I will say that I love this company my dog never wants to leave. She looks out the back window as we drive away. I always look forward to the days I take her because I know she loves and enjoys it so much

My active puppy came home happy. I had to be away all day and it was nice to know he was being cared for. I will use the day care again.

Very clean and spacious kennels.

We had an excellent experience with pocatello pet lodge too. We left our mini-aussie with them for 4 days. They sent daily pictures and a report card after 2 days letting us know how she was doing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a puppy sitter.

10/10 will be bringing my pup back here! She stayed for 10 days and was so well taken care of! They sent me report cards every few days, and sent extras if I asked. I was able to see pictures of her everyday on their Facebook page, as well as the pictures on her report cards! I was really nervous about taking my high anxiety pup anywhere, but I was so impressed with everything they did for her! They made sure she was comfortable at all times by keeping her toys and blankets. Cannot recommend the Pet Lodge enough!!

Very professional, friendly and caring

Our dog loves this place. She has stayed there for a week twice now, and each time hasn’t wanted to come back home! The staff are super friendly and really care for your pupper. They send out the cutest report cards and post pictures to their Facebook page every day! It was so nice getting to see my dog enjoying herself playing each day. 10/10 would book another stay!

I️ have Always been very pleased with how the groomers at the Pet Lodge groom my golden retriever! He’s been going to the Pet Lodge for over 4 years.

We were quite confident that our pups were well taken care of. Additionally we received a daily text on how they were doing Very reassuring when your far away

We have always taken our dogs here. Staff is always very helpful, and our dogs get excited when we pull up! The only issue I have is that I think our dogs like being there more than our home!!! Highly recommend!

I was called out of town and called to see if I could get my poodle in for daycare the very next day. They quickly made the arrangements and I was able to go out of town without worrying about my baby. I knew he was well taken care of. This place is A-1 for pets!!❤️❤️

Just got done with our first self service bath and nail trim. All the employees are so friendly and informative and went above and beyond checking their soaps for an allergy I have. Clean, bright bathing area and all the tools you need to keep your furry friend clean! Highly recommend!

Took our skiddish 85lb pup to get his nails trimmed and a self-service bath. Good value for the $$, and our pup, while nervous, did actually go back with someone he wasn't familiar with and got his nails trimmed. Success! Trying doggie daycare next!

We had our dog stay at Pocatello Pet Lodge over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We missed him greatly and called several times to check on him. They were very kind, responsive, and patient. Our dog seemed very HAPPY ???? to see us when we picked him up and he seemed glad to have been there as well. No trauma or drama ... A Good Experience!

I usually take my small GSD there for boarding, but won’t be back because prices have since gone up, 32 dollars plus a 3 dollar up-charge because she’s a “large dog” (she’s not large, less than 60 pounds) which I had no idea about, and they also charged me an extra ten dollars for a late checkout, which makes no sense because they’re open till 7 and she was picked up before they closed. Based solely on the pricing, I won’t be bringing her back. 345 dollars for a week, with “2” fifteen minute play sessions and two potty breaks. Who charges for that kind of stuff? I’ll just take her to the vet to board from now on. They include play time in their fees.

We’ve used the Pet Lodge three times with mixed results. While the staff seems to genuinely like the dogs, the over all communication was completely insufficient. During their 10 day stay, I only received 3 ‘report cards’. In that report they said nothing about my 2 dogs’ health (including not informing me that they had been exposed to kennel cough). And instead told us that they were doing great! And had good attitudes. They’re supposed update pictures on Facebook everyday, but only reuploaded previous days pictures. The staff are courteous and excited to see them, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of communication.

Your pets are always taken such good care of and even spoiled! There is no one I would trust more with my fur babies!

They did a great job grooming and are reasonably priced for the service. Very happy with my experience!

Took dog Pepper on an over night visit, while we toured ISU. We picked her up bathed and happy. Thanks to all the staff for handling our handful of a dog!

We just recently took our two pups to the pet lodge, they have never been away from us and just turned 8 months old so I was nervous they would struggle with the transition and would have a hard time making friends. I cried for a good 5 minutes and the worker helping us “Hunter” was kind and just kept re-ensuring us that they would get all the love and attention they needed. The pups ended up having the times of their lives and we plan on getting them into the daycare because we love the staff! And that the pups get great and responsible socialization!

My pups love this place. They get so excited and have a lot of fun there. Best part is the staff love my pups too so I feel they are in good care. They are very organized keep everything clean and orderly. It's a wonderful experience bringing your dogs to daycare at Pocatello Pet Lodge.

My 16 year old shih tzu absolutely hates going to the groomers and it's a very delicate process to get him groomed thoroughly. Pocatello Pet Lodge has done a great job with him. They're very gentle, and on those days when it's just too scary for him, they split up the work between appointments so he can can get a break. They're great, and I would recommend them to anyone but especially those with dogs that have difficult coats to care for or who have senior or anxious pups.

Kaiser absolutely loved his first experience at doggie daycare with Pocatello Pet Lodge too. Thank you for everything and see you all next week.
