Pocatello Pet Lodge, Too Pocatello, Idaho

Always great with our dogs. They treat them like their own. Our dogs always look forward to going to daycare, and Pet Lodge always looks forward to having them.

We went in with our Australian shepherd to have him groomed, they showed me the lengths of cuts they do, they selected a comb that they said was really good for curly hair dogs, odd since he isn't a curly hair breed, I said we did not want him cut that short, but that was a good length to take off. Total taken off should have been about 1" overall and trimmed behind ears and legs to blend in. When we picked up our dog, they had shaved him to less than 1". I don't know how we got from take an inch off to shave him to less than an inch. After we got home we noticed that behind one ear hadn't been trimmed at all, literally had full length uncut hair still. The other ear had been trimmed. He had a 2 inch square on his chest that was longer than the rest of his hair by about half an inch and 1 of his 4 legs did not get trimmed at all, full length uncut hair still. It looked as if one person started the grooming, left, then another person took over and finished without knowing what they were doing. When we took our dog back in, their head groomer said that "sometimes the dogs stop cooperating during the cut and things get missed" no acknowledgment of the wrong cut being done in the first place. Or how 1 of 4 legs could be missed entirely. I'm not happy with how it turned out or the way they just blew off the issues in general.

Best place in town to take your dog for daycare or vacation. They love dogs and my dogs love them.

These people are dedicated to keeping your pet well and happy. My Wife and I send our two pups one day a week. We feel it helps them socialize with other dogs. They have boarding available and pet grooming. If you are looking for a place that is really focused on your pet, go down and get a tour and find out how good these people are.

I've been to the original Pocatello Pet Lodge and they are wonderful, but my pooch is older now and Pet Lodge, Too is PERFECT! They're so sweet and loving. Great place!

It is a bit more spendy than other places in town however my dog has some health issues and they are always very concious of ham and take great care of him.

I started bringing my dog here for a spring grooming. I have brought her here 4 times and now for the second time she has caught Kennel Cough so they are obviously not doing their cleaning and sanitizing like they should. I am very unhappy and will NEVER bring another animal here again or recommend this place. My poor dog had enough problems with getting old. She doesn’t need to get sick because of negligence.

They did exactly what I asked and made my Nibbler adorable!!! They are amazing, nice, professional, just 100%

My 9 month old puppy, Hallie, had the very best 1st day at doggie daycare! All of the staff is extremely friendly, professional and informative! I’m happy she has a safe place to play all day!

This was our first time taking our dogs for a professional bath and haircut. What a great experience it was, from the excellent reservation response to the finished results. We will be using their services in the future.

My German Shepard always comes home happy because he is treated with respect and compassion and the staff follows his feeding instructions to a tee. Great Place and always clean.

I absolutely love this place! They do such a good job with my fur babies and are an amazing value. They even write little report cards for my pups after their grooming. I won't go anywhere else!

Our Gracie is an escape artist! Butn we never have to worry about her safety and care when we board her here. She knows where we are headed when we are still a few miles away and gets so excited.????

Our dogs always love their stay at the Pocatello Pet Lodge. Between the Facebook photos, report cards, and super friendly staff, we know that Cali, Isu, Juneau, and Bingo are safe and happy while we are away.

Best dog care facility around, focused on smaller dogs, cats, etc. Staff attentive and knowledgeable. Day care, grooming, boarding all with smiles and loving care.

They was very professional and got Lucas taken care of right away while my brother was in the hospital. They were very loving with him and showed him lots of TLC. Very clean and lots of care of the animals there. I give them 5 stars.

Pocatello Pet Lodge is always attuned to the specific needs of their guests.My older dog has stayed there often over the past seven years and loves it. I was concerned, however about my younger, high-anxiety dog for whom this was his first time. But he did fine! Thank you!

Pocatello Pet Lodge is wonderful! Great friendly staff. The de- shed treatment is absolutely fantastic. My dogs come home silky and "skinny". They smell great too!
