Out of all the local places you COULD bring your dog, this place actually feels like a real animal hospital and not just some office like most of the places in pocatello feel like. Great friendly staff with cute workers for all you dudes out there... I won't bring Tucker anywhere else!

We will always bring our cat to Bannock Animal Medical Center. We always get all our questions answered and we are so impressed with the compassion and caring that is given to our cat. Couldn't be happier.

Great staff and cute set up

Caring and compassionate . They care about the animal and the animals familys. The Doctor did everything she could to treat my babys seizures but because she wasn't responding to the Medication it was Best to put her to sleep. I just love the staff.

I have two older kitties who require regular attention. My female kitty has a chronic condition of developing urinary track infections. I am able to schedule an appointment that day if I call in early to have her treated. Dr Rantala is the best she is so kind and knowledgeable and I always feel that she is providing my kitties with the best treatment available. The staff at Bannock Animal Medical Center are compassionate about their work. You can tell that each of them has a true interest in you and your pets concerns . A very easy group of people to communicate with The facility and examining rooms are kept very clean You can feel assured that when you schedule an appointment with Bannock County Medical Center that your pet will be provided with compassion and top veterinary care. I would definitely refer anyone who is looking for vetenary services to schedule an appointment for you pet with Bannock Medical Center

I was nervous about switching to a new very when we moved to the area. I was thrilled BAMC exceeded expectations! Everything was uncomplicated, professional, and cost effective. I'm happy to have been referred here!

Been a customer for nearly 15 years. Arrived 8 minutes late to an appointment and the office manager had canceled it. I decided to go with a different vet that is closer to home with a more reasonable cancellation policy.

Great office. Very caring vet and staff. Never have a problem getting my fur baby in for a last minute visit if needed.

Great place for vet needs

These people suck to deal with if you have any sort of problem they dont have people skills what so ever and they break their own policies on billing but then when they want payment they wont even discuss it they just want it now.

absolutely fantastic vet, they've been taking excellent care of our kitten. the slightly higher cost is definitely worth the quality of care. their curbside drop-off/pick-up is excellent as well, and they do a great job of keeping us updated.
