I don't go anywhere else. I have Ameripet groom my dogs and board them when I travel. I'm always satisfied with them.

Love taking my GSD Harlo to Ameripet! I’ve been taking her here since she was a puppy and haven’t had any issues. Truly great staff that really care about the dogs here.

We have used Ameripet for our boxer Rocky. Our experience with them has been great. We used their daycare, boarding, training, and grooming services and have been very pleased with all of them. It is so convenient that they offer all of these services right there. Rocky is so excited every time he goes to play at daycare and that makes me feel good knowing he is in good hands while I am at work or out of town. I highly recommend Ameripet to anyone who needs some extra help with their fur babies.

I was so apprehensive about dropping off my girl, but it was something I needed to do for 3 days. I called with multiple questions and they were wonderful. When dropping her off they were kind and caring. I ran into a couple of cold shoulders when picking her up, and she definitely needed a bath upon pickuo, which hurt my heart a little, but for my first kennel experience, I was pleased.

Our Dog LuLu loves coming here, LuLu has lot's of fun and her highlight of the day is getting a treat when she leaves... never had a problem.

I have been taking Annie to Ameripet for two years. I know that Annie is happy going to Ameripet as she can’t wait to go inside. Ameripet trained Annie on the treadmill which has been very beneficial as Annie is the Therapy Dog at our Middle School. The staff and trainers are very kind and professional. I recommend Ameripet to all of my friends.

My girl absolutely loves this place!! When I first rescued her she was very iffy with having other dogs as friends, but once I started taking her here for doggy daycare it was like she became a whole new dog and loves playing with her friends at daycare! She's very quiet in car rides but once we're down the road from Ameripet she is already talking and crying in excitement, she loves this place so much that it's to the point once we get there she is dragging me into the office and doesn't look back at all for me when they come grab her because she's so excited to play!

We have taken our dog to a couple different places but right as we walked in we knew that this was a good facility. We felt much more comfortable leaving our dog here than other kenneling business.

Such a great experience and they helped me and my mom out so much!! Thank you guys for all that you do!! ❤

Ameripet always has the nicest staff and they are very attentive to my dog every time he stays. I take him to daycare multiple times a week, he always is happy to arrive and runs up to the front desk to greet whoever is there. Very reasonable prices and reliable when you need a last minute place for you pet to go for the day or while you are gone from home. I have never had a bad experience and will continue to go here.

When I came in the first time, I didn't know anything and the front reception staff were SUPER nice and helpful. When I brought my dog in, they seemed to treat the dogs like their own. They even gave me a dog "report card" and I loved that.I would totally recommend to anyone and will definitely be bringing my dog in again!

I would 100000% recommend this place especially if you have a high maintenance dog because they truly care about doing what is best for our furry friends. My one year old pit bull mix is quite a handful. She is an escape artist that has extreme separation anxiety from me, so leaving her at home while working is not an option. Ameripet Hotel has been watching my pup every day for the past 6 weeks and it has been an actual life saver. She is able to get out tons of energy and play with other social dogs. The staff is also the absolute sweetest! They have done special arraignments for my dog so that she won’t escape and that has really helped me not worry about her while she’s staying there.

I wasn’t impressed with this place. I dropped off my puppy and when I picked her up, 3 days later, she was dirty, had fleas, and seemed on edge. The food I provided for her had a cup in it that they were supposed to use, but when I was given the food back, they had fed her way too much and the cup wasn’t in there. Won’t be taking her there again.

The staff is so friendly and my dogs love them! We take them to Ameripet for daycare and boarding. We are so lucky to have Ameripet in Idaho Falls!

Absolutely wonderful place for dogs. Friendly staff, clean, organized. They treat your pet like their pet.

Barely fed my dogs, not much water either as they each drank a full bowl on the car when I picked them up. I sent them food and it was barely touched. With 3 dogs it should have been almost gone. Left a message on the website for either owner or manager to contact me, never heard back.

Took good care of our dog.

We have used Ameripet for a variety of services. Our dogs have boarded there twice, they LOVE going to daycare once a week, and we had Brian train them. They get so excited when I say the word "daycare!" Athena and Bentley enjoy all their visits to Ameripet!! Thank you for taking care of our doggos!!

This a great place for my dog..she loves it there..

This was the first time we boarded our doggy. We chose this place because they guaranteed us that she would have at MINIMUM three hours a day to socialize with other dogs outside. She is a very sweet dog that can get along with any other dog, so they said she would fit right in and shouldn’t have any problems. When I picked her up I asked what group she was placed in and how she did. They informed me that she was housed on a “side” of their boarding that had only groups of family dogs and those dogs were not allowed with other dogs. Therefore they gave her ZERO time to socialize or go outside other than to use the bathroom each day… FOR FIVE DAYS!!! We also left five bones for her, one for each day to help keep her occupied when she was in the kennel. When we picked her up they gave us two back, meaning they only gave her one three out of the five days! Especially knowing she was locked up all day long she didn’t even have her bones to chew on! When I complain to the manager she did give me a refund but couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t have just put my dog on one of the other sides for social time. Obviously there’s no supervision, reliability, or accountability. This was very upsetting and to top it off she lost about 10 pounds, so who knows whether she was even fed or just so depressed she didn’t want to eat! I would never recommend Ameripet to anyone who loves their animal!

We couldn’t live without Ameripet. They truly love our dogs. They are so kind and professional. The staff makes Ameripet so wonderful. The dogs love to go and come home tired. Yay!

My fur baby absolutely loves going to play at Ameripet! The staff is super friendly and treats him like one of their own. A great place and highly recommended!

I boarded my dogs there over the 4th and my 13 year old golden doodle came home with horrible kennel cough that turned into pneumonia and almost died. He was fully vaccinated and I know dogs are susceptible but I call Ed them to let them know so they could let other pet owners know and I never got a call back from them. So disappointed abs will never kennel my dogs there again!!!!!!!!

We are so blessed, after a poor experience at another business that we had boarded are dog's with for vacation this week we were in a bind and needed to get are dogs in a safer place , we took are dogs to ameripet when I called Carol she was very nice very professional and assured me that they could take are dogs, she even made time to call her boss because we give some of dogs there shots ourselves there policy stated only vets shots would be accepted but because we were from out of state and it was an emergency she called owner and they allowed us to bring our dogs there 8 can't that this business enough and they went out of there way to accommodate us and our fur babies thankyou amerioe for going the extra mile

I am seeing the recent reviews from those that were not involved in what occurred last night. They are going off of what they “heard”. Take the time to read what the business posted as well as watch the video that will be posted later that recorded what actually occurred rather than what people think they know. This is a fantastic facility and I will continue to drive from Montana to use it whenever I need my dogs watched for a trip. I am shocked at how so many assume what happened and are at a such a rush to leave a negative comment without knowing the true facts.

Ameripet Hotel has been housing my dog Brady while I am in between homes. They are super friendly and are doing a great job of taking care of my dog. Super attentive staff, will definitely board my dog there again.

Great staff, actives and services. We have boarded our dog there for the past 5 years, along with doggie day care, grooming and training.
