The staff has been very friendly every time I call or visit with my foster pup . Convenient parking with numbered spots and the phone number to call in upon arrival. They will let you know to come in when they're ready for you. Obviously this is during covid-19, so the facility is well-equipped to notify you or find you depending on the circumstances. This in comparison to other vets is very convenient and efficient. I'm actually considering transferring my own dogs from my Chicago area veterinarian to this location.

First appointment here, process was very easy, especially given COVID precautions. Staff were very kind and helpful. Looking forward to many years of taking our cats here.

I had never been to Arlington Hts Animal Hospital before, but when my vet turned me away when my dog needed to be helped into heaven because they were too busy, these veterinarians opened their aid to us immediately. The kindness shown to us from directing us to come when WE COULD, guiding us through the process, providing water, tissues and words of comfort to finally picking us our sweet dog's ashes was simply unbelievable! I could have not made it through this difficult day without them. We were never rushed, we were told to take all the time we needed and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness. This office is proof good, kind and caring people do exist in this world. Thank you so very much!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. My dog is fighting for his life due to extreme negligence from this practice. We had a full blood panel done on my pet and they communicated that he was completely fine and everything was normal, when he was actually in kidney failure. They also failed to mention that his liver levels were extremely elevated as well. We have had multiple panels done over the past year and never once did they even flag raised levels as a concern. They also failed to appropriately vaccinate at well visit appointments, causing my dog to get leptospirosis, making it even harder for him to recover with aggressive and expensive treatment at a hospital. Even worse, they refused to apoliogize. If you love your pet, do not take them to this horrible, awful, unprofessional practice. I was told by the veterinarian in the ER facility that I should know the truth about my pets actual health status and that my vet was not being honest with me. I am horrified and appalled at the care that this facility provides.

We have brought all our dogs here from the age of nine years old!! Today, my sister and I are… not nine years old. Lol. We are fifty one and blessed to have had all the kind and caring people at AHAH. All the staff are great. Being short staffed and more new patients they all are working their tails off. Thank you We appreciate all you do. ????????

We have been taking our animals to this location for over 10 years. For some reason in the last two years Arlington Heights Animal hospital has been everything but up to par. The experience that did it for us, like most, is how things have been handled over the last two years. Just this week, took our dog in to get a lump looked at and a NAIL TRIM.. Appointment was for 5pm. Arrived on time, called and was connected to the main desk quickly, was told I'd get a call back in a few minutes. 30 minutes later the front desk calls me to inform me it will be another 20 minutes wait. (3 cars including mine in the lot, should have told me that on the first call) Finally, get our dog in the building 10 minutes to close (6pm). 10 minutes later doctor calls me informs me of the visit and brings out our dog. I was given the RIGHT medication, with the wrong receipt. And NO nail trim. No idea how much I was charged or for what. When I left I was the only car in the lot. Called the next day to get our dogs discharge information (correct receipt), was on hold for 30 minutes and the hospital realized they made a mistake. And then CHARGED us MORE money for the mistake they made. Firstly, do the little things right. I didn't feel like we were being handled properly, or even my needs being met. Honestly, it truly feels like it's about the money over the patient needs. Like a nail trim and medication with proper instructions. I'd say slow down and check the boxes of each patient needs.. but not exactly good on timing either. We will no longer be using Arlington Heights Animal Hospital in our future. May anyone who chooses this location to be their Animal hospital, I say Good Luck.

Nice veterinarian but we always are stuck on hold for 5+ minutes and show up to appointments on time but get stuck on hold so long it seems we are late. In addition, during some calls the line is busy and we have to recall multiple times over 10+ minutes to get connected. Nice place but hard to continue going here with the issues mentioned.

They have been treating my cat for 7 years and have always taken the best of care with her. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Kuhnle and all of the staff at the Arlington Heights Animal Hospital are absolutely kind, caring and animal lovers. So patient with the animals (and people). I don't believe they would give unnecessary treatment or services if not absolutely needed. Their #1 priority is the animal and not to make money as may be with some other animal clinics/hospitals.

Inexcusable time delay. Took 1hr and 50 minutes to get my dog vaccinated. Waited an hour to see a doctor, then 20 minutes to get him vaccinated (which is fine) then another 30 minutes to be checked out. I had to call the front desk to tell them I was waiting to be checked out. It was clear they had forgotten I was there. Will never go here again.

I have taken two cats here to get their exams. They do an excellent job. Be patient when arriving. They are very busy which is a good sign to take your pet for any vet services.

Pull into a parking spot, talk to receptionist on phone, hand paper work to staff, give dog to staff, and talk to Dr. On the phone. One day covid-19 will be gone.

This is an excellent facility with outstanding Veterinarians and Office Staff. I've been brining my dogs here for the past 22 years. Each vet is compassionate, attentive, thorough, professional and accurate in treating my German Shepherd Dog and before she died, my Golden Retriever as well. I trust the AHAH vets and the staff. Covid -19 has changed business practices for the entire country and animal care is impacted like everybody else. It is irresponsible to hold a vet office accountable for Covid 19 government imposed cautions and restrictions. I very much appreciate the cautious approach that AHAH has taken to keep me and themselves save during this unprecedented time.

I have been coming to this vet for a few years and normally dont have a problem but the last year or so I have experienced terrible customer service. Last week I made an appt for my dog and the lady I spoke with (im assuming was training) put me on hold multiple times to get answers to my questions. But it was a span of a 30 min phone call. Then I asked if they could email me prices for my other dog whom I would bring on a later date. The lady said she was too busy and had a attitude. Frustrated I said it didnt need to be at that very second. I have yet to receive the email. Today I cancelled my appt and may or may not find a new vet. I truly love all the Doctors at that location but I don't care for the customer service side. I understand it can be busy I work front desk myself. ALONE but there are multiple people working the front in that location and sending a email shouldn't take a week. I hope things change because I did like going to see the doctors and trusted their opinions.

Could not go in the vet hospital. Why? I really do not know. Had to wait in the car to pick up my dog after dropping off. This whole fear of COVID diminishes the whole experience of the office. The workers are in and out with masks, so how is COVID spread? Got done speaking to the Vet and got my receipt along with the prescription. The vet never even signed the prescription so the pharmacy would not fill it. Seems like they could do a better job in that sense. May not go back again.

I feel very comfortable bringing my furbaby here. The doctors and staff have been great and understanding and even though I am unable to go in with my furbaby I feel she is safe and well taken care of.

This is the best animal hospital we have ever been to. Our dog Lexi Charewicz, actually wags her tail when she gets there. They have the nicest, kindest people working there. Thank you so much for all your help! We highly recommend Arlington Animal Hospital.

Doctor Kuhnle is an amazing veterinarian!!! She really loves animal's. They were able to squeeze me in, in the morning to put down my animal, last minute. She's always super gentle and sweet and I appreciate her SO MUCH. Only vet I'll ever take my animals to see. So very thankful I found her ????
