Este lugar tan maravilloso hizo realidad la operación de amada y querida perrita bella por un año mi niña estuvo muy mal de salud ya que ella tenía disc desease así me la diagnosticaron por primera vez en MedVet Chicago cuando me dieron esa terrible noticia acerca de mi perrita me sentí tan mal y más por que me habían dado un estimado de cirugía que necesita mi perrita muy elevado no tenía esa cantidad de ese dinero y por alrededor de un año estuve llevando a mi niña a diferentes veterinarios para que por lo menos me diéran medicamento para el dolor e inflamación mi niña sufría mucho pero no me daba por vencida hasta que encontré este lugar #Careanimalhospital# aquí me cobraron la mitad de lo que me habían dicho anteriormente todo el personal muy amable atentos y serviciales y le doy gracias por que existen sin ellos mi perrita no estuviera ahora pero muchas gracias con todo mi corazón ♥️ Así que todo aquel que vea esta publicación les recomiendo este hospital para nuestros perrihijos son excelentes .

Brought my dog in for a pre-surgery evaluation and they determined my 1 year old Beagle mix had a torn ACL and a knee ligament that moves allowing the knee to pop out...so we set a surgery date for a few days later. On the day of the surgery we dropped our dog at the animal hospital around 8am. At 4:30 pm that same day the doctor called my wife and said they don't think the dog needs surgery. The doctor said he could not tell which leg needed the surgery and that after finally looking at xrays he can not see anything wrong with the knee. Just 4 days earlier I sat down with the doctor and watched him evaluate my dog's right knee and we sat down and evaluated the Xrays together. He pointed out the torn ACL to me while I was there looking at the xray with him. I was very happy that the dog didn't need the very expensive surgery but also very confused to why we did not determine that during our first meeting, It seem like a lot to put the dog through for a miss diagnosis. My dog could not eat for 12 hours before the surgery and he received anesthesia all before they figured out he didn't need the surgery. When i went there to pick him up that evening I could not believe they charged for services they rendered. I found that to be extremely greedy...It was there mistake that they wanted me to pay for. I did not contest I just payed the bill and asked the doctor to give me a call the next day. Perhaps there was some information that I did not know...something that would help me make sense of why this happened...he never returned my call. To make it worst the dog cried for 5 hours straight before sleeping for the night...the next day he was fine thank god. Be careful bringing your animal for surgery there, it was a terrible experience for me.

The owner is a money hungry old man that shouldn’t be practicing! Cost my puppy a major surgery! When trying to figure out what they were going to do I was told I refused services after surgery phone calls were never returned and to this day my 4 legged friend only has 3 healthy legs

I had to call 5 times to get my dogs x-ray...not acceptable. I will be trying a new vet, after being with Care for over 15 years.

I brought my cat gus gus there They were professional And very friendly and I will always bring my cat back thank you for Taking care of my family pet

We take our new-to-us big doggo to them, and Dr. Ford has been great!! They were also helpful when she suddenly started limping shortly after we got her (just a pulled muscle). Due to covid, atm you don't go in with your pet, you take them into a front room and hand them over, then wait in the car or outside and the vet calls you during the exam. Dr. Ford answered all of our new parent questions very politely and patiently! And I hear the staff did an excellent job bribing our food-motivated dog, she was very happy with her first vet experience!! We are so happy to have found them and will definitely be back! Our annual exam+stool test+several weeks of allergy meds+Lyme vaccine was a little over $200, which in my experience is pretty dang good (but I also last owned a pet in NYC). Definitely worth the money for such great care!! And because they're open 7 days a week and until 7pm weekdays, you can get an appointment outside of work hours!

Dr. Ford spent a good deal of time talking with me about my questions about my puppy. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a veterinarian who is kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. This was important to me especially during COVID.

I am very grateful to Care animal hospital for always fitting us in during emergencies. Coco found raisins on the ground outside while walking. I saw him eat 3 before I could do anything. I called the vet and they got him in immediately and had him throw up. Apperantly he ate 6 raisins and a plastic cap! So glad they are always here to help and take care of Coco even when they are super busy.

