One cannot say enough about these people. Their policy at times seems unbearable when it comes to dealing with first come first serve, however the corporate vultures are what you really need to be concerned about in this industry. They have been extremely patient with me during a very difficult time in my life. I am so grateful that people exist in general with Lakes Animal Clinic.

I took my pets here for a spell several years ago and had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Unfortunately, at some point I felt the need for a more 'structured' appointment model for my aging, easily overheated/stressed cat whose annuals were in July. I unfortunately had to put him down this past Friday (New Year's Eve) at age 19 and my vet wasn't open and others were booked solid. I was able to get him in after about an hour of waiting (the local ER vet had a 5+ hour wait time) and they were SO kind/considerate/respectful I really can't thank them enough. With my emotional state and with the uncertainty of the holiday/weekend, they were very accommodating when I changed my mind about my final wishes for him. I'm so very grateful. Thank you.

Great vets their prices are affordable!

This vet saved my dog Missy's life! She needed emergency surgery and nowhere else would do the surgery without charging over double what Lakes charged us. I will be forever grateful to them. FYI this is purely a walk in clinic so there's no setting an appointment but if you need emergency help for your pet call ahead to make sure they have an opening.

Doctors are great, pricing is fair and better than most in the area, no appointments are made, sign in tablet is used to inform the Veterinarian for your visit, first come first served. Animal owners are to wait in their cars to be serviced by technicians, who'll bring your pet(s) inside for the Veterinarian.

Absolutely the best.... The best people, service and price. The owner (who removed the tumor from the top of my Gracie's head) I feel is genuine and actually cares about the animals he did such a wonderful job with My dogs tumor. His staff is top notch kind and understanding and they truly loves animals. I cannot sing their praises loud enough. Also all told about $300... I mean c'mon that's amazing! We didn't have to make a terrible decision that day because of the fact we could afford it! Go to them... Waiting for them in your car is a small sacrifice for the quality of service, of the price and of course the quality of the people.

Do not bring your GSD here. She has anxiety from 4 surgeries, also a stray and would not allow me to be with her, despite being allowed for rabbies vac. Not to mention, the female doctor managed to cut her tongue, hurt her eye and her right ear was in pain. Do not recommend this vet until the recent visit..

I love Lakes Animal Hospital. Been going there for years. The Doctors are honest and caring in the treatment of our fur banies.

They have always taken great care of my pets over the last 30 years. They are professional and reasonable priced. Even in times of COVID-19 protocol it's easy to take our pet to the vet. You sign up on a sheet outside. You put your name, your pets name, your cell phone number and a vehicle description. You wait in your car for them to come and get your pet! Easy as pie!

absolutely devastated to leave this review. our boy passed over the rainbow bridge today. everyone was so kind and caring to help us in this terrible time. our man came in very sick- so suddenly, and there was nothing that could be done. i just wanted to say thank you to everyone who tried for us, and gave us the time we needed with our boy Lance.

I just don’t understand how they can think waiting in your car for hours can be good for a sick or injured animal. Zero communication about how long the wait is. The care might be good but the service model is broken.

They took very good care of Boston today and were very professional and thorough best animal care around! Great doctors and wonderful staff thank you for getting Boston better we appreciate you all very much!

The Dr and staff are so wonderful and sweet to our pet when we had to say good bye and they came out to the vehicle only 2 allowed and there were 3 of us and he carried her oh so gently when we were done saying good bye very reasonable prices and the ashes came in a beautiful box all for one low price compared to others in the area. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent service. All the staff is so attentive, patient and friendly. The care was top notch and enjoyed the time the vet took to explain everything to me. Not rushed and explored less invasive options in the best interest of my German Shepherd.

They take good care of my dog and other people's also I haven't heard anything bad about them I just had my dog's teeth cleaned they put her out and also removed a growth on the underside of her lip that turned out fine a few antibiotics and she's good to go
