March Animal Hospital is Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Extremely Friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist's were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Murray was Awesome! Extremely Friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful with My Fur Baby. I brought my 5 month old puppy here. This was our first time at March Animal Hospital and it definitely won't be our last. They all treated my puppy as if she was their own. If you are looking for a Vet for your Fur Baby look no further you won't be disappointed. Good Luck and GOD Bless.

We did not have a great experience with MAH. We had a suboptimal experience for a UTI consult whereby they charged us for a visit expecting a urine sample when no such instructions were provided when booking the appointment. We also took our dog in in for canine influenza shots, having been unable to schedule the day of the original shots, and we were not called back to schedule the booster shot four days outside of their 2-4 week recommended window (when data suggests that a larger-than-given window is efficacious). We were told we would have to start over with the vaccine regimen. $180 per vaccine appointment with seems a bit predatory but I'll admit that I'm a first time pet owner. Generic, argumentative validation given over the phone. Front desk didn't even offer to consult with the veterinarian while I was on the phone, or offer a call back. We have discontinued our service with MAH.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very happy with my experience and will refer anyone I know there.

My dog, my boy-o, had pain in his knee but could still walk with only a slight limp. This office, and Dr. Amy Thatcher decided to sedate him for X-rays. The reason for the sedation was so they could put him in positions that they other wise couldn't, due to his pain. Once we took our boy home, and the sedation wore off, he was unable to walk at all! He was in way worse shape than when we took him in. This office claimed it was arthritis. So, we got different opinions for 3 other doctors. Three other doctors confirmed that his knee ligament was completely torn. In the following days we tried to keep him comfortable but he wouldn't get up to go to the bathroom. He was other wise alert, he wanted to get up but simply couldn't. In the end, my best friend and companion after 10 years had to be put down. I blame this office and Dr. Amy Thatcher. This doctor wouldn't even return our multiple calls to see what could've went wrong. Only take your pets here to get their flea and tick medicine, or get nails trimmed. They are absolutely terrible with anything beyond that. We had been with this vet for over 20 years, and they were great in the past. They are now under a new owner and everything has gone down hill. During COVID, when you're not allowed to attend your pet in the office, I what other terrible things they did to their patients. It hurts to write these things, it hurts to know someone we trusted treated my boy with such negligence.

I was referred by a friend. I was looking for a new vet. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr Singleton is awesome! We are happy to have found a new home for Whimsy!

I love them! They have saved my dog when he was attacked over a year ago! Neutered my other dog(which I waited 2 years to do because I was scared). He recovered so quick, didn’t even need stitches. They care for the animals like their own! Thank you guys for doing what you do!

I’ve been bringing my pets here since I was in high school, which was 20+ years ago. The staff and doctors are generally very kind, caring, and competent. The no contact visits due to covid have not been the best experience, as my current dog gets quite nervous, but otherwise great!!

I took my 2 Havanese dogs to their first appointment at MAH today. The Vet was Dr. B. I had a Great experience. While I could not go in with my dogs because of Covid, I spoke with her over the phone for 35 min after she saw my dogs. We talked about nutrition, vaccines, training, etc. She was open to my more holistic approach and very knowledgable. I really like her. UPDATE: Dr. B is leaving the practice. When I was trying to schedule an appointment with her, the staff let me know she would not be available. After 2-3 dates and times, the staff finally told me she would Not be available after May 10. I said why? She is going to another vet office. So I did not schedule an appointment and now I am looking for a new holistic vet. I may end driving all the way to Skokie. I really want a more natural approach for the care of my dogs.

We bring our dogs, Bella and Buster, and our cat Rusty to March. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Dr. B and Dr. Singleton have always been an amazing resource to us. We definitely recommend March to everyone who needs a local vet!

I have been going to March Animal Hospital when they were down the street from where they are now. I would never consider going any where else!!!! They truly care ♥️♥️❤️ about your animals and want the best for each and every one. All the people that have worked there over the years from the Tech's to the vets too the people who work the front desk, they make you feel the love they have for your family, from there's.

I just moved here from Florida and this vet facility has made me feel completely comfortable trusting them with my fur babies lives

March Animal Hospital is the best! I've been to multiple doctors for my dog Scooby, and they have all delivered great care. His allergies are better, he got his teeth cleaned, and every time he needs a tune up, the staff is there to help. I trust his health with all of them. Aside from that, the staff seems to be top notch. Front desk girls are personable, helpful and compassionate. They seem to genuinely care about Scooby. The nurses are awesome too- always able to handle Scooby (he's a big boy) like he's one of their own. He went from being nervous when he had to go there to being excited now when we pull in. To me, that means he has a good time when he's there. Lastly, the measures that they have taken to keep me safe during COVID are great. I know its been harder, you can tell by how busy them seem, but they still smile and take their time explaining things to me. This is a great clinic, Scooby and I are really glad we found them!

I just got my first dog and there is a lot I don't know. They have been so nice to me with all my "stupid" questions. On top of everything when I got my dog he was heartworm positive; they were very informative on how to treat him.

The head nurse was unprofessional arguing with my wife knowing that we are in distress from bringing our puppy to emergency she was escalating the situation even more and kept arguing customer is not always right buy common sense is! And practice manager Kate Duncan responded like its our fault that their staff is not properly trained in customer service to deal with distressed pet owners that are hesitant why you would want to give puppy medication on a not sure confirmed issue!

Excellent time and care given to my cat’s routine care. Love Dr Singleton!

We just got a new puppy and chose this vet as they are not only close by but highly rated and I can see why. They were professional and super caring to my new baby boy Bailey. During these trying times with COVID, they have just the right precautions in place that I felt safe! They are knowledgeable and will give you superb advice if you are a new dog owner. I LOVE having such an amazing vet to go to! All of the staff and veterinarians are SOOO nice!! My cat Patches wasn't exactly the best patient and they were always so kind and gentle to her even though she wasn't exactly thrilled to be there. All of the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't know the answer to your question.. They will find out for you. I will continue to come here and will continue to bring all my pets here. Keep up the AWESOME JOB!!