Dr. Haase and the staff are great. Treat your dog like it's their own.

I highly recommend Care Animal Hospital. I have been taking my pets here for the past 20 years. They are very passionate about what they do. A quick example- I was sitting outside crying and waiting for how my dog was doing. Dr. Aul was walking in. As soon as he saw me he recognized me immediately and asked what was going on. I summed it up real quick and he raced in and started working on my dog with the other vets. This is how he has always treated me and my pets. I have many stories of Dr. Aul and his wife's kindness and generosity. They have helped me with several pets from the beginning puppy to the elderly dog. I would not go anywhere else. My pets are always a top priority with them.

I trust them and the staff is very friendly.

Started bringing my dogs here about a year ago. So far the care seems to be excellent. The vets seem to really know what they're doing. There was a strange miscommunication about a vaccine issue, which is why I didn't give 5 stars.

Dr. Ford is the BEST vet I have met in my many years of owning pets. He is extremely knowledgeable and is so sweet with my pets, and he explains everything thoroughly every visit. He always calls to follow up and ask how my pets are doing within a few days of their visit which means a lot to me. I would recommend him to everybody! It's a bit pricier here than at some other vets but my experiences have always been worth the cost. The front desk/phone staff have always been very kind and helpful as well! I will always use Care Animal Hospital and see Dr. Ford for all of my pets.

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and genuinely cares for your pet! Been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and he likes this animal hospital too and feels comfortable with the staff. Anytime my dog has had a problem, Care Animal Hospital has gotten us in right away and addressed our concerns. Highly recommend this animal hospital!

Even in this difficult time, the staff at Care was so professional, courteous, and responsive. They genuinely care about our pets.

STAY FAR AWAY! They just want you to put your animal down because they do not know how to care for them properly! Took my cat there today and she's been going there for sometime now. She is blind and when they went to take blood she bit one of the tech's (notations in her file handle with care etc) next thing I know I get told by the rude vet come get your cat and put her to sleep! Of course very upset and I take her home to notice her claw ripped out and when I call them they say we will not touch her. Complete disgrace!!!! Update now this place calls me today to tell me my cat that had to be put to sleep last October because they told me he was depressed and actually ended up having cancer needs his shots. GET A CLUE! Worst veterinarian hospital ever!

Our family recently moved to the area and needed to find a new vet. They were able to get us in that same week however our appointment was at 12:30 and due to covid we had to wait outside to have someone get our dog. We called at 12:23 to let them know we were there. Gave them a description of our car and they said they would be out shortly. We gave up at 1:15 when we saw other dogs that arrived after us being taken in before us. Not sure if they forgot about us or couldn’t find our car but regardless we wasted almost an hour of our time. No one called us either to see what happened so I am left to assume they don’t care about our business.

Great service for the Covid situation! Would have like a little better explanation of the kidney disease that we found out that my cat has, otherwise, great! Been taking my cat to you since he's 6 weeks and he's 16 years now!

My dog had an item lodged in her stomach. I paid off my CC that day and my CC company received the payment but it was on hold. Until after midnight. I genuinely explained the situation to the receptionist, she put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. The supervisor told her to say that there are no doctors on staff....at a 24 hour Vet ER. Hmmmmmm

Dr. Ford is an awesome, compassionate vet with very good surgical skills. My wife and I have learned to appreciate the caring mannerisms that Dr. Ford & Care Animal Hospital has provided for our pets and us as pet owners.

Our red heeler Zoey passed on new years day. The staff was great and really helped us through such a bad time.

Doctors and staff are excellent. They do not over prescribe and will work with you. Dr lachowsky is awesome. Thank you.

They were able to see my pet as soon as I called. Kept me informed of my pet's issues. Very supportive staff.

They love pets, and hate land destruction. What more can you ask for?!
