have never had any trouble using Happy Pet Parlor, my girls have been going to the owner since I first got them (and before she founded happy pet parlor). There's not many that I trust to leave alone with my dogs, but I know they're in good hands with Jolie. They're cuts always look great, the prices are competitive, and the peace of mind is priceless. As a company they do so much for the area and work with rescues and help to educate their clients. I love them!

I just picked up my dogs Tasha and Bella from Happy Pet place and I'm so so satisfied! Sammy did a great great job! All of them are so professional. Thank you!

The grooming my dog received was subpar. In addition, we added on a deshedding treatment that didn’t even seem to completed. My dog came home shedding like crazy and hair falling off in clumps. When I called to find a resolution, the owner was extremely rude and blamed the dog for shedding. We will never bring our dogs back to this place.

Took Emi here for a couple times now. She comes back smelling like fruits and flowers! :) Her fur is softer. She got her nails done and teeth cleaned. The inside is small, but customer service is great! You get a call once everything is ready with your furbaby. The price is average too. For a quick basic shower, nail clip, and teeth cleaned, it's about $29. Prices ranges depending on the size and breed of your dog. Your dog also goes home with a cute little handkerchief.

Did a good job grooming my dog

We were there for grooming and love the way our puppy smelled and his fur felt so soft. Today we are going back for nail trimming and filing. I love this place and we are happy we found you guys. Angel is our groomer, ask for her!

These groomers are friendly and always seem to have availability. Our maltose shitz tsu always comes back looking super cute. I am glad we found a groomer near us that loves dogs as much as we do!

Let me start with the fact that I have been taking my dog here for YEARS and never had an issue. With that said, a month ago my dog had a grooming appointment. They called to let me know my dog was ready, I was running late and therefore was 15min late to pick up my pet. The lady on the phone never notified me about an extra $15 $1 a min fee to hold the dog. Had she told me I would have sent my son. Naturally when I got there I was very upset that grooming cost me $70 plus tip not my regular $55 for 15 min! I was told by the employee that “if I wasn’t happy with the service they can delete my dog from their records”. This is absolutely ridiculous way to handle the situation since I was never notified of a fee and had the right to be upset. I walked out, month goes up I make my appointment yet again because my dog likes this groomer and I don’t want to disturb her routine. I go in to take my dog and I am told “due to a problem last time my dog is not allowed there anymore” Do not take your pet here. They are dishonest and rude. I have never had anyone conduct business this way. Absolutely awful!

This is the only place I trust taking my dog to. They truly love your pets!

They are always so great with my dog here, he loves going there and absolutely hates bath time when at home. He is 100+ lbs so large dogs are no problem for them. The staff is professional, kind, and they all seem to love their job, it's a great environment.

The people here take great care of my dog. He hates making the drive there but once we get there he runs up to them like long lost friends! Highly recommend

Great customer service and great prices

I took my golden retriever here a few months ago and when I got him back he was bleeding from the back of his neck. When I brought him back to show them they told me it was skin rot. I happened to have a vet appointment a few days later, and when I had them look at it they told me it was most definitely a cut from clippers. I'm only leaving this review because I am looking for a new groomer after years of going here. I'm not mad that they cut my dog, I'm mad that they lied to me. Edit: Didn't see their response until now. My last name isn't in the system because he's under my father's name, who has a different last name than me. I asked to see the footage and I was told that it isn't available. All I know was that I brought home a bleeding dog. I was back on this site because I was going to bring my yellow lab in to get her nails trimmed and give this place a second chance, but now I'm going somewhere else after I saw their response.

This place is great. I have been using them for several years.

My dog absolutely loves coming here. She even tried to jump out of the window to get there faster. We've tried other places and my dog freaked out when they went anywhere near her paws. My only downfall with this place is that I paid extra for a deshedding treatment as I have a very furry pup but I brushed her when I got her home the very same day and got more off then I had before. I don't think that option is worth it at all. Ignoring that, take your fur babies here and you won't be disappointed!

They transformed our dog max and made our 14 yr old look like a puppy again! Such nice staff and the groomer came out to tell me how wonderful our boy is... Already started recommending Happy Pet Parlor to everyone pet owner I know!

I saw this place as I was going shopping and decided to give it a try. I am so happy that I did because they have great prices. For about $40 we got a bath and blow dry, ear cleaning, nail cut, and face and sanitery trim. The workers are also really friendly and I am sure that my dog is in perfect hands. The grooming takes about 3 hour wich gives me enough time to get grocery shopping done. I am always satisfied with the final results of the grooming. As long as they keep their business running I will always come again for another visit. Most of the time they have same day openings for small dogs.

Very rude staff, unprofessional & no training in customer service! Phones are constantly off the hook. They do not confirm appointments, if you are honest with them , & their service they black list you! Horrible people! I would love for the owner to reach out

my dog had service done at this salon last saturday ( cutting, bathing, nails and teeth) I drop him at 12:45 had appointment at 1pm , picking up at 5pm he was not ready ! He is crookedly cut , his breath stinks because she does not brush his teeth , he supposed to have some extra condition on his fur , he got nothing I’m very unhappy :( and disappoited ! I’m lost more $$$ got nothing

As Groomers I found the service was excellent and the quality of their grooming to be superb.

My pup goes to their day care facility and I have always encountered the kindest staff at that location. My pup has been groomed a handful of times now at Happy Pet Parlor and they have given him terrific haircuts each time. However, I won't be going back due to their lack of customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, their responses to poor reviews are unprofessional as well.
