Amanda K. Did an outstanding job on my 2 keeshonds. She has been grooming them for 4 + years. We will not go to any other groomers. Wags to Riches is lucky to have her there. It's a bit farther for me to drive, but is worth it.

They did a great job with our dog's 'scheduled maintenance' visit, were friendly about everything and didn't make a huge deal about my taking a wrong turn and the school 's added traffic getting me hung up on the way thus being a few minutes late on arrival my daughter thought the bandana on her pup was super cute and a nice touch!

Beware and stay away! Samantha and Crystal were very unethical and Crystal was mean to my two toy poodles. They are terrified of her and she pulled the hair on my dog's chin so hard right in front of me. He cried and I gasped! All Crystal said was, "Oh, he's a big baby." Go to ANY other groomer and stay away from this place! Your animals will thank you. People who work with your pets regularly should treat them like family. Not the case here!

We took our crazy puppy today to have his first groom, and we are so happy with how it went! I was nervous about how he would behave, but Jacki was so patient and kind. And he looks so adorable!

There's a 1 star because of the safety of my pet is not what it should be here. It's unfortunate it had to end this way after getting my pet groomed here for the past 3 or so years. It's also really weird that we had the EXACT same situation as another reviewer. Yesterday we picked up our toy schnauzer and paid. After paying our groomer Samantha, asked us if anything was going on at home? My husband said no (unsure what she meant by that) and when he saw our dog he was blown away by what he saw. Our dog had full blown hemorrhaging in both of his eyes. Blood shot and one was worse than the other. How can that possibly happen? And honestly how can she even ask us if anything is going on at home? That sounded like she insinuated we had done this at home prior to bringing him into the salon. She then said it must have happened during the wash then. I just wish we could get some real honesty here. Our little guy is seriously a sweetheart and VERY well mannered so it was a shock that this had happened after the 3 or so years he'd been here. Since we have texted she said she's had the same assistant for the past 5 years and that she said ace did good, obviously her assistant or someone doesn't need to be working with dogs if this is how we get our dogs back. We have texted back and forth and she was kind enough to pay for our vet visit and get it taken care of. I'm hoping it starts to go away with the ointment provided by the vet. I just hope others are aware of what could happen at this grooming salon. First time he got kennel cough at the salon and we let her know and we had got the treated. Second instance she said he moved while grooming and she cut his ear to the point where she had to put blood clotting stuff to make it stop bleeding. I should've known then to stop taking him there but I didn't realize it could be this bad especially for how long he's been going with her. She did a great job at grooming no doubt, but all this to say, at what cost?

They take care of all 5 of our pups. Andrew is very patient and out dogs love him!

Fair price. Questions answered. Wasn't rushed. I will be bringing my dog back to Wags to Riches.

Love this place! Kelly does an amazing job on my dogs. I have a Giant Schnauzer and Goldendoodle and had a hard time finding someone who knows how to groom my Giant. Kelly grooms her perfectly.

We have been taking our animals here for a number of years. We have a very busy schedule, and they are always willing to accommodate us. You can just tell that everyone there is a dog person.

Crystal is Daphne's (my chocolate lab) favorite person!

The did a nice job on my Labradoodle and Corgi. I've taken my Corgi to a couple other places in town that really don't know how to groom a Corgi, so happy to have found Wags to Riches.

Took my dog, everything seemed fine. She looked good. Then i called months later to make another appointment and they waited till then to tell me she had been difficult with the groomers and they woumd require her to be on tranquilizers if i brought her back, which they can't provide.

The fur babies are top priority here!

I just called this groomer and was excited to establish a new relationship since our groomer of 8 years retired. After asking some questions and giving our specific information about payment, I was given to someone else on the line. This person was so rude and basically called me a liar, stating that the government never paid for a service dogs grooming. She went on and on. I was shocked at how crazy she sounded. I would never entrust my dog to someone who can not act in a professional and 'normal' manner. My son has Autism and part of his yearly budget goes towards grooming and vet care. We get a yearly check cut and given to the groomer. This check is cut by Consumer Direct. However, this lady on the phone told me I was a liar, was very aggressive on the phone, and I ended the conversation calling her an expletive. They will never get my business and I will NEVER recommend this person. They have refused service to us and my disabled child. I am disgusted at the ignorance and hatred that I encountered.

Back in December I took our Berniedoodle to get groomed. The very next day I had to take him to the veterinarian due to severe razor burn between his toes and pads. He also had razor nicks in the groin area that actually broke skin. The dog could hardly walk due to the tenderness. We had to treat with an antibiotic spray and a head cone for a week. The young girl that groomed our dog is trying to attract clientele through Facebook. She simply tried to play it off as my dog having sensitive skin. Sensitive skin vs broken skin are different issues. My dog is now afraid of getting near a bath tub. I have no idea what was done to my big boy. I would recommend staying there with your dog or video the entire grooming process for the sake of your pet.

I find this salon to be very professional, clean and friendly. The dogs all look happy and when I take my dog to the spa day he is pulling me in the door and to me that is a good sign. I always get a beautiful well groomed dog that smells great and feels wonderful when they are done ! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!????????????

I will never be going back here! I have been here once and then scheduled another appointment with Samantha and had to cancel my appointment for a family emergency and recently I had text her about scheduling another appointment and wanted prices and I had questions about the pricing and then she proceeded to give me attitude and tell me their prices are set at what they are and if you’re not happy with him you can go elsewhere and then told me because I have canceled my appointment with her she will not be rescheduling any appointments with her again. I would have to say this is very unprofessional and things happen in life that we can’t control and for her not allowing me to schedule another appointment with her after canceling one time is ridiculous.

Our big dog got sprayed by a skunk and we could not get the odor gone. They were kind enough to work Nash in and when we picked him up, he was a new dog! He looks terrific now and better yet, we don't have dog hair in the house. Great place with kind people! HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful group of Bathers and groomers. Kelly Shreves is an amazing groomer. Have been using her for 10 years. Ask for her and tell her Bart recommended you to her.

Took my Wheaton in last week for a grooming. The job done was by far the worst I had ever seen, nothing short of a butcher job. I swear it looked like the groomers first job ever. Will never go back and never recommend this business to anyone. ????

Loren is amazing with our toy poodles, one of which gets very anxious when we take him to the groomers. She always takes the time to make sure that he is comfortable and relaxed when grooming him. This is the only place that I will ever have my dogs groomed and I recommend Loren and Wags To Riches to everyone I know.

They always do a good job trimming my dogs nails. She is scared and they attempt to call her down. I appreciate their patience with her.

Love these people! Great with animals. My dog always comes out looking amazing even though he's a rescue and is scared to get groomed.
